Claims (11)

1. Distributeur de pommade ou crème comportant un récipient d'emballage contenant de la pommade ou crème, susceptible d'être évacuée par pression, un piston (10) et une tige de piston (16), ledit récipient présentant dans sa paroi un orifice pour la distribution de la crème, caractérisé en ce que le récipient en forme de cartouche (1) pourvue d'orifices divergents (5) ménagés dans sa paroi présente une extrémité arrière munie d'une collerette (4) appelée à être introduite dans un dispositif de manoeuvre (A) et une zone d'insertion de section relativement grande (9) pour le piston (10) ajusté à la section avant plus petite de la cartouche, le contact entre la surface d'étanchéité du piston et la paroi intérieure de la zone (9) à section plus grande n'étant pas étanche à l'air, dont l'extrémité frontage de ladite zone à grande section (9) étant fermée par une membrane (15) appelée à être perforée par la tige de piston (16) du dispositif de manoeuvre (A).
2. Distributeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, le contact non étanche à l'air est défini par des espaces libres (11) entre des nervures (12) de la paroi intérieure de la cartouche qui sont orientées selon la direction des déplacements du piston (x).

Distributeur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les sommets des nervures (12) sont légèrement en retrait par rapport à la paroi intérieure de petite section de la cartouche et en ce que la surface d'étanchéité du piston est constituée d'anneaux d'étanchéité (14) formés sur le piston (10) qui présente une forme de capuchon.

Distributeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité de la tige de piston (16) qui agissant sur le piston (10) et perforant la membrane (15) en son centre présente une forme tronconique et pénètre avec conjugaison de formes par rapport à la surface d'enveloppe tronconique (28) dans une cavité (27) arrière du piston (10) de façon telle que les anneaux d'étanchéité (14) du piston (10) disposés transversalement à sa direction de déplacement (x) prennent appui dans des zones décalées par rapport à la zone de contact de l'enveloppe en tronc de cône (28).
5. Distributeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par une liaison par encliquetage à rainure annulaire et nervure orientée radialement ou axialement entre la collerette (4) arrière de la cartouche (1) et le bord avant du boîtier du distributeur (17).
6. Distributeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre de la tige de .piston (16) est guidée dans une douille centrale (23) qui affleure le bord avant du boîtier du distributeur (17) et s'étend de manière coplanaire dans le fond (24) partiellement percé du boîtier.
7, Distributeur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'entre le piston (10) et la tige de piston (16) un espace annulaire (30) est défini et appelé à recevoir la partie de la membrane subsistant en lisière du trou et poussée vers l'intérieur lors de la perforation de ladite membrane.
8. Distributeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre de la cartouche (1) est formée de façon à peu près correspondante à la forme de la pointe du piston et en ce qu'au moins la zone perforée de la cartouche (1) est recouverte d'un capuchon de protection (6) qui ferme, de façon étanche, les orifices de paroi (5) de la cartouche.
9. Distributeur selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le fond du capuchon de protection (8) présente un orifice (7) de ventilation susceptible d'être obturé à partir de l'extrémité libre de la cartouche (1).
10. Distributeur selon les revendications 1 et 9, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre de la cartouche (1) a la forme d'une coupole (3) hémisphérique et en ce que le bord frontal du capuchon protecteur (6) est situé à une petite distance de la surface supérieure annulaire (4') de la collerette (4) et est tenu en ajustement serré sur la surface d'enveloppe de l'extrémité de cartouche qui présente une section agrandie définie par un décrochement de la paroi.

Distributeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de manoeuvre (A) a une forme tubulaire et comporte une paroi tubulaire entièrement fermée qui ne s'étend que sur une faible longueur, cependant que, dans la partie arrière, où cette paroi ne s'étend que sur un peu plus de la moitié de la circonférence, il est prévu une plaque d'actionnement (18) de la tige de piston (16), laquelle plaque d'actionnement dépasse latéralement des bords de la paroi tubulaire (17') qui limitent une ouverture de préhension (21) longitudinale (saillie sectorielle).
