Claims (8)
- Maschine zum Fasen oder Rillen einer ophthalmischen Linse von der Art, welche umfaßt eine Bearbeitungsstelle an einem Grundgestell (13), einen ersten Haltedorn (15), der wenigstens einen Schleifkörper (16) zum Fasen oder Rillen trägt und der durch Betätigung eines Antriebsmotors (17) drehbar angebracht ist, und einen zweiten Haltedorn (18), der zu dem ersten parallel angeordnet und wie dieser drehbar angebracht ist und eine ophthalmische Linse (10) an der Stelle des genannten Schleifkörpers (16) zum Fasen oder Rillen axial zu dessen Berührung mit dem Rand der genannten ophthalmischen Linse (10) einklemmen kann, wobei wenigstens einer der genannten Haltedorne (15, 18), der im folgenden der Einfachheit halber bewegbarer Haltedorn genannt wird, außerdem an dem Grundgestell (13) parallel zu seiner Achse in Verbindung mit Vorschubmitteln bewegbar angebracht ist, welche einen Motor (44) betätigen, die geeignet sind, eine parallel zu der genannten Achse geführte Bewegung sicherzustellen, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß die Vorschubmittel (40, 41), die dem bewegbaren Haltedorn (15) zugeordnet sind einen gewindeten Schaft, der drehfest an der Abtriebswelle des Motors (44) ist, und ein innengewindetes Antriebsglied (40), das mit dem gewindeten Schaft (41) in Eingriff steht umfassen, und daß zwischen dem bewegbaren Haltedorn (15) und den mit diesem verbundenen Vorschubmitteln (40, 41) ausschaltbare Verbindungsmittel (57) vorgesehen sind, die geeignet sind, auf Wunsch entweder eine wirkungsvolle, axiale Bewegungsbetätigung des genannten bewegbaren Haltedorns (15) durch die genannten Vorschubmittel (40, 41) für ein geführtes Fasen oder Rillen oder in bezug auf jene deren zumindest relative Freigabe für ein freies Fasen oder Rillen zu ermöglichen, und, daß der bewegbare Haltedorn (15) von einem Glied (36) getragen ist, welches der Einfachheit halber hier Halteglied genannt wird, und die Vorschubmittel (40, 41), die mit ihm verbunden sind, zusammen ein Glied (40) umfassen, welches hier der Einfachheit halber Antriebsglied genannt wird, die ausschaltbaren Verbindungsmittel (57), die zwischen dem genannten bewegbaren Haltedorn (15) und den Vorschubmitteln (40, 41) vorgesehen sind, einerseits zwei Flansche (58), die voneinander beabstandet und quer in bezug auf die Achse des genannten bewegbaren Haltedorns vorgesehen sind, mit einem beliebigen der genannten Glieder (36, 40) fest verbunden sind, und andererseits zwischen den genannten Flanschen (58) Anschlagmittel (59) umfassen, welche von dem anderen der genannten Glieder (36, 40) getragen an diesem zwischen einer zurückgezogenen Freigabestellung, in der sie von den Fanschen (58) beabstandet sind, und einer ausgefahrenen Verbindungsstellung bewegbar angebracht sind, in der sie zwischen jenen verspreizt sind, wodurch das Antriebsglied (40) mit dem Halteglied (36) verbunden werden kann.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlagmittel (59) zwei Leisten (60) umfassen, die im entgegengesetzten Sinn in bezug auf einander parallel zu der Achse des bewegbaren Haltedorns (15) bewegbar angebracht sind, und von denen jede jeweils in Anlage gegen die genannten Flansche (58) in der ausgefahrenen Stellung kommen kann.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei Leisten (60) an dem Glied (36), welches diese hält, synchron bewegbar angebracht sind.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei Leisten (60) jeweils mit einer von zwei Zahnstangen (62) fest verbunden sind, die beide an demselben Betätigungsritzel (63) eingreifen, welches drehbar an dem Glied (36) angebracht ist, welches sie trägt.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das genannte Betätigungsritzel (63) auf der Antriebswelle (64) eines Gleichstrommotors (66) festgesetzt ist.
- Maschine nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei Leisten (60) jeweils in einer von zwei Führungen (69) verschiebbar angebracht sind, die zu dem Glied (36) gehören, welches sie trägt.
- Maschine nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß derjenige der Flansche (58), der demjenigen gegenüberliegt, mit dem die jeweilige Leiste (60) in der ausgefahrenen Stellung in Anlage zusammenarbeitet, auf der Verlängerung einen für den Eingriff geeigneten Durchlaß (75) aufweist.
- Maschine nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei Flansche (58) fest mit dem Antriebsglied (40) verbunden sind, während die zugeordneten Anschlagmittel (59) von dem Halteglied (36) getragen sind.
