A method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that hoses are drawn along in the joint between the longitudinal edges of the sealing webs introduced strip-wise, through which hoses sealing compounds joining the longitudinal edges of the webs together are injected after insertion.
7. A method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the side edges of the synthetic sealing webs are provided with fastener-type guide means engaging in each other designed in such a way that it is possible to press in sealing compounds after insertion.
8. A method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the sword cutter or similar is drawn forward by rods, ropes or chains laid in the pipes that were pre-pressed or inserted beforehand.
9. A method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the pipes are filled with a sealing compound which seals the edges of the introduced sheets to each other.
10. A method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the pipes are provided with lateral frangible points which, as the sword cutter or similar is drawn forward. are broken or torn open by its edge zones.
11. A method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that pipes made of steel are directly pushed forward by percussion or vibration devices.
12. A method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that two pipes are introduced simultaneously, which pipes are connected by a dragged along synthetic sealing web bridging the gap between them.
13. A method according to ciaim 12, characterized in that the pipe drawn forward at a small distance next to a previously introduced pipe projects with a lateral web type extension through a lateral slot of the previously introduced pipe.
14. A method according to claim 13, characterized in that the web type extension has a T-web type cross member curving in conformity with the wall of the pipe into which the cross member is being introduced.
15. A method according to claim 1, characterized in that the sword cutter or similar dragging the sheet along is provided at its front with a plurality of nozzles from which high pressure water jets are ejected during the drawing forward or pushing forward actions.
16. A method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the pipes previously installed by drilling are pulled, and that rods, ropes or chains are introduced before, or with the pulling, which, in order to draw the sword cutter or similar forward, are connected to it.
17. A method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that in front of the sword cutter or similar, there are arranged milling cutter discs or cutter chains which serve to clear the mechanically crushed material of the ground or to remove larger lumps of rock on a continuous basis or as required.
18. A method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the pipes are directly pushed through or pressed forward shot-wise.
19. A method according to claim 18, characterized in that pressure nozzles are arranged at the front of the first shot pipe, from which nozzles pressurized water is ejected during the propelling action.
20. A method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that instead of an attached synthetic sealing web, the sword cutter or similar is provided at its rear with injection nozzles from which a material is injected into the ground which hardens into a sealing layer.
21. An apparatus for the implementation of the method according to one or several of the preceding patent claims, characterized in that the sword cutter consists of at least one plate (1, 4) connecting lateral guide pipes (1, 2) extending parallel to each other, which plate is provided on one of its sides with at least one high pressure injection nozzle (9), arranged approximately at right angles to the adjoining guide pipe, or at an acute angle in the pulling direction or against it, and directed towards the opposite guide pipe (2).

An apparatus according to claim 21, characterized in that in the sword cutter, there issues a scouring medium line (8) directed towards the opposite guide pipe (2), in that the opposite guide pipe (2) is provided in front of the sword cutter with an elongate inlet opening (24) for scouring media and materials, and in that the guide pipes (1, 2) closed at the front are connected to pipes (18, 19) pulled along and laterally connected to the dragged synthetic sealing web (17), in one of the pipes whereof there extend the high pressure water and scouring lines (8, 20) and the other whereof serves to evacuate the scouring water and scouring material.
23. An apparatus for the implementation of the method according to one or several of claims 1 to 20, characterized in that the synthetic sealing web dragged along by the sword cutter or similar is provided at its edges with fastener type guide means engaging in each other.
24. An apparatus for the implementation of the method according to one or several of claims 1 to 20, characterized in thatthe synthetic sealing web consists of composite film sheets and/or multilayer sealing webs that can be wound up into rolls which are preferably provided at their edges with complementary fastener type guide means.
