Claims (5)

1. Pressanlage zur Bildung von Ballen aus zusammengepreßtem Stoffmaterial mit wenigstens einer ersten Vorpreßgruppe, die mit Mitteln zum Laden des Materials verbunden sind; mit wenigstens einer Nachpreßgruppe, die mit Einbindungsmitteln verbunden sind, möglicherweise mit Verpaekungsmitteln, um einen Filmüberzug oder dgl. zu erzeugen; und mit Beförderungsmitteln zum Überführen des teilweise zusammengepreßten Materials von der ersten Vorpreßgruppe zu der zweiten Nachpreßgruppe, welche im wesentlichen auf dem gleichen Niveau liegen; wobei die Preßanlage dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß das Überführungsbeförderungsmittel (527, 529) starre Seitenwände (535, 537, 539) und eine bewegliche Wand (545), die geeignet sind, einen Füll- und Preßraum festzulegen, sowie horizontale obere bewegliche Kämme (600) und einen unteren verschiebbaren Boden (531) umfaßt; und daß Mittel (533) zum Steuern des Bodens (531) derart vorgesehen sind, so daß der Boden das zusammengepreßte Material in dem Beförderungsmittel (527; 529) während des Vorpressens und Übertragens zurückhält und der Boden während des Nachpressens ausgeschaltet ist, und daß Mittel (549) vorgesehen sind, die die bewegliche Wand (545) steuern können, um sie nach dem Nachpreßen zu öffnen und das Entfernen des Beförderungsmittels (527, 529) zu erlauben.
2. Anlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zwei Vorpreßgruppen (511,513), die in Bezug zu der zweiten Nachpreßgruppe (501) außerhalb liegen, und an deren gegenüberliegende Seiten angeordnet sind, und jeweils zwei Beförerderungsmittel (527, 529) mit einer beweglichen Wand (545) umfaßt, wobei die zwei beweglichen Wände der Beförderungsmittel sich einander gegenüberliegen.
3. Anlage gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere Boden (531) des Beförderungsmittels auf seiner eigenen Ebene gleiten kann, während die Kämme (600) sich um ein Drehgelenk drehen, um die Öffnungs- und Schließstellungen auf der ersten Vorpreßgruppe zu erreichen; und daß der untere Boden (531) geschlossen wird, während die Kämme (600) für die Lade- und Vorpreßvorgänge geöffnet sind, wobei sowohl der Boden (531) als auch die Kämme (600) nach Überführung in die Position auf der Nachpreßgruppe (501) verstellt werden, um das Nachpreßen zu ermöglichen.
4. Anlage gemäß der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der horizontale untere Boden (531) als zusammenhängende Platte ausgebildet ist.
5. Anlage nach Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der horizontale untere Boden (531) als ein Gitter mit Stäben ausgebildet ist, die parallel zu der Schieberichtung gerichtet und im Einklang mit Schlitzen sind, die an dem Untersatz (503) der Nachpreßgruppe (501) zum Einbinden vorgesehen sind.
