Abstract

Der Keil (11) wird von einem Stellmotor (15) in Abhängigkeit der Bremswirkung auf das Projektil (28) gesteuert. Bei dieser Projektilbremse treten keine hohen spezifischen Flächenpressungen auf. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäss durch die im Kennzeichen des Anspruchs 1 angegebenen Merkmale gelöst. Zwei Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes sind nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnung beschrieben. Es ist:

Eine Projektilbremse 1 weist eine obere, bewegliche Bremsbacke 2 und eine untere, feste Bremsbacke 3 auf. Beide Bremsbacken sind mit einem Bremsbelag 4 bzw. 5 versehen. Die obere Bremsbacke 2 ist in einer Führung 6 auf- und abbewegbar. Die obere Bremsbacke 2 ist über ein Hebelsystem 8 mit einem Gleitstück 9 verbunden, das in einer Führung 10 auf- und abbewegbar ist. Das Gleitstück 9 ist mit einer schrägen Stirnseite 9' unter dem Druck einer nicht gezeichneten Feder an einer entsprechenden schrägen Seite 11' eines Stellgliedes in der Form eines Stellkeils 11 geführt. Eine gegenüberliegende Seite 11" des Stellkeils 11 ist an der Webmaschine 12 geführt. Der Stellkeil 11 ist mit einer Gewindebohrung 13 versehen, in der eine Gewindestellspindel 14 eines Stellmotors 15 geschraubt ist. Das Ausmass der Bremswirkung der Projektilbremse 1 wird mittels zwei Sensoren 25 und 26 und einer Steuervorrichtung 27 erfasst. Die Sensoren 25 und 26 sind entlang dem Bremsweg eines Projektils 28 angebracht und über eine Leitung 29 bzw. 30 mit der Steuervorrichtung 27 verbunden. Der Ausgang der Steuervorrichtung 27 ist über Leitungen 31 und 32 mit dem Stellmotor 15 verbunden. Je nach Bremswirkung, d.h. je nach Eindringtiefe des Projektils 28 zwischen den Bremsbacken 2 und 3 bildet die Steuervorrichtung 27 ein entsprechendes Stellsignal für den Stellmotor 15 um den Stellkeil 11 zu verstellen. Dringt das Projektil 28 zuwenig tief in die Bremse ein, d.h. ist die Bremswirkung zu stark, wird der Stellkeil 11 vom Stellmotor 15 nach links gedrückt, so dass die obere Bremsbacke 2 unter dem Federdruck leicht angehoben wird, was einer weniger starken Bremswirkung gleichkommt, wenn die Bremse durch den Bremshebel 23 geschlossen wird. Dringt das Projektil 28 zu tief in die Bremse ein, was heisst, dass die Bremswirkung ungenügend ist, zieht der Stellmotor 15 den Stellkeil 11 nach rechts, so dass dieser die Bremsbacke 2 etwas nach unten bewegt, was eine stärkere Bremswirkung zur Folge hat.
