Printing alternate rows gives the printouts a subtle linearity resembling the directionality of wales in a warp knit fabric.

Claims (1)

  1. Computergestütztes Verfahren zur Voraussage des Textilwarenerscheinungsbildes aus den physikalischen und chemischen Eigenschaften von beim Stricken einer Kettenstrickware verwendeten Garnen und zum Anzeigen des Erscheinungsbildes, wobei die Textilware ein Maschenmuster mit Maschenreihen und maschenstäbchen hat une wobei jede der Garneigenschaften einen Kontrastfaktor hat, welches Verfahren die folgenden Schritte aufweist:
    Erhalten eines Datensatzes von wenigstens einer physikalischen oder chemischen Garneigenschaft und des zugeordneten Kontrastfaktors für jedes Garn in der Textilware,
    Bereitstellen einer Datenbank im Computer, welche die gewünschte Garneigenschaft und den zugeordneten Kontrastfaktor umfaßt,
    Mitteln der Garneigenschaft nach Maßgabe des Maschenmusters, um eine Maschenstäbchenmitteleigenschaft für jedes Maschenstäbchen in der Textilware zu erstellen,
    Ermitteln eine Druckdichte mit Hilfe des Computers aus den Maschenstäbchenmitteleigenschaften und dem Kontrastfaktor unter Anwendung der Gleichung

    wobei
    AD die beliebig angenommene, für die Simulation gewünschte, mittlere Druckdichte ist,
    K der Kontrastfaktor ist und
    Z=v-V/V, bei der v die ermittelte Maschenstäbchenmitteleigenschaft für das zu bedruckende Maschenstäbchen und V das arithmetische Mittel aller Werte ist und auf die folgende Weise ermittelt wird:

    v die Daten ausgedrückt in Einzelwerten darstellt und
    N die Gesamtzahl der Werte ist; und
    Anzeigen der Druckdichte als ein beliebig angenommenes Punktzeilenelement, um jedes Maschenstäbchen in der Kettenstrickware darzustellen, wobei die Anzahl der Einzelpunkte in jeder beliebig angenommenen Punktzeile proportional zu der jeweiligen Maschenstäbchenmitteleigenschaft des Textilwarenerscheinungsbildes aus diesen Garnen ist, das man durch die Kenntnis der Bestandteilseigenschaften der Garne erhält.
