Definitions
- the invention relates to an aluminum profile, consisting of an outer shell and an inner shell, each with at least one web connecting chamber for receiving an insulating web.
- the aluminum profiles can be pressed in one piece or in several pieces.
- Aluminum profiles which consist of at least two thermally separated individual profiles with an insulating web arranged between them, can be manufactured in different ways. It is known to pour insulating webs into the web connecting chamber after priming. However, this means that no shear-resistant connections can be made that can transfer more than 200 to 300 kp per 100 mm in the axial direction after conventional surface treatment (anodizing or painting).
- the object of the invention is to improve the shear strength in the axial direction in an aluminum profile. This is achieved according to the invention by the features specified in the patent claims.
- shear strengths of 400-900 kp per 100 mm sample length can be achieved with a two-web composite profile. These shear strength values are achieved in that the perforation in the side walls of the web connecting chamber
- a shell of the aluminum profile is shown during perforation, the upper region of the shell being designated by numeral 1 and the lower region by numeral 2. This is carried out by two rotating tool wheels 3, 4 in the side walls 5, 6, with perforations, indentations or indentations depending on the shape of the tools.
- Fig. 2 the aluminum profile is shown in cross section in the manufacture of the perforations.
- the perforation wheels 7, 8 and 9, 10 press into the side walls 12, 13 and 14, 15.
- the insulating webs 16, 17 of the outer and inner shell are clamped in the web connecting chamber.
- Fig. 3 the web connecting chamber 31 of a test film shell is shown in cross section. It does not matter whether the side wall 32 or 33 is pressed in before or after the casting resin has been introduced. However, it is preferred to carry out the indentation in the form of a perforation before the resin is poured in, since then a clamping in the web connecting chamber takes place particularly intensively.
- the cast resin profiles are to be constructed in such a way that they are pressed in with a gearwheel in the area where the cast resin is connected to the aluminum profile, in such a way that the pressed-out surfaces are enclosed and filled as serrations and cavities during casting.
- Fig. 4 shows a one-piece pressed profile without insulating web. This can be converted into a profile according to FIG. 2 by suitable method steps.
- Fig. 5 shows a multi-piece pressed profile, which is connected to each other with polyamide strips.
- the deformation of the insulating web can be introduced before or after the casting resin is poured in.
- the outer and inner shells 51, 52 are connected via polyamide strips 53, 54.
- perforations are made in the side walls of the web connecting chambers, indentations and / or indentations extending into the polyamide strip. This creates a firm connection between the polyamide strips and the profiles.
- the composite profile must be exposed to higher temperatures. Since the casting resin outgasses and expands at a drying temperature of 240 ° C, thermal length changes in the axial direction can be avoided by the perforation in the web. At the same time, gas can escape through the perforation, thereby reducing the additional changes in length caused by the outgassing.
- FIG. 6 shows the aluminum profile, consisting of the outer shell and inner shell and the respective web connecting chambers 58, 59 while the side walls 56, 57 are being released. It can be seen that the side wall 56 rests directly on the polyamide strip 55 while a cavity is arranged between the side wall 57 and the polyamide strip. This difference should have the effect that, in the case of the side wall 56, the pawls 60-65 are pressed directly into the polyamide strip 55 when pressed in by the tool 68. In contrast, it is provided in the side wall 57 that the pawls are first freely formed by the tool 69 and then then clamped to the polyamide strip by pressing the side wall 57.
- insulating web 55 is thickened in the region of the web connecting chamber 58, 59, the thickening engaging in a correspondingly shaped side wall 66, 67 of the web connecting chamber. With this thickening, weakening of the polyamide strip 55 can be prevented at particularly high pressures of the tools 68, 69.
- FIG. 7 shows the aluminum profile 70 with insulating webs 71, 72 already inserted. It can be seen that the tools 73-76 bring about a clamping from the outside through the side walls of the web connection chambers 77-80. Individual sharp-edged elevations 81 can be seen in the side wall of the web connection chamber 79.
- the metal web 84 is cut out, which was only required during the manufacture of the one-piece metal profile.
- the aluminum profile is then formed with two shells, the connection being made via the insulating webs 71, 72.
- FIG. 8 the perforation of the aluminum profile is shown analogous to Fig. 7 without prior insertion of the insulating webs.
- This method of manufacture is used in particular when insulating strips are produced by foaming the web connecting chambers in the aluminum profile itself.
- 9 shows an aluminum profile with a web chamber 90, into which solid materials 91, such as wood or plastic, are inserted by means of an impression roller 92. After insertion, the solid material 91 is connected to the side walls 93, 94 by perforation. This perforation takes place via the tools 95, 96. In addition, barbs or toothings 97, 98 can be formed in the side walls of the chamber 90.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an aluminum profile, consisting of an outer shell and an inner shell, each with at least one web connecting chamber for receiving an insulating web. The aluminum profiles can be pressed in one piece or in several pieces.
Aluminum profiles, which consist of at least two thermally separated individual profiles with an insulating web arranged between them, can be manufactured in different ways. It is known to pour insulating webs into the web connecting chamber after priming. However, this means that no shear-resistant connections can be made that can transfer more than 200 to 300 kp per 100 mm in the axial direction after conventional surface treatment (anodizing or painting).
The object of the invention is to improve the shear strength in the axial direction in an aluminum profile. This is achieved according to the invention by the features specified in the patent claims.
Diese Schubfestigkeitswerte werden dadurch erreicht, daß die Perforation in den Seitenwänden der Stegverbindungskammer eineIt has been found that shear strengths of 400-900 kp per 100 mm sample length can be achieved with a two-web composite profile. zusätzlicheHaftung zwischen Isoliersteg und Grundprofil ermöglicht. It is contemplated to perform the perforation in such a way that noses and / or bulges in the inside of the web connection chamber remain in relation to the insulating web, so that a toothing takes place between the metal and insulating web. The clamping in cast resin composite can be improved by the fact that the cast resin penetrates into the cavities of the perforation and fills them completely.
Die Erfindung wird im folgenden anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert-.The invention is explained in more detail below on the basis of exemplary embodiments.

In Fig. 1, a shell of the aluminum profile is shown during perforation, the upper region of the shell being designated by
In Fig. 2 the aluminum profile is shown in cross section in the manufacture of the perforations. The
In Fig. 3 the
Fig. 4 zeigt ein einstückig gepreßtes Profil ohne Isoliersteg. Fig. 4 shows a one-piece pressed profile without insulating web. This can be converted into a profile according to FIG. 2 by suitable method steps.
Fig. 5 shows a multi-piece pressed profile, which is connected to each other with polyamide strips.
In principle, the deformation of the insulating web can be introduced before or after the casting resin is poured in.
There can also be deformations in solid polyamide strips be taken. The deformation before pouring is preferred according to claim 6.
During the pouring, a profile according to FIG. 4, consisting of the outer and
In FIG. 5, the outer and
With certain surface finishes, the composite profile must be exposed to higher temperatures. Since the casting resin outgasses and expands at a drying temperature of 240 ° C, thermal length changes in the axial direction can be avoided by the perforation in the web. At the same time, gas can escape through the perforation, thereby reducing the additional changes in length caused by the outgassing.
In Fig. 6 it can also be seen that the
With the separating
In Fig. 8, the perforation of the aluminum profile is shown analogous to Fig. 7 without prior insertion of the insulating webs. This method of manufacture is used in particular when insulating strips are produced by foaming the web connecting chambers in the aluminum profile itself. 9 shows an aluminum profile with a
