Definitions
- the present invention proposes, at the level of the framework, to free the tributary consumer by offering the public light construction elements, the assembly and assembly of which in a three-dimensional framework that is within the reach of knowledge -make of the man in the street.
- It is a three-dimensional building frame, characterized in that it is formed of modular building elements each consisting of a rectangular frame consisting of two uprights and two crosspieces, in that an upright and a cross member of each chassis are provided with a rebate at the location of the outer edge of the front face of the chassis, and in that the upright and the opposite cross member are provided with said rebate at the location of the edge exterior of the rear face of the chassis.
- fig. 1 is an isometric perspective representation of the junction of twelve frames at the point of the intersection of three coordinate axes
- fig. 2 is a front elevation view of a chassis.
- fig. 3 is a front elevation view of a chassis equipped with a substructure made of joists.
- fig. 4 is a schematic cross section of a chassis.
- fig. 5 is a schematic side view of a chassis.
- fig. 6 is a schematic section, vertical or horizontal, of the assembly of two frames with their corresponding connecting elements.
- fig. 7 is a schematic section, vertical or horizon ⁇ tale, of the assembly of three frames with the corresponding connecting element.
- fig. 8 is a schematic, vertical or horizontal section of the assembly of four frames.
- the three-dimensional structure of the building (fig.l) is formed by the assembly of a set, in vertical and horizontal position, of modular building elements each consisting of a frame (fig. 2) of rectan format ⁇ gular whose sides have a dimension corresponding to a given module, for example 250 cm.
- the frame (fig. 2), for example made of wood, consists of two uprights and two crosspieces.
- An upright a and a crossbeam b of each chassis are provided with a rebate c at the location of the outer edge of the front face of the chassis (fig. 2), in that the upright a and the opposite crossbeam b provided with said rebate c at the location of the outer edge of the rear face of the chassis.
- the asymmetrical arrangement of the rebate c on the outer periphery of the chassis allows the junction, by interlocking, of the chassis on three coordinate axes (fig.l) and their reciprocal interchangeability.
- the frames are, on the center line of their inner periphery, provided with holes d for receiving fixing bolts and two grooves e arranged symmetrically and parallel to said center line.
- the additional assemblies of the peripheral chassis as shown in fig. 6 and 7 are connecting elements f, of identical section to that of the uprights a and of the crossbars b, pierced with holes corresponding to the holes d of the chassis (fig. 5) .
- the connecting elements f opposite to the chassis in vertical position (fig. 6 and 7) can in this case fulfill the function of upper chord of a triangulated beam, or, for example, of chord ' inferior of' a triangulated beam or truss.
- Fig. 3 shows a frame in vertical position equipped with a substructure comprising joists g provided with grooves corresponding to those of frame.
- the joists g are fixed to the chassis and between them by assembly members in the form of triangular gussets h.
- the said gussets will be used to fix in the chassis door and window block frames also provided with grooves.
- Chassis in horizontal position are fitted with substructures comprising solid web beams, the upper chord serving as support for the floor panels bears on the upper edge of said chassis, the lower chord serving as support for paneling or panels ceiling.
- the three-dimensional framework of " described building has many advantages including that of having only one type of chassis - prerequisite and necessary for industrial production - also these chassis are suitable for prefabrication in” open “production, or as the 'we say, "on stock” and a catalog sale.

Abstract
The three-dimensional framework (Fig. 1) is formed by assembling a set of modular building elements, each consisting of a single type of frame (Fig. 2). These chassis, on the one hand, by their periphery with the determined profile and on the other hand, by their standard dimension, fit together during their assembly and are reciprocally interchangeable. Sashes have substructures made of joists and beams that support floor, ceiling, wall panels, insulation panels, and components, such as door and window frames. This versatile construction system, designed to be delivered as a kit, offers a very varied field of application for the public and private sector: administration, craft, rural, tourism, housing.
