Dreht sich der Körper in die Seitenlage, werden etwa auf der halben Aufiiegefiäche die Profilkörperüberstände 71 entsprechend dem Auflagedruck in Höhe der Lüftungskanäle 72 zusammengedrückt, so daß nunmehr das gleiche Körpergewicht von den Profilkörpern 66 in der jeweiligen Aufliegezone über die Liegenseitenpolsterung 69, deren Aussparungen 83, den oberen Polsterabschluß 73, als Winter- oder Sommerseite ausgebildet, und die obere Polsterabdeckung 84 auf einer unteren als Sitzseitenpolsterung 70 dienenden Polsterung mit einem unteren Polsterabschluß 74, als Winter- oder Sommerseite ausgebildet, der unteren Polsterabdeckung 85 und dem Bezug 78 ebenfalls anatomisch richtig abgestützt wird. Soll die Matratze als Sitzpolsterung dienen, bei der nur eine punktuelle Beanspruchung und daher feste Polsterung notwendig ist, wird sie um 180° gedreht. Hier ergibt sich eine feste und stabilelastische Sitzpolsterung. Die winkelförmige Ausbildung der Profildruckkörper hat den weiteren Vorteil, daß bei dem Übergang von der Rücken- in die Seitenlage die Abstützung in der gleichen Druckprogression kontinuierlich erfolgt, weil die vertikalen und horizontalen Schenkel homogen sind. 1.
