Definitions
- the invention relates to a holder for bollards according to the preamble of the claim.
- a holder is known from GB-PS 485 179.
- This bracket enables a bollard to be detachably fastened in a floor-fixed carrier, the bollard being received by a retaining ring and connected to the carrier by a bayonet connection.
- the bracket consists of a relatively large number of parts and requires a guide tube inserted deep into the carrier, thereby preventing the bollard with the retaining ring from moving transversely to the longitudinal axis of the carrier. Because of this structure, the bracket has a relatively large axial length.
- bollards are e.g. B. used to delimit tree slices from road or sidewalk plantings so that they are not compressed by vehicles or pedestrians.
- the horizontal protective effect that can be achieved by bollards is supplemented by a vertical one by laying accessible or drivable tree grates above the tree disk that are at a distance from the ground.
- Such tree grates are known from DE-OS 30 29 590.
- the bracket known from GB-PS 485 179 is completely unsuitable for attaching bollards to tree grates due to its large axial length.
- DE-GM 1 968 153 discloses another bracket for bollards consisting of a carrier and a retaining ring releasably connected thereto, but which is also only intended for anchoring to the floor.
- the one-screw connection between the retaining ring and the Carriers when used outdoors and close to the ground are prone to failure due to the inevitable corrosion and the risk of contamination.
- a screw connection aligned with the longitudinal axis of the bollard does not offer a secure mounting, since when forces act on the upper end of the bollard due to the long lever arm in the area of the lower end of the bollard and thus on the screw connection, very high moments occur, which lead to the bending of the Screw shaft and lead to loosening of the screw connection.
- the invention specified in the patent claim is therefore based on the object of providing a stable holder for bollards which is suitable both for fastening in the ground and on tree grates.
- the bracket consists of a few components in total, namely three components when anchoring a bollard in the ground and only two components when the bollard is attached to a tree grate .
- the other measure, the retaining ring and the coupling elements of the bayonet connection so that there is a non-positive connection between the retaining ring and the carrier, enables a space-saving construction in the vertical direction in that no extensive guide means are required.
- the bracket can actually be used universally, i. H. Use both for flat, low construction grids and for girders anchored deep in the ground.
- the design of the bayonet connection as a non-positive connection results in a more or less large axial adjustment range for the retaining ring, depending on the angular position and length of the slots in the carrier, which enables bollards to be anchored in the ground. to clamp the retaining ring either against the support or against the surrounding floor covering. Because of the axial adjustment range of the retaining ring, the carrier and the floor covering can therefore be arranged in a corresponding tolerance range with respect to one another.
- the arrangement of a plurality of coupling elements which have a comparatively large radial distance from the longitudinal axis of the bollard achieves a very stable mounting which can also absorb large forces acting on the upper end of the bollard without damage.
- the bollard 1 shown in Fig. 1 consists of a sleeve 2 and an interchangeable head part 3 which is clamped on the sleeve 2 by a stud 4.
- a ring 6 is fastened by means of a stud 5, which, in the event that 1 chains are to be attached to the bollard, can be exchanged for a corresponding ring provided with eyelets.
- additional parts can be used also take into account the different design requirements for the bollard.
- a ground sleeve 7 is anchored in the soil 9 by a concrete foundation 8.
- the ground sleeve 7 ends below the top of a stone covering serving as a surface fastening 10.
- At the upper end of the ground sleeve 7 there are four vertically running slots 11 which are open at their upper end and which merge at their lower end into slots 12 which are inclined at a flat angle run downwards.
- a holding ring 13 is placed on the base sleeve 7 and consists of a hexagon part 14, a flange part 15 with a larger diameter and an insertable part 16 which can be inserted into the base sleeve 7.
- the slots 11, 12 and the pins 17 form the coupling elements of four bayonet connections 18.
- two stop pieces 20 projecting inward into the receiving bore 19 are provided, which form an axial securing means for the inserted sleeve 2 of the bollard 1.
- the bollard 1 inserted into the retaining ring 13 is clamped by a stud 21.
- the tree grate 22 shown in FIG. 7 has a through bore 23 for receiving the retaining ring 13 described above.
- Four vertical grooves 24 are provided in the wall of the bore 23, which merge into recesses 25 which are open at the bottom in the lower region.
- the upper boundary surface 26 of the recesses 25 extends obliquely downwards at a flat angle.
- the grooves 24, the recesses 25 and the pin 17 of the retaining ring 13 form the coupling elements of four Ba Jonon connections 27.
- an annular recess 28 is formed at the upper end of the bore 23, an annular recess 28 is formed.
- the bollard 1 For the short-term removal of the bollard 1, either the bollard 1 alone is lifted out of the holder, the stud screw 21 being loosened beforehand, or the retaining ring 13 is also removed, which has the advantage that it is on the floor or on the tree grate no stumbling blocks remain.
- a bollard 1 is to be removed for a long time or permanently, the retaining ring 13 is also removed and a cover 29 is placed on the base sleeve 7 or in the bore 23 of the tree grate 22 in its place.
- the cover 29 consists of a plate 30 covering the base sleeve 7 or fitting into the recess 28 and an annular extension 31 which can be inserted into the base sleeve 7 or into the bore 23 of the tree grate 22.
- Four laterally projecting pins 32 are arranged on the outside of the extension 31, the size and position of which corresponds to that of the pins 17 of the retaining ring 13.
- the pins 32 with the slots 11, 12 according to FIG. 4 form bayonet connections 33.
- the pins 32 also form bayonet connections with the grooves 24 and the recesses 25 when the cover 29 is inserted into the bore 23.
- a hexagonal recess 34 is contained in the plate 30 in order to be able to handle the cover 29 with a tool.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a holder for bollards according to the preamble of the claim. Such a holder is known from GB-PS 485 179. This bracket enables a bollard to be detachably fastened in a floor-fixed carrier, the bollard being received by a retaining ring and connected to the carrier by a bayonet connection. The bracket consists of a relatively large number of parts and requires a guide tube inserted deep into the carrier, thereby preventing the bollard with the retaining ring from moving transversely to the longitudinal axis of the carrier. Because of this structure, the bracket has a relatively large axial length.
Such bollards are e.g. B. used to delimit tree slices from road or sidewalk plantings so that they are not compressed by vehicles or pedestrians. Often, the horizontal protective effect that can be achieved by bollards is supplemented by a vertical one by laying accessible or drivable tree grates above the tree disk that are at a distance from the ground. Such tree grates are known from DE-OS 30 29 590.
The bracket known from GB-PS 485 179 is completely unsuitable for attaching bollards to tree grates due to its large axial length.
In addition, the one-screw connection between the retaining ring and the Carriers when used outdoors and close to the ground are prone to failure due to the inevitable corrosion and the risk of contamination. In addition, a screw connection aligned with the longitudinal axis of the bollard does not offer a secure mounting, since when forces act on the upper end of the bollard due to the long lever arm in the area of the lower end of the bollard and thus on the screw connection, very high moments occur, which lead to the bending of the Screw shaft and lead to loosening of the screw connection.
The invention specified in the patent claim is therefore based on the object of providing a stable holder for bollards which is suitable both for fastening in the ground and on tree grates.
The measure to arrange the retaining ring directly in the carrier, the advantage is achieved that the bracket consists of a few components in total, namely three components when anchoring a bollard in the ground and only two components when the bollard is attached to a tree grate . The other measure, the retaining ring and the coupling elements of the bayonet connection so that there is a non-positive connection between the retaining ring and the carrier, enables a space-saving construction in the vertical direction in that no extensive guide means are required. In this way, the bracket can actually be used universally, i. H. Use both for flat, low construction grids and for girders anchored deep in the ground.
The design of the bayonet connection as a non-positive connection results in a more or less large axial adjustment range for the retaining ring, depending on the angular position and length of the slots in the carrier, which enables bollards to be anchored in the ground. to clamp the retaining ring either against the support or against the surrounding floor covering. Because of the axial adjustment range of the retaining ring, the carrier and the floor covering can therefore be arranged in a corresponding tolerance range with respect to one another.
Furthermore, the arrangement of a plurality of coupling elements which have a comparatively large radial distance from the longitudinal axis of the bollard achieves a very stable mounting which can also absorb large forces acting on the upper end of the bollard without damage.
The invention is explained with reference to two exemplary embodiments shown in the drawing.

The
In the holder shown in FIG. 2, a
The
For the short-term removal of the
If a
