Claims (4)

1. Procédé de fabrication de corps profilés par compression à partir d'un mélange non expansible de matières fibreuses mélangées à un liant thermodurcissable, dans lequel le mélange est pressé sous la forme d'une ébauche et puis durci sous sa forme définitive dans une presse à chaud, suivant la méthode selon laquelle une première partie inférieure d'outil de compression (1 ) remplie par le mélange non comprimé est introduite dans une presse, et, lorsque l'on ferme la presse, le mélange est comprimé dans la partie supérieure d'outil de compression (7) de celle-ci, en étant simultanément pressé sous la forme d'une ébauche, une seconde partie inférieure d'outil de compression (11 ) étant ensuite introduite à la place de la première partie inférieure d'outil de compression, caractérisé en ce que, lorsque l'on ferme à nouveau la presse, le mélange pressé sous la forme d'une ébauche est comprimé dans la seconde partie inférieure d'outil de compression (11 ) où il subit une compression à chaud tout en étant durci.
2. Procédé de fabrication de corps profilés par compression à partir d'un mélange non expansible de matières fibreuses mélangées à un liant thermodurcissable, dans lequel le mélange est pressé sous la forme d'une ébauche et puis durci sous sa forme définitive dans une presse à chaud, suivant la méthode selon laquelle une première partie inférieure d'outil de compression (14) remplie par le mélange non comprimé est introduite dans une presse, et, lorsque l'on ferme la presse, le mélange est comprimé dans la partie supérieure d'outil de compression (15) de celle-ci, en étant simultanément pressé sous la forme d'une ébauche, une seconde partie inférieure d'outil de compression (16) étant ensuite introduite à la place de la première partie inférieure d'outil de compression (14), caractérisé en ce que, lorsque l'on ferme à nouveau la presse, le mélange pressé sous la forme d'une ébauche est comprimé dans la seconde partie inférieure d'outil de compression (16), après quoi cette dernière est déplacée sous une seconde partie supérieure d'outil de compression (17) et, grâce à un abaissement de celle-ci, le mélange pressé sous la forme d'une ébauche subit une compression à chaud tout en étant durci.
3. Dispositif de mise en œuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la presse est équipée d'une partie supérieure d'outil de compression (7) apte à être levée et abaissée et également chauffée, ainsi que d'une partie inférieure d'outil de compression (11 ) apte à être chauffée et d'une partie inférieure d'outil de compression (1 ) inapte à être chauffée, cette dernière comportant des espaces creux destinés à être remplis par le mélange, et un bâti (5) entourant ceux-ci et pourvu d'un dispositif de levage et d'abaissement réversible, lequel bâti peut, en cours de compression, être abaissé suffisamment pour permettre à des parties centrales (4) de la partie inférieure d'outil de compression (1 ) qui forment les fonds des espaces creux, de comprimer le mélange pressé sous la forme d'une ébauche dans les cavités de la partie supérieure d'outil de compression, caractérisé en ce que des cavités (13) correspondant à la forme en trois dimensions du corps profilé sont encastrées dans la partie inférieure d'outil de compression (11 ) apte à être chauffée, tandis que la partie supérieure d'outil de compression (7) possède également un bâti (10) pourvu d'un dispositif de levage et d'abaissement réversible, et une partie centrale (8), et est montée déplaçable au-dessus de la partie inférieure d'outil de compression (11 ).
4. Dispositif de mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 2, dans lequel la presse est équipée d'une partie supérieure d'outil de compression (15) apte à être levée et abaissée, ainsi que d'une partie inférieure d'outil de compression (16) apte à être chauffée et d'une partie inférieure d'outil de compression (14) inapte à être chauffée, cette dernière comportant des espaces creux destinés à être remplis par le mélange, et un bâti entourant ceux-ci et pourvu d'un dispositif de levage et d'abaissement réversible, lequel bâti peut en cours de compression, être abaissé suffisamment pour permettre à des parties centrales de la partie inférieure d'outil de compression (14) qui forment les fonds des espaces creux, de comprimer le mélange pressé sous la forme d'une ébauche dans les cavités de la partie supérieure d'outil de compression, caractérisé en ce que des cavités (19) correspondant à la forme en trois dimensions du corps profilé sont encastrées dans la partie inférieure d'outil de compression (16) apte à être chauffée, et en ce que la partie supérieure d'outil de compression (15) possède également un bâti pourvu d'un dispositif de levage et d'abaissement réversible, et une partie centrale, tandis qu'à côté de cette partie supérieure d'outil de compression (15) est disposée une seconde partie supérieure d'outil de compression (17) apte à être levée et abaissée et également chauffée, qui présente sur sa surface contiguë à la partie inférieure d'outil de compression (16) apte à être chauffée des parties en relief semblables à des poinçons, correspondant aux cavités (19), chacune des parties inférieures d'outil de compression (14, 16) pouvant être déplacée sous chacune des parties supérieures d'outil de compression.
