Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Atmungsgerät, insbesondere auf das zum Tragen der Gerätteile dienende Traggerüst oder-gestell, das vorzugsweise aus einer Blechplatte besteht, die mit einer aus Stützkonsole und Scharnierklappe bestehenden Einspannvorrichtung für die Luftreinigungspatrone versehen ist. Die Erfindung betrifft die Anordnung von Verstärkungsdrähten am oberen und unteren Ende der Tragplatte. Die Enden dieser Drähte sind zu Ösen ausgebildet, oben für den Tragriemen des Gestells und unten für den Bauchgurt, falls dieser nicht durch die Stoffbenähung des Gestells gebildet wird. Der mittlere Teil de, oberen Drahtes bildet gleichzeitig den Scharnierstift für die Scharnierklappe.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Modelles veranschaulicht.
Fig. i und 2 zeigen in zwei unter rechtem Winkel stehenden Ansichten ein der Erfindung gemäss eingerichtetes Traggestell mit eingespannter Patrone.

Bei dem dargelegten Ausführungsbeispiel wird das Traggestell für die Patrone p von einer Blechplatte a gebildet, die gleichzeitig dem Körper des Gerätträgers als Wärmeschutz gegen die Patrone dient und zu diesem Zwecke in geeigneter Weise hergerichtet, z. B. mit einem Asbestbelag versehen ist. Am unteren Ende oder in dessen Nähe besitzt die Platte a die mit Durchlochung versehene Stützkonsole b. die zweckmässig von einem mit Seitenrändern bi versehenen, an die Platte a angenieteten Blechstück gebildet ist. An dem oberen Rande der Platte a ist die mit DurcMochung versehene Klappe c mittels Scharnier C2 angelenkt (Fig. 3).
Zum Einspannen der Patrone p wird diese mit ihrem unteren Gewindeanschluss in die Öffnung der Konsole b eingesetzt und dann die vorher geöffnete oder aufgeklappte Scharnierklappe c (Fig. 3) über den oberen Gewindeanschluss der Patrone geklappt (Fig. i und 2).
Die Patrone sitzt dann fest und unverrückbar zwischen Konsole b und Klappe c am Gestell a und kann doch leicht ausgewechselt werden..
Nach erfolgter Einspannung der Patrone wird unten der Atmungssack s und oben der Atmungsschlauch d mit Mundstück w angeschlossen. Der Erfindung gemäss ist an der Oberund Unterkante der Tragplatte a. mindestens aber an der Oberkante, zur Versteifung der Platte ein Draht e bwz. g (Fig. 3) angebracht. Die Enden jedes Drahtes sind Ösen el bzw. gl ausgebildet. Der Mittelteil des oberen Drahtes e dient gleichzeitig als Scharnierstift für die Einspannklappe e.
Zum Tragen des Atmungsgerätes dient ein an die Ösen el der Tragplatte a angreifender Riemen f (Gurt o. dgl.), während das Festlegen der Tragplatte am Körper des Gerätträgers durch einen Bauchgurt o. dgl. erfolgen kann, der an die Ösen gl angreift. Der Bauchgurt ist in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellt.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE : I. Atmungsgerät-Traggestell, bestehend aus einer Blechplatte o. dgl. mit einer Einspannvorrichtung aus Stützkonsole und Scharnierklappe für die Luftreinigungspatrone, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blechplatte mindestens am oberen Rande mit einem Verstärkungsdraht versehen ist, dessen Enden zu Ösen ausgebildet sind.

The invention relates to a breathing device, in particular to the supporting frame or frame used to carry the device parts, which preferably consists of a sheet metal plate which is provided with a clamping device for the air cleaning cartridge consisting of a support bracket and a hinged flap. The invention relates to the arrangement of reinforcement wires at the top and bottom of the support plate. The ends of these wires are made into eyelets, at the top for the carrying strap of the frame and at the bottom for the waist belt, if this is not formed by sewing the fabric on the frame. The middle part of the top wire also forms the hinge pin for the hinged flap.
An exemplary embodiment of the model is illustrated in the drawing.

In the illustrated embodiment, the support frame for the cartridge p is formed by a sheet metal plate a, which also serves as a heat protection against the cartridge for the body of the device carrier and prepared for this purpose in a suitable manner, for. According to the invention, on the upper and lower edges of the support plate a. but at least at the upper edge, to stiffen the plate a wire e or. g (Fig. 3) attached. The ends of each wire are eyelets el and gl. The middle part of the upper wire e also serves as a hinge pin for the clamping flap e.
A belt f (belt or the like) that engages the eyelets el of the support plate a is used to carry the breathing device, while the support plate can be fixed to the body of the device wearer by a waist belt or the like that engages the eyelets. The waist belt is not shown in the drawing.
