Abstract

Der Gegenstand der Erfindung betrifft eine Halteplatte aus Kunststoff oder dergl. für Staubsaugerfilterbeutel, wobei die Halteplatte eine Öffnung für den Sauganschlußstutzen des Staubsaugers aufweist und für den Saugbetrieb mit dem Staubsaugerfilterbeutel in eine Plattenaufnahme des Staubsaugers formschlüssig einsteckbar ist.The object of the invention relates to a holding plate made of plastic or the like. Die Dichtwirkung einer derart ausgebildeten Halteplatte ist für solche Staubsauger optimal, bei denen die Halteplatte zur staubdichten Verbindung mit dem Staubsauger direkt auf den gegenüber der Öffnung in der Halteplatte im Durchmesser größeren Sauganschlußstutzen geschoben wird, wobei sich die elastische umlaufende Dichtlippe im Öffnungsbereich der Platte staubdicht um den Sauganschlußstutzen legt. Bei den Staubsaugern der vorgenannten Verbindungsart einer Halteplatte ist der Sauganschlußstutzen in der Regel am Staubsaugergehäuse angeordnet und bis in den Staubsammelraum des Staubsaugers geführt. Die geforderte Abdichtung zwischen der Halteplatte und dem Sauganschlußstutzen bewerkstelligt dabei ein den Sauganschlußstutzen umgebender Dichtansatz am Deckel des Staubsaugers, welcher bei geschlossenem Deckel die Einlaßöffnung an der Halteplattenoberseite ringförmig umgreift und in Auflage damit steht. Infolge der sich beim Schließen des Staubraumdeckels ergebenden Relativbewegungen zwischen der Halteplatte und dem Sauganschluß im Deckel, die eine genaue Zentrierung der miteinander zu verbindenden Teile erforderlich machen, sind sehr enge Maßtoleranzen sowohl bei der Halteplatte als auch bei den sonstigen mit dem Staubfilterbeutel in Wirkverbindung stehenden Funktionsteilen, wie Deckellagerung, Anordnung des Sauganschlußstutzens am Deckel oder dergl. einzuhalten, damit bei geschlossenem Deckel die optimale Dichtwirkung erzielt wird. Voraussetzung hierfür ist jedoch, daß ein gleichmäßiger Anpreßdruck in der Randzone der öffnung auf der Halteplatte zwischen dem Sauganschluß und der Halteplatte erreicht wird. Dies ist aber z. B. schon bei leicht gewölbten Halteplatten nicht mehr gegeben, da sich das biegesteife Plattenmaterial im Bereich der öffnung für den Sauganschluß den Formänderungen bzw. Plattenverwerfungen nicht selbständig anpassen kann. Die Verbindung zwischen dem Sauganschluß und der mit diesem bei geschlossenem Staubraumdeckel in Berührung stehenden Halteplatte kann undicht werden, da ein ungleichmäßig verteilter Anpreßdruck herrscht. Dieser Nachteil tritt ebenfalls ein, wenn sich z. B. durch Unregelmäßigkeiten im Plattenmaterial unterschiedliche Plattenstärken ergeben. Somit kann ungefilterte, staubbeladene Luft in den Motorgebläseraum gelangen, mit den Folgen, daß der Gebläsemotor u. Umständen beschädigt oder gar zerstört wird. Ebenso kann eine Undichtheit zwischen dem Sauganschluß und der mit diesem bei geschlossenm Deckel in Anlage gebrachten Halteplatte auch eintreten, wenn die Plattenaufnahme bzw. die Halteplatte selbst nicht lagerichtig im Staubsauger eingesetzt ist. Ist beispielsweise der Schwenkweg der Plattenaufnahme zu gering, so verbleibt ein keilförmiger Spalt zwischen der Halteplattenoberfläche und dem zugeordneten Dichtansatz am Sauganschluß, durch den ebenfalls ein staubbeladener den Staubsaugerfilterbeutel umgehender Saugluftstrom mit entsprechend nachteiliger Wirkung entsteht.The known holding plate can lead to problems for the latter types of vacuum cleaner. Durch diese Elastizitätszonen 13, die in Form von Plattenausschnitten realisiert sind, wird die biegesteife Halteplatte 5 im Plattenbereich um die Öffnung 9 herum wesentlich elastischer als die übrige Plattenfläche, so daß der Öffnungsbereich der Halteplatte 5 bei geschlossenem Staubraumdeckel 2 und unterstützt durch einen gleichmäßig im Öffnungsbereich wirkenden Anpreßdruck des Sauganschlußstutzens 11 bzw. des Dichtansatzes 12 selbstdichtend mit dem Sauganschluß in Wirkverbindung tritt, so daß Undichtheiten oder Nebenluftwege vollkommen ausgeschaltet werden. Die Abbildung zeigt dabei zwei Elastizitätszonen 13 beiderseits der Öffnung 9 für den Sauganschlußstutzen 11, denen zweckmäßigerweise in der Plattenaufnahme 6 (Fig. 8) des Staubsaugers 1 angepaßte Gegenstücke 14 in Form von Stegen oder dergl. zugeordnet sind. Bei-dem hier gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel bewirken die z. Claims (5)

1. Halteplatte aus Kunststoff oder dgl. für Staubsaugerfilterbeutel, wobei die Halteplatte eine Öffnung für den Sauganschlußstutzen des Staubsaugers aufweist und für den Saugbetrieb mit dem Staubsaugerfilterbeutel in eine Plattenaufnahme des Staubsaugers formschlüssig einsteckbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an der Halteplatte (5) ein oder mehrere Elastizitätszonen (13) in Form von Plattenausschnitten vorgesehen sind, daß die Elastizitätszonen (13) auf der Halteplatte (5) zwischen der Öffnung (9) für den Sauganschlußstutzen (11) und mindestens einem Begrenzungsrand (8) der Platte angeordnet sind.
