Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schalung für Serienfertigteile aus Stahlbeton, wie sie gattungsmäßig im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 beschrieben ist. Bei beiden bekannten Schalungskonstruktionen werden die Schwellen hintereinander ohne Abstellungen zwischen den einzelnen Schwellen in einem Stück betoniert. Das bedeutet, daß alle in einem Spannbett betonierten Schwellen in einem Stück ausgehoben und danach gedreht und getrennt werden müssen. Bei beiden Verfahren stehen die Einbauteile in der Schalung und die Vorrichtungen zum Ausheben der Fertigteile aus der bei der Fertigung obenliegenden Fläche und damit über den oberen Rand der Seitenteile der Schalung heraus. Da bei Schwellen die obenliegende Fläche des Fertigteils im Gebrauchszustand nach unten zu liegen kommt, müssen Schwellen für die endgültige Lagerung gedreht werden. Aus der Oberfläche herausstehende Teile müssen bei der Zwischenlagerung entfernt werden. Die Zwischenlagerung erfordert zusätzlichen Arbeitsaufwand und damit zusätzliche Kosten. Das Herausziehen der Einbauteile über den Rand der Seitenschalung macht außerdem das Abziehen der Schalung über die Ränder der Seitenelemente und die Anwendung von Rüttelbohlen zur Verdichtung des Betons unmöglich.In both known formwork constructions, the sleepers are concreted in one piece, one after the other, without stops between the individual sleepers.
