Der Gegenstand der Erfindung betrifft eine Halteplatte aus Kunststoff oder dergl. an einem Staubsaugerfilterbeutel, wobei die Halteplatte eine Öffnung für den Sauganschlußstutzen des Staubsaugers aufweist und für den Saugbetrieb mit dem Staubsaugerfilterbeutel in eine Plattenaufnahme des Staubsaugers formschlüssig einsteckbar ist.The object of the invention relates to a holding plate made of plastic or the like. Den Führungsnuten mit der größeren Tiefe sind mindestens ein Federelement zugeordnet, welches die Halteplatte nach dem Einstecken in die Plattenaufnahme dicht gegen den Grund der anderen Führungsnut drückt, wobei sich der Dichtring gegen die Plattenaufnahme abstützt und die Dichtwirkung in axialer Richtung erzielt. Für die Federelemente sind an der Halteplatte entsprechende Ein- oder Ausschnitte vorgesehen, die in unmittelbarer Nähe des seitlichen Randes der Platte liegen. Der Einsatz von Federelementen zur Erzielung einer Dichtwirkung zwischen der Halteplatte und dem Sauganschlußstutzen des Staubsaugers bedeutet einen erheblichen konstruktiven Aufwand. Wird der Deckel geschlossen, so schwenkt der Sauganschlußstutzen ggf. zentrierend in die Öffnung der Halteplatte ein. Die geforderte Abdichtung zwischen der Halteplatte und dem Sauganschlußstutzen bewerkstelligt dabei ein den Sauganschlußstutzen umgebender Dichtansatz am Deckel des Staubsaugers, welcher bei geschlossenem Deckel die Einlaßöffnung an der Halteplattenoberseite ringförmig umgreift und in Auflage damit steht. Infolge der sich beim Schließen des Staubraumdeckels ergebenden Relativbewegungen zwischen der Halteplatte und dem Sauganschluß im Deckel, die eine genaue Zentrierung der miteinander zu verbindenden Teile erforderlich machen, sind sehr enge Maßtoleranzen sowohl bei der Halteplatte als auch bei den sonstigen mit dem Staubfilterbeutel in Wirkverbindung stehenden Funktionsteilen, wie Deckellagerung, Anordnung des Sauganschlußstutzens am Deckel oder dergl. einzuhalten, damit bei geschlossenem Deckel die optimale Dichtwirkung erzielt wird. Voraussetzung hierfür ist jedoch, daß ein gleichmäßiger Anpreßdruck in der Randzone der Öffnung auf der Halteplatte zwischen dem Sauganschluß und der Halteplatte erreicht wird. Dies ist aber z.B. schon bei leicht gewölbten Halteplatten, oder bei Halteplatten, die entsprechend dem bekannten Technikstand (DE-OS-3 403 135) mittels Federkraft lagefest und in axialer Richtung nicht bewegbar in den Plattenaufnahmen festgesetzt sind, nicht mehr gegeben, da sich das biegesteife Plattenmaterial im Bereich der Öffnung für den Sauganschluß den Formänderungen bzw. Plattenverwerfungen nicht selbständig anpassen kann. Die Verbindung zwischen dem Sauganschluß und der mit diesem bei geschlossenem Staubraumdeckel in Berührung stehenden Halteplate kann undicht werden, da ein ungleichmäßig verteilter Anpreßdruck herrscht. Dieser Nachteil tritt ebenfalls ein, wenn sich z.B. durch Unregelmäßigkeiten im Plattenmaterial unterschiedliche Plattenstärken ergeben. Somit kann ungefilterte, staubbeladene Luft in den Motorgebläseraum gelangen, mit den Folgen, daß der Gebläsemotor u. Umständen beschädigt oder gar zerstört wird. Ebenso kann eine Undichtheit zwischen dem Sauganschluß und der mit diesem bei geschlossen Deckel in Anlage gebrachten Halteplatte auch eintretten, wenn die Plattenaufnahme bzw. die Halteplatte selbst nicht lagerichtig im Staubsauger eingesetzt ist. Die Plattenausschnitte 13, welche das zwischen den Ausschnitten und der Öffnung 9 befindliche Plattenmaterial elastischer gestalten, sind dabei auf der Halteplatte 5 außerhalb der Befestigungszone 7 zwischen der Öffnung 9 für der Sauganschlußstutzen 11 und mindestens einem Begrenzungsrand 8 der Halteplatte 5 angeordnet. Durch diese Plattenausschnitte 13 wird die biegesteife Halteplatte 5 im Plattenbereich um die Öffnung 9 herum wesentlich elastischer als die übrige Plattenfläche, so daß der Öffnungsbereich der Halteplatte 5 bei geschlossenem Staubraumdeckel 2 und unterstützt durch einem gleichmäßig im Öffnungsbereich wirkenden Anpreßdruck des Sauganschlußstutzens 11 bzw. des Dichtansatzes 12 selbstdichtend mit dem Sauganschluß in Wirkverbindung tritt. Hierdurch werden Undichtheiten oder Nebenluftwege vollkommen ausgeschaltet. Claims (5)

1. 5. Retaining plate according to one or more of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the resilient areas (13) each terminate in open manner at the boundary edge (8) of the retaining plate (5).
