Abstract

1. Device for making small plates consisting of reverse rollers or roller segments, which are actuated by means of electromechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic driving elements and have a working gap for transportation and for embossing a blank supplied to the device, characterised in that the working gap (5) between the rollers (1, 2) or roller segments is adapted to transform a coin supplied as a blank into an oval shape, and in addition an embossing element (11) is disposed on the circumference of at least one roller (2) or rolling element for the application of a pattern.

Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Plaketten, bestehend aus gegenläufigen Walzen bzw. Walzensegmenten, die über elektromechanische, pneumatische bzw. hydraulische Antriebsorgane betätigt werden und einen Bearbeitungsspalt zum Transport sowie zur Prägung eines zugeführten Rohlings aufweisen.The invention relates to a device for producing badges, consisting of counter-rotating rollers or roller segments, which are actuated via electromechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic drive elements and have a machining gap for transporting and for embossing a supplied blank.

Vorrichtungen dieser Art zur Prägung bzw. Signierung sind u. a. nach US-A-1 329 941 bekannt. Hierbei wird ein in der vorgegebenen Form vorliegendes Teil entsprechend signiert. Diese als reine Prägemaschinen anzusehenden Anordnungen sind für eine Materialumformung nicht einsetzbar. Es besteht somit auch der Mangel, daß eine Bearbeitung eines bereits mit einer Prägung versehenen zu markierenden Materials nicht durchführbar ist.Devices of this type for embossing or signing are u. a. known from US-A-1 329 941.
