Claims (3)
- Dispositif pour aligner une station d'empilage à tourniquet par rapport au bord d'une bande gainée ou semi-gainée en matière synthétique, dispositif dans lequel la station d'empilage à tourniquet se compose d'un bâti de tourniquet (3), déplaçable longitudinalement, comportant des bras de transport (5) tournant autour d'un arbre (4), lesquels servent à la réception de sacs dessoudés de la bande (10) gainée ou semi-gainée en matière synthétique, d'un bâti d'extrémité (17) déplaçable longitudinalement sur un bâti d'ensemble (32) et relié au bâti de tourniquet par l'intermédiaire d'un longeron (18), et, entre le bâti de tourniquet (3) et le bâti d'extrémité (17), d'une voie d'empilage constituée par un transporteur sans fin (14,15,16), laquelle présente des moyens d'entraînement (14) actionnés par intermittence et comportant des paires de chevilles d'empilage (12,13), sur lesquelles des sacs, dans lesquels ont été découpés des trous de position, sont accrochés, le dispositif présentant un mécanisme de réglage (24,25,26) pour le déplacement transversal de la station d'empilage à tourniquet en réponse à un déport mesuré du bord et le bâti de tourniquet (3) étant pourvu d'un rail transversal (20,21) s'appuyant sur des rouleaux (23) ou des surfaces lisses d'un cadre support (22),
caractérisé en ce que,
le mécanisme de réglage (24,25,26) s'applique exclusivement au bâti de tourniquet (3),
le bâti d'extrémité (17) s'appuie sur des rails longitudinaux (31) de son bâti d'ensemble (32) par l'intermédiaire de galets de roulement (30), de manière à pouvoir pivoter d'un petit angle sur le bâti d'ensemble (32),
le longeron (18) reliant le bâti de tourniquet (3) et le bâti d'extrémité (17) est rigide à la flexion et
le bâti de tourniquet (3) est en outre relié au bâti d'extrémité (17) par un longeron central (19) de la voie d'empilage. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le rail transversal (20) est pourvu d'une crémaillère (26) sur laquelle vient en prise un pignon (25), qui est actionné par un moteur pas à pas ou analogue et dont l'arbre est logé sur le cadre support (22).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le cadre support (22) est muni de rouleaux ou de roues (27), qui sont guidés sur des rails (28) d'un bâti d'ensemble (29) parallèles à la voie d'empilage.
