Claims (9)

1. Messerblock für Scherblatt (31)-Trockenrasierer, mit einem Träger (20) auf dem Messer (1,1b,1c) montiert sind, wobei dieser Träger (20) zur Trägerlängsrichtung senkrechte Schlitze (24,27) aufweist, in denen die Messer (1) angeordnet sind und die die Messer in gegenseitigem Abstand, zueinander parallel und in Trägerlängsrichtung fluchtend halten, und wobei die Messer (1) eine Bogenform aufweisen, eine gewisse Elastizität besitzen und Befestigungsmittel (5, 6; 5a, 6b) umfassen, die mit die Montage dieser Messer auf dem Träger ermöglichenden Verriegelungsmitteln (21, 22, 30, 30a, 30b) zusammenwirken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Messer (1) nahe jedem Ende des Bogens eine gegen das Bogeninnere offene Aussparung (5,6) aufweisen, daß der Träger (20) zwei zur Trägerlängsrichtung parallele Längsnuten (21, 22) aufweist, wobei die Aussparungen (5, 6) der Messer (1) gegenüber diesen Nuten (21, 22) angeordnet sind, und daß die genannten Aussparungen (5, 6) auf zwei in den Raum zwischen den beiden Nuten (21, 22) und den Aussparungen (5,6) der Messer eingesetzten Stiften (30) elastisch verriegelt sind.
2. Messerblock nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (20) eine mittlere vorspringende Rippe (23) aufweist, die sich in Trägerlängsrichtung erstreckt und deren Ende die Messer (1) aufnehmende Schlitze (24) besitzt.
3. Messerblock nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (20) weiters zwei parallele Flügel (26, 25) besitzt, die in einer zur mittleren Rippe (23) senkrechten Ebene liegen und die Messer (1) aufnehmende Schlitze (27) aufweisen.
4. Messerblock nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flügel (26,25) die die Stifte (30) aufnehmenden Längsnuten (21, 22) begrenzen.
5. Messerblock nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidkante (1a) der Messer Kreisbogenform aufweist.
6. Messerblock nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidkante (1a) der Messer die Form eines Dreieckexzenterbogens besitzt.
7. Messerblock nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Messer von einer bogenförmigen Klinge gebildet sind, deren Verformung längs ihrer Krümmung im wesentlichen konstant ist.
8. Verfahren zum Schleifen der einen Teil des Messerblocks nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 bildenden Rasierermesser, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Messer (1,1b, 1c) auf einem Dorn (2) anordnet, der zwei parallele und in einem dem Abstand zwischen den beiden Längsnuten (21, 22) des Trägers (20) entsprechenden gegenseitigen Abstand angeordnete Längsnuten (3,4) aufweist, wobei die Aussparungen (5, 6) oder Wülste (5a, 6b) dieser Messer gegenüber diesen Nuten (3,4) positioniert werden, daß man zwei Stifte (7) oder Profile entsprechenden Querschnitts in die Räume zwischen jeder Nut (3, 4) des Dorns und den an die Messer angrenzenden Aussparungen (5, 6) bzw. Wülsten (5a, 6b) einpreßt, daß man die Messer (1,1b, 1c) gegeneinanderpreßt, daß man den Dorn (2) um seine Achse (X - X') dreht und daß man gegen die Außenfläche der auf dem Dorn (2) gestapelten und zusammengepreßten Messer eine Schleifscheibe (18) führt, um die Messereinheit zu schleifen.
9. Verfahren zum Montieren der nach dem Verfahren nach Anspruch 8 geschliffenen Messer auf dem Träger (20) des Messerblocks, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die geschliffenen Messer (1,1b, 1c) vom Dorn (2) abnimmt, indem man die Stifte (7) bzw. die genannten Profile herauszieht, daß man diese Messer unter Beibehaltung der Reihenfolge, in der sie auf dem Schleifdorn (2) angeordnet waren, auf dem Träger (20) anordnet, und daß man die beiden Stifte (30) oder die beiden Profile (30a, 30b) in den Raum zwischen jeder Nut (21, 22) des Trägers (20) und den angrenzenden Aussparungen (5,6) bzw. Wülsten (5a, 6b) der besser einpreßt.
