Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for exchanging bridge bearings between pillars and superstructure on bridge structures, in that the superstructure is lifted relative to the pillar by means of lifting cylinders and the bridge bearing thus made accessible is completely or partially renewed and then the superstructure is lowered under the term bridge bearing old types of bearings are understood, in particular plain bearings, slide-tilt bearings, etc.
- bridge structures especially those that are exposed to the corresponding traffic loads, will suffer damage in the area of the bearings between the pillars and the superstructure over the years.
- This damage can manifest itself in different ways.
- the PTFE discs can be squeezed out of plain bearings or breakages can occur on roller bearings. In such cases of damage, at least parts of the bearing must be replaced.
- the superstructure is lifted above a pillar using hydraulic lifting cylinders, which have to be set up so that the forces required for lifting the superstructure can be introduced into the superstructure on the one hand and into the pillar on the other and can be absorbed by these parts without risk of destruction.
- the lifting cylinders must be placed so that they are located under the longitudinal web and under the cross member. This is generally not a problem, because the longitudinal beam and the cross beam each extend further outwards relative to a pillar, so that points of attack for lifting the superstructure can be found there without further ado.
- the pillar contact area is difficult, especially when bearings with a large outline have to be renovated relative to the pillar contact area.
- consoles of this type are particularly difficult on high pillars and in some cases can hardly be carried out or can only be carried out with immense effort.
- the invention has for its object to provide a method of the type described above, with which it is possible to replace defective bearings or bearing parts on existing bridge structures, without the need for a complex bracket construction for installing the lifting cylinders
- this is achieved in that parts of the old bunker are removed above the pillar contact area and so contact surfaces for the lifting cylinders are created under the longitudinal web and / or the cross member of the superstructure on the pillar contact area, and in that the old bearing parts are removed in such a manner and that Lift cylinders are placed on the installation surfaces so that after lifting the superstructure not only the remaining parts of the old bearing to be replaced are removed, but also the corresponding new bearing parts are inserted between the lifting cylinders.
- the invention is based on the knowledge that in existing structures that have already been subjected to traffic and in which only the repair cases naturally occur, the movement processes from prestressing, creeping and shrinking of the concrete superstructure are no longer present, but only the temperature influences and the traffic load has to be absorbed. This results in a comparatively small movement of the bridge, so that it is possible to install new bearing parts or bearings that are smaller in size than the original old bearings that have to be installed in the manufacture of the structure.
- the invention thus makes use of the reduced movement of the bridge.
- Parts of the old bearing can be removed by separating or removing parts of the sliding plate of the old bearing, in particular by a separation welding process. It is important to ensure that anchor plates in the concrete of the superstructure or the concrete itself experience as little heat as possible and in particular are not damaged.
- the pillar contact area is usually bordered with a simple tensioning collar with which a prestress is applied to the pillar head before the lifting cylinders are acted upon to raise the superstructure.
- FIG. 1 shows a schematic plan view of a pillar with the parts essential to the invention
- FIG. 2 shows a side view in the area of a pillar head.
- Fig. 1 shows a plan view of a pillar 1 with a circular cross-section, which is surrounded in the area of its upper pillar contact surface 2 by a tensioning collar 3, which serves to absorb the splitting tensile forces.
- the tensioning collar 3 extends over a certain height (Fig. 2) on the PCh head 4.
- the superstructure is indicated schematically in Fig. 1 in dashed lines by projection, specifically the longitudinal web 5, which extends parallel to the longitudinal axis of the bridge, and the transverse web 6, which is provided in the area of the box girder of the superstructure 7, continuously. It is necessary To place a sufficient number of lifting cylinders 8 relative to the longitudinal web 5 and the cross web 6 of the superstructure 7 so that the forces are introduced into these parts of the superstructure 7. The lifting cylinders 8 must therefore stand under the longitudinal web 5 and under the transverse web 6.

Description
Gleitlager, Gleit-Kipplager usw.The invention relates to a method for exchanging bridge bearings between pillars and superstructure on bridge structures, in that the superstructure is lifted relative to the pillar by means of lifting cylinders and the bridge bearing thus made accessible is completely or partially renewed and then the superstructure is lowered under the term bridge bearing old types of bearings are understood, in particular plain bearings, slide-tilt bearings, etc.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Verfahren der eingangs beschriebenen Art aufzuzeigen, mit dem es möglich ist, defekte Lager oder Lagerteile an bestehenden Brückenbauwerken auszutauschen, ohne daß eine aufwendige Konsolenkonstruktion zum Aufstellen der Hubzylinder erforderlich istIt cannot be avoided that bridge structures, especially those that are exposed to the corresponding traffic loads, will suffer damage in the area of the bearings between the pillars and the superstructure over the years. This damage can manifest itself in different ways. For example, the PTFE discs can be squeezed out of plain bearings or breakages can occur on roller bearings. In such cases of damage, at least parts of the bearing must be replaced. For this purpose, it is sometimes necessary to lift the superstructure at the individual warehouse above the pillar in question, even under full traffic load, to remove the damaged warehouse or the corresponding warehouse components and to replace them with new warehouse components or a completely new warehouse. The superstructure is lifted above a pillar using hydraulic lifting cylinders, which have to be set up so that the forces required for lifting the superstructure can be introduced into the superstructure on the one hand and into the pillar on the other and can be absorbed by these parts without risk of destruction. Relative to the superstructure, the lifting cylinders must be placed so that they are located under the longitudinal web and under the cross member. This is generally not a problem, because the longitudinal beam and the cross beam each extend further outwards relative to a pillar, so that points of attack for lifting the superstructure can be found there without further ado. As a footprint for the lifting cylinders, however, the pillar contact area is difficult, especially when bearings with a large outline have to be renovated relative to the pillar contact area. Then it is often not possible to accommodate all the lifting cylinders required to lift the superstructure in the area of a pillar on the pillar contact surface. In such a case, there is nothing left but to mount a very elaborate console on the pillar in the area of the pillar contact area in order to increase the pillar contact area and to accommodate the lifting cylinders here. The use of such consoles is very complex and requires long assembly times because a large part of the forces required to lift the superstructure have to be introduced into the pillar via the console. The known replacement using consoles of this type is particularly difficult on high pillars and in some cases can hardly be carried out or can only be carried out with immense effort. In some applications, it would be possible to accommodate the lifting cylinders for lifting the superstructure on the pillar contact surface, but these lifting cylinders are so close together that the removal of parts of the old bearing, especially the sliding plate, is not possible because the distance between the lifting cylinder is smaller than the width of the sliding plate. The invention has for its object to provide a method of the type described above, with which it is possible to replace defective bearings or bearing parts on existing bridge structures, without the need for a complex bracket construction for installing the lifting cylinders
According to the invention, this is achieved in that parts of the old bunker are removed above the pillar contact area and so contact surfaces for the lifting cylinders are created under the longitudinal web and / or the cross member of the superstructure on the pillar contact area, and in that the old bearing parts are removed in such a manner and that Lift cylinders are placed on the installation surfaces so that after lifting the superstructure not only the remaining parts of the old bearing to be replaced are removed, but also the corresponding new bearing parts are inserted between the lifting cylinders. The invention is based on the knowledge that in existing structures that have already been subjected to traffic and in which only the repair cases naturally occur, the movement processes from prestressing, creeping and shrinking of the concrete superstructure are no longer present, but only the temperature influences and the traffic load has to be absorbed. This results in a comparatively small movement of the bridge, so that it is possible to install new bearing parts or bearings that are smaller in size than the original old bearings that have to be installed in the manufacture of the structure. The invention thus makes use of the reduced movement of the bridge. In addition, however, it is necessary to remove those parts of the old bridge bearing, in particular parts of the slide plate that would interfere after the lifting cylinders had been set up or would make removal of the bearing part in question impossible, that is to cut off, cut out, or cut off or otherwise take away. Then it will be possible to set up the lifting cylinders on the pillar footprint and the individual footprints created in this way, to raise the superstructure and to remove the remaining parts of the warehouse to be replaced. Here, for. B. the separating cut on the sliding plate so that on the one hand the required pillar contact area results and on the other hand the rest of the sliding plate is so small that it can be removed between two lifting cylinders.
Finally, this separating cut also takes into account the fact that new, smaller bearing parts can be installed. The method according to the invention surprisingly opens up very simple and inexpensive refurbishment options for eliminating damage to bridge layers. A console that often weighs several tons does not have to be manufactured, assembled or disassembled.
Dieses Verfahrensmerkmal findet insbes. dann Anwendung, wenn die Gleitplatte ausgewechselt werden muß, die üblicherweise das größte Teil des Lagers darstelltIt often happens that new bearing parts with smaller dimensions than the old bearing parts are used. This process feature is used in particular when the slide plate, which usually represents the largest part of the bearing, has to be replaced
Parts of the old bearing can be removed by separating or removing parts of the sliding plate of the old bearing, in particular by a separation welding process. It is important to ensure that anchor plates in the concrete of the superstructure or the concrete itself experience as little heat as possible and in particular are not damaged.
The pillar contact area is usually bordered with a simple tensioning collar with which a prestress is applied to the pillar head before the lifting cylinders are acted upon to raise the superstructure.

The superstructure is indicated schematically in Fig. 1 in dashed lines by projection, specifically the
Die Hubzylinder 8 und die Spannmanschette 3 werden entfernt, so daß die Sanierung des betreffenden Brückenlagers damit vollendet istOf the old bearing to be replaced, only the outline of the old
