Abstract
1. Mould for generally straight reinforced or prestressed concrete finished elements mainly for prestressed turnout sleepers to be produced subsequently in a prestressing bed, the mould consists of two lateral parts with a base plate and dividing plates installed between them thus at least partially limiting the length of the individual finished parts, The base plate serves as a template for the installation of mounting parts in the mould and is equipped with recesses through which mounting bolts introduced into the mounting parts pass, the mould has the following features : the dividing plates (6) are placed between two subsequent finished parts (2n and 2/n+1), the dividing plates (6) consist of end plates (17) reversely placed at a distance, the bottom rims (18) of which rest on the base plates (5/n or 5/n+1) and constitute a buffer for the base plates by means of projections (31) and are spaced by means of similar buffers (22/23) at the bottom, while they are held down and at a distance at the top (19) by a clamping plate (21) located on brackets (20) of the end plates (17), the dividing plates (6) do not project above the top of the lateral elements (4) of the prestressing bed (1) with the top (19) of the end plates (17), the clamping plate (21), and the straining screw head (30), the end plates (17) can be positioned between the prestressing elements (3) for concrete work by lateral recesses (24) ; they are equipped with pivots (25) at the outer side of the mould located approximately in the center of gravity of the finished parts (2), after the concrete work and the cutting of the prestressing elements (3) the finished parts can be raised out of the prestressing bed (1) and can be pivoted, the clamping plate (21) is fixed to a hold-down device (26) which in turn connects the clamping plate (21) to a clamping device (27) by means of a straining screw (30), the clamping device can be moved longitudinally in the longitudinal tracks (16) in the mould substructure (3) by means of guides (28) and can be firmly strained in the longitudinal track (16) through a tensioning block (29).
