Das Atemschlauchende ist mit einem in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellten Mundstück versehen. An der dem Gerätträger zugewandten Atembeutelseite ist ein als Hohlkörper 4 ausgebildeter Wärmeschutz befestigt. Die Befestigung erfolgt über zwei am Hohlkörper 4 angeordnete und seitlich herausgeführte Stege 5, die in entsprechend ausgebildete und am Atembeutel 1 befestigte Laschen 6 einsteckbar sind. Die Laschen 6 sind aus dem selben Material, wie der Atembeutel 1. Der Hohlkörper 4 besteht aus einem kompressiblen Material geringer Wärmeleitfähigkeit, und zwar vorzugsweise aus Silikon-Elastomere.
