Abstract

Vorrichtung zur Verbrennung und/oder thermischen Zersetzung von Brennmaterial, insbesondere festen Brenn­ stoffen, mit einer Brennstoff- (24) sowie gegebenenfalls Luft- bzw. Sauerstoffzufuhr (54) zu einem Rost (22), vorzugsweise Stabrost, umfassenden Verbrennungsort. Zum Zwecke einer verbesserten und steuerbaren Verbrennung bzw. thermi­ schen Zersetzung greifen in die Rostspalte Material-­ Auflockerungsmittel (Scheiben 70) ein, wobei zwischen diesen und dem Rost (22) eine Relativbewegung herbeige­ führt wird. Die Roststäbe (56) sind sowohl in Richtung ihrer Längserstreckung als auch quer dazu spannungsfrei bzw. mit Spiel gelagert. Die Brennstoffzufuhr umfaßt einen aufrechten Förder- bzw. Fallschacht (14), der durch einen von außen her betätigbaren Pfropfen (16) unter Verhinderung eines "Rück­ brandes" in der Brennstoffzufuhr verschließbar ist.
