Abstract
Description
Such a protective device is known (DE-PS 25 32 52o), consisting of prefabricated transverse wall elements and longitudinal wall parts made of plastic, concrete or the like, the arrangement serving to accommodate filler material and the transverse wall elements as a support body with receptacles staggered from bottom to top are formed for the substantially plate-shaped longitudinal wall parts. This known device has the advantage that, although soil is used as the filling material, considerably steeper slope angles can be achieved than was the case with earth walls. As a result, the space requirement for the protective devices can be reduced considerably without having to do without the particularly inexpensive and sound-absorbing soil in favor of other building materials.
In the known device, however, the plate-shaped longitudinal wall parts have to trickle out to prevent the soil from being arranged relatively steeply to the ground level, that is to say with only a small angle to the vertical. This in turn has the consequence that the protective device has relatively large outer surfaces of the longitudinal wall parts, which, usually made of concrete, artificial stone or a similar material, have a sound-reflecting effect. This sound reflection leads to an undesirable increase in the noise level in the area in which the sound is generated, that is to say, for example, on the road surrounded by the protective device, but ultimately also to a noise pollution in the environment located beyond the protective device.
It is true that the sound-reflecting surfaces of the longitudinal wall parts could be provided with sound-absorbing coatings in order to reduce these disadvantages. To do this, however, considerable costs would have to be incurred since even coatings with a relatively low effectiveness would amount to about half the production costs of uncoated longitudinal wall parts.
The invention has for its object to improve the protective device mentioned in its sound-absorbing effect, to make it cheaper and to make larger areas of soil available for sound absorption, these areas, when planted, can improve the aesthetic effect of the building.
The invention relates to a protective device, in particular soundproofing device and embankment attachment, in particular for roads, consisting of prefabricated transverse wall elements and longitudinal wall parts made of, artificial stone, concrete or The like for receiving filler material, the transverse wall elements being designed as support bodies with receptacles which are staggered from bottom to top for the essentially plate-shaped longitudinal wall parts, which is characterized in that the longitudinal wall parts have a cross-sectional profile consisting of a main plate and one at an angle to the level of the main plate extending and connected to this apron.
In the device according to the invention, the entire longitudinal wall part is used to support the soil or other filler material compared to the prior art, while only a small part of the surface of the longitudinal wall part has a sound-reflecting effect, with the additional advantage that part of the reflected sound is directed onto sound-absorbing soil.
In order to achieve the best possible results, it is expedient that the angle between the main plate and the apron is obtuse, for example, is approximately 120 degrees, and furthermore that, viewed in cross section, the apron is shorter than the main plate, the aspect ratio preferably being about 1 to 2, 6 is.
In order to further reduce sound reflections, the surface of the apron facing away from the main plate can be provided with a sound-absorbing coating. Since this area is small, there are only low costs to achieve almost complete sound absorption.
The main plate of the longitudinal wall part can be provided at its end opposite the skirt with an approximately perpendicular extension to it. This approach operates with the support of the County swandteiles g on the transverse wall member together and prevents the pushing out of the longitudinal wall part from the transverse wall member under the pressure of the soil.
It is particularly expedient to let the longitudinal wall part rest on the transverse wall element in such a way that its main plate rises towards the apron at an angle to the plane, which also prevents the longitudinal wall part from being pushed out of the transverse wall element. This angle can usefully be about 12 degrees.
Furthermore, the height distance between two successive longitudinal wall parts can be greater than the projected length of the cross section of the longitudinal wall parts, this ratio being approximately 1.17 to 1. As a result, a particularly large area of filling material is presented in the device without the filling material being able to trickle out.

In the exemplary embodiment, the invention is illustrated on the basis of a one-sided soundproofing device, which can be an embankment attachment. The transverse wall element is designated 11 in its entirety in FIG. It consists of a
The embodiment shown in FIG. 1 can, if a mutually effective noise barrier is required, also be modified such that the
The design and arrangement of County g swandteile are shown particularly clearly in Figure 3, an enlarged detail of Figure 1. The longitudinal wall parts consist of a
In Figure 3, another embodiment of a longitudinal wall part is shown below, in which an approximately 22 adjoins the
In Figure 2, the
