Claims (5)

1. Installation de pressage pour former des balles de matériaux textiles pressés, comportant: au moins un premier groupe de pressage préalable associé à des moyens de chargement du matériau; au moins un second groupe de pressage final associé à des moyens de liage et, éventuellement, à des moyens d'enroulement pour réaliser une enveloppe en film ou analogue; et des moyens formant chariot pour transférer le matériau, partiellement pressé, depuis le premier groupe de pressage préalable jusqu'au second groupe de pressage final qui sont sensiblement au même niveau; ladite installation de pressage étant caractérisée en ce que: lesdits moyens de transfert formant chariot (527, 529) comportent des parois latérales fixes (535, 537, 539) et une paroi mobile (545), aptes à définir un espace de remplissage et de pressage, des peignes horizontaux supérieurs mobiles (600), et un tiroir inférieur coulissant (531); en ce que des moyens (533) sont prévus pour commander ledit tiroir (531) de façon qu'il retienne dans le chariot (527; 529) le matériau pressé au cours du pressage préalable et au cours du transfert, et de façon qu'il puisse être évacué au cours du pressage final; et en ce que des moyens (549) sont prévus pour commander ladite paroi mobile (545) pour l'ouvrir après le pressage final et permettre l'enlèvement du chariot (527, 529).
2. Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte deux groupes de pressage préalable (511, 513) espacés par rapport au second groupe de préssage final (501) et disposés sur ses côtés opposés, ainsi que deux chariots respectifs (527, 529) à parois mobiles (545), les deux parois mobiles desdits chariots étant situées en face l'une de l'autre.
3. Installation selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le tiroir inférieur (531) du chariot peut coulisser dans son propre plan, tandis que les peignes (600) tournent autour d'un pivot pour atteindre les positions d'ouverture et de fermeture sur le premier groupe de pressage préalable; le tiroir inférieur (531) étant fermé pendant que les peignes (600) sont ouverts pour les opérations de chargement et de pressage préalable; et l'un et l'autre, ledit tiroir (531) et lesdits peignes (600) étant enlevés, après le transfert en position sur le groupe de pressage final (501), pour permettre ledit pressage final.
4. Installation selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le tiroir horizontal inférieur (531) est formé d'une feuille continue.
5. Installation selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le tiroir horizontal inférieur (531) est réalisé à la façon d'une grille à barreaux parallèles à la direction du coulissement et compatibles avec des fentes prévues dans la base (503) du groupe de pressage final (501) pour le liage.
