Claims (7)

1. Spulvorrichtung mit einem System (4), das den Bereich eines nichtstarren Spulenträgers praktisch erstarren lassen kann, der durch die Spannung belastet ist, die der aufzuwickelnde Draht (3) auf ihn ausübt, wobei sich während der Herstellung der Querschnitt des Trägers (2) an dieser Stelle annähernd in der Ebene befindet, die durch die sich bildende Spiral- bzw. Schrauben-Windung definiert wird; dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das System (4) einen Teil (7) aufweist, der auf einer Seite des Trägers (2) gelegen ist und von diesem um einen Abstand entfernt ist, der wenigstens gleich dem Durchmesser des aufzuwickelnden Drahtes (3) ist; daß sich das System (4) mit einer Axialbewegung in bezug auf die Spule mit einer mittleren Geschwindigkeit verschiebt, die gleich groß ist und in die gleiche Richtung wie jene des Mechanismus (5) verläuft, dessen Funktion es ist, den aufzuwickelnden Draht um seinen Träger (2) herum aufzuwickeln, so daß der nicht starre Träger (2) vom genannten System (4) über seine gesamte aufgewickelte Länge etwa in der Ebene der sich bildenden Spule abgestützt ist.
2. Spulvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das System (4) einen zweiten Teil (6,7) aufweist, der in bezug auf den Träger (2) gegenüber dem Teil (7) liegt und um einen Abstand von diesem getrennt ist, der kaum größer als die Dicke der Spule ist.

Spulvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder der beiden Teile (6, 7) des Systems (4) alternativ einer auf den anderen folgend arbeitet, indem der Träger (2) kontinuierlich abgestützt wird und dieser, an jeder aufeinanderfolgenden Stelle während des gesamten Aufwickelvorgangs durch die Spannung des Drahtes (3) beansprucht ist.

Spulvorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1, 2, und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der eine (7) der beiden Teile (6, 7) des Systems (4) von einem Solenoid (8) umgeben ist, das dazu bestimmt ist, von einem elektrischen Strom durchflossen zu werden, wodurch dieser Teil in einen Elektromagneten umgewandelt wird, der fähig ist, den Metallträger (2) an sich zu ziehen und so zu verhindern, daß letzterer eine oszillierende Bewegung durchführt.

Spulvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Teil (7) von einem Solenoid umgeben ist, das dazu bestimmt ist, von einem elektrischen Strom durchflossen zu werden, wodurch dieser Teil (7) in einen Elektromagneten umgewandelt wird, der fähig ist, den Metallträger (2) an sich zu ziehen und so zu verhindern, daß letzterer eine oszillierende Bewegung durchführt, wobei die Kraft des auf den Träger wirkenden Elektromagneten groß genug ist, um jeder Verlagerung dieses Trägers unter der Wirkung der Zugkraft des Drahtes (3) selbst dann entgegenzuwirken, wenn diese Zugkraft auf der Seite ausgeübt wird, die dem vom Solenoid umgebenen Teil (7) gegenüberliegt.

Spulvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2, 3, 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das System (4) und der Mechanismus (5), dessen Funktion es ist, den aufzuwickelnden Draht (3) um seinen Träger (2) herum aufzuwickeln, feststehend sind, während der Spulenträger (2) in einer axialen Bewegung verlagerbar bzw. verschiebbar ist.
7. Spulvorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1, 2, 3, 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Trägermechanismus (5) des aufzuwickelnden Drahtes (3) feststehend ist, während das System (4) und der Träger (2) sich zusammen um sich selbst drehen, wobei letzterer zusätzlich zu seiner Rotationsbewegung eine Axialbewegung in bezug auf die Spule durchführt.
