Claims (16)

1. Wasserabweisendes Mittel, bestehend aus einer Emulsion/Dispersion eines fein dispergierten Materials in einer wäßrigen Phase, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das fein dispergierte Material aus einer Harzsäure und/oder Fettsäure besteht und daß die waßrige Phase ein Aluminiumsalz enthält, das ein Polyaluminiumchlorid oder ein Polyaluminiumsulfat ist.
2. Wasserabweisendes Mittel, bestehend aus einer Emulsion/Dispersion eines fein dispergierten Materials in einer wäßrigen Phase, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das fein dispergierte Material aus einer Harzsäure und/oder Fettsäure besteht und daß die wäßrige Phase ein Aluminiumsalz enthält, welches ein Polyaluminiumchlorid oder ein Polyaluminiumsulfat ist, wodurch das Molverhältnis von Aluminium zum Gegenion in der Polyaluminiumverbindung oberhalb 1:1 ist.
3. Mittel gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das fein dispergierte Material eine nicht-verseifte, vorzugsweise verstärkte Harzsäure ist.
4. Mittel gemäß Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aluminiumsalz ein Polyaluminiumchlorid ist.
5. Mittel gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aluminiumsalz ein Polyaluminiumsulfat ist.
6. Mittel gemäß Anspruch 1, mit Ausnahme der Mittel, worin das Verhältnis der Menge von Polyaluminiumchlorid zu Harzsäure 70:30 bis 30:70 ist.
7. Mittel gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es auch eine kationische, organische Verbindung enthält.
8. Mittel gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die kationische, organische Verbindung eine kationische Stärke, kationisches Guargummi, kationisches Polyacrylamid, Polyamin, Polyamidamin oder Polyethylenimin ist.
9. Mittel gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es von 30 bis 700 g/I Harzsäure und/oder Fettsäure, von 1 bis 200 g/I Polyaluminiumverbindung, berechnet als Aluminium, und vorzugsweise auch von 0,05 bis 200 g/l kationische, organische Verbindung enthält.

Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wasserabweisenden Mittels, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine wäßrige Lösung eines Aluminiumsalzes, das ein Polyaluminiumchlorid oder ein Polyaluminiumsulfat ist, gebildet wird und vorzugsweise auch veranlaßt wird, eine kationische, organische Verbindung zu enthalten, und daß Harzsäure und/oder Fettsäure dann als eine feindisperse Phase in dieser wäßrigen Lösung emulgiert/dispergiert werden.
11. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wasserabweisenden Mittels, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine wäßrige Lösung eines Aluminiumsalzes, das ein Polyaluminiumchlorid oder ein Polyaluminiumsulfat ist, wobei das Molverhältnis von Aluminium zu Gegenion in der Polyaluminiumverbindung oberhalb 1:1 ist, gebildet wird und vorzugsweise auch veranlaßt wird, eine kationische, organische Verbindung zu enthalten, und daß Harzsäure und/oder Fettsäure dann als feindisperse Phase in dieser wäßrigen Lösung emulgiert/dispergiert werden.
12. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das als feindisperse Phase dispergierte Material nicht-verseifte, vorzugsweise verstärkte Harzsäure ist.
13. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 10,oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aluminiumsalz ein Polyaluminiumchlorid ist.
14. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die kationische, organische Verbindung kationische Stärke, kationisches Guargummi, kationisches Polyacrylamid, Polyamin, Polyamidamin oder Polyethylenimin ist.
15. Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dispersion/ Emulsion veranlaßt wird, von 30 bis 700 g/I Harzsäure und/oder Fettsäure, von 1 bis 200 g/I Polyaluminiumverbindung, berechnet als Aluminium, und vorzugsweise auch von 0,05 bis 200 g/l kationische, organische Verbindung zu enthalten.
16. Verwendung eines wasserabweisenden Mittels gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 zum Wasserabweisendmachen von Papierstoff in der Papierherstellungstechnologie.
