Ein solches Bauteil ist für einen Einweg-Massenartikel relativ aufwendig. Auch entsteht ein weiterer Montageschritt. Zufolge solcher Ausgestaltung kann der relativ teure Klemmodul entfallen. Trotzdem ist die gewohnte Gebrauchszuverlässigkeit beibehalten. Die baulichen Mittel sind einfach, indem sich unterhalb des inneren Mündungsendes des Röhrchens in der Decke des Gehäuses, von welcher ein Aufsatzkragen für den Balg ausgeht, ein Klappenventil befindet, mit in Richtung des Röhrchens liegender Durchtrittsöffnung. Ein solches Klappenventil läßt sich in einfacher Weise gleich am Funktionsteil mitanformen. Es liegt eine hohe Wirtschaftlichkeit vor. Außerdem treten erheblich geringere Reibungskräfte am Kolben auf, was zusätzlich der Funktionssicherheit zugutekommt und überdies die Verwendung einer breiten Füllgut-Palette hinsichtlich der Viskosität zuläßt. Es entsteht lediglich ein Druck auf die Ventilklappe und nicht mehr auf dem Kolben. Vorteilhaft ist es erfindungsgemäß weiter, daß der innere Mündungsendabschnitt des Röhrchens in Überlappung liegt zum Aufsatzkragen. Zum einen wird die maximale Länge des Balginnenraumes für das Röhrchen genutzt, zum anderen ergibt sich aus dieser Zuordnung auch ein gewisser Betätigungs-Endanschlag für den Balg über das Röhrchen. Eine weitgehend verlustfreie Ausgabe läßt sich mit einfachen Mitteln dadurch erreichen, daß der Kolben an seiner Oberseite eine parallel zu der die Ventilklappe zentral tragenden Gehäusedecke verlaufende, ebenflächige Wand bildet. Zweckmäßig schließt dabei die Oberseite mit der einen der üblichen Randlippen des Kolbens ab. Hinsichtlich der Klappenventilausbildung wird zweckmäßig so vorgegangen, daß die Ventilklappe der Gehäusedecke peripher materialeinheitlich über einen verdünnten Querschnitt angeformt ist, welchem zufolge Spritzens der Ventilklappe in gehäuseeinwärts gerichteter Senkrechtstellung und durch Durchfädeln durch die Durchtrittsöffnung eine Vorspannung innewohnt. So ist die Ventilklappe stets sicher allein aus der dem Material innewohnenden Rückstellkraft in Schließrichtung belastet. Hinzu kommt noch das, wenn auch geringe, Eigengewicht der Ventilklappe, und zwar unter Berücksichtigung der üblicherweise auftretenden Gebrauchsstellung. Bezüglich einer Langzeit-Aufbewahrung des Spenders dürfte es schließlich noch von Nutzen sein, daß ein Verschlußstopfen der Spender-Austrittsöffnung von einem Teilabschnitt einer Ringrippe an der Deckeninnenfläche einer topfförmigen, im Querschnitt runden Abdeckkappe beaufschlagt ist. Bei Ingebrauchnahme des Spenders ist es nicht mehr erforderlich, den Verschlußstopfen stets wieder dem Röhrchen zuzuordnen, da dessen Inhalt durch den permanenten Feuchteanschluß an den ausgabenahen Restvorrat in der üblicherweise zugrundezulegenden Aufbrauchzeit nicht austrocknen kann, zumal die Abdeckkappe stets wieder zugeordnet werden kann.As a result of such a configuration, the relatively expensive clamping module can be dispensed with. Hierdurch liegt ein dünnlippiger Rand vor, welcher sich auf den ebenfalls wandungsverdünnten Lochrand 10' der Durchtrittsöffnung 10 auflegt. Neben einer schwerkraftabhängigen Auflage ist noch zusätzlich eine federnde Anlage bewirkt, dies dadurch, daß die Ventilklappe 9' der Gehäusedecke 8 beim Spritzvorgang in gehäuseeinwärts gerichteter Senkrechtstellung zur Aufstandfläche St angeformt wird (vergl. Fig. 3, Ausrichtung in ausgezogenen Linien), woran anschließend, und zwar nach dem Erhärten die flexible Ventilklappe 9' durch das Ventilloch 10 hindurchgefädelt wird. Zur Bildung der Vorspannung sind 90° genutzt. Diese Ausrichtung ist auch spritztechnisch günstig. Das sich in seine Grundstellung zurückstellende flexible Kopfstück 5 zieht nun den Kolben 2 in Richtung des Pfeiles x über die Füllgutsäule nach. Die Zurückstellung ist abgeschlossen, bevor die noch im Röhrchen verbleibende Masse als "Stopfen" das innere Mündungsende 7" erreichen bzw. verlassen könnte. Der Unterdruck bewirkt das Hochklappen der Ventilklappe 9' in Ausgaberichtung (Pfeil z); das Kopfstück 5 saugt sich über die Durchtrittsöffnung 10 voll. Die federbelastete Ventilklappe 9' tritt wieder in ihre Schließstellung. Claims (5)

1. Dispenser for pasty materials, with a housing (1) having a piston (2) shiftable in the emptying direction only, and with an outer actuating handle (H) formed on a headpiece (5) compressible in the direction of the piston in a concertina-like manner and having a dispenser outflow orifice (0), from which extends an inwardly directed tube (7) dipping freely into the pasty material by means of its inner mouth end in any position of the concertina (B), characterized in that underneath the inner mouth end (7") of the tube (7) in the ceiling (8) of the housing (1), from which extends an attachment collar (6) for the concertina (B), there is a flap valve (9) with a through-orifice (10) located in the direction of the tube (7) (arrow z).
