Definitions
- the invention relates to a control device according to the preamble of the main claim.
- a separate throttle is required for each directional valve with a connected consumer, which must be matched to the pressure compensator.
- the control device is complex and relatively expensive.
- relief of the spring space of the pressure compensator is only possible with a certain delay effect. The drop in pressure is greatly delayed, which affects the switching speed of the directional control valves.
- the control device with the characterizing features of the main claim has the advantage that the pressure on the pressure compensator drops immediately when the directional control valves are reset to the neutral position. A change of direction the connected Its consumers happen very quickly. Only one throttle needs to be matched to the pressure compensator. The pressure increase on the pressure compensator is effective on all directional valves. As a result, the control device is simple and compact. No pressure fluid can accidentally leak from the consumer to the tank during the load pressure tap.
- FIG. 1 shows a circuit diagram of a control device
- FIG. 2 shows a structural configuration according to FIG. 1
- FIG. 3 shows a modification of the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 1
- FIGS. 4 and 5 diagrams
- FIG. 6 shows a modification of the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 1
- FIGS. 7 and 8 show one constructive embodiment according to FIG. 6 and FIG. 9 a modification of the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 3.
- a pump 11 draws pressure medium from a tank 13 via an inlet line 12 and conveys it into a pump line 14, which leads to a directional valve 15.
- a line 16 branches off from the pump line 14 to a return line 17 leading to the tank J3.
- a hydraulically controlled pressure compensator 18 is arranged in line 16, which has a blocking position I and a flow position II with a smooth transition and is loaded by a spring 19.
- two chokes 25, 26 connected in series are arranged.
- a control line 28 branches off from a point 27 between the two throttles 25, 26 to the pressure compensator 18.
- a first control line 31 leads from the longitudinal side of the switching valve 24 to a shuttle valve 32.
- a second control line 34 branches off from a point 33 behind the switching valve 24 and leads to one end of the switching valve 24. From the other end of the switching valve 24, which is also loaded by the spring 23, a line 35 leads to the line 16 and opens there behind the switching valve 18.
- a third control line 37 branches off from a point 36 between the shuttle valve 32 and point 33, in which a throttle 38 is arranged; the control line 37 leads to the side of the pressure compensator 18 loaded by the spring 19.
- the shuttle valve 32 has a central connection 41 into which the control line 31 opens and two seat connections 42, 43.
- the return line 17 opens at the seat connection 42 and a line 44 leads from the seat connection 43 to the directional control valve 15.
- the shuttle valve 32 has a freely movable ball 45 without spring loading as a control element.
- the directional control valve 15 has the switching positions I, II and III and the connections a and b on one side and the connections c, d, e, f and g on the other side.
- a line 46 leads from the connection a to a pressure chamber 47 of a double-acting working cylinder 48.
- One leads from the pressure chamber 49 on the piston rod side Line 51 for connection b.
- the pump line 14 opens at the connection g and the line 44 opens at the connection f.
- a line 53 branches from the line 44 from the line 44 in front of the directional control valve 15 to the connection e. This is secured by a check valve 54 to line 44. From a point 55 located between the shuttle valve 32 and the point 52, a line 56 branches off from the line 44 to the connection d.
- the connection c is connected to the return line 17 via a line 57.
- switch position II of the directional control valve 15 which corresponds to the neutral position of the associated control slide 58, the connections a, b, e, f and g are blocked and the connections c and d are connected to one another.
- the line 44 is thus advantageously relieved via the lines 56 and 57 and the return line 17 to the tank 13.
- switch position I connections a and c, b and e, f and g are connected to one another, and connection d is blocked.
- a metering orifice 60 is formed in the control slide 58 in the connection 59 between the connection f and the connection g.
- switch position III the connections a and e, and b and c are connected to one another.
- the directional control valve 15 is in position II, so the pump line 14 is blocked and the entire delivered by the pump 11 the pressure medium flows in the lines 16, '22.
- the line 22 is blocked by The spa located in the blocking position I switching valve 24th
- the pressure prevailing between the two throttles 25, 26 acts via the line 28 on the pressure compensator 18 and moves it against the force of the spring J9 into its flow position II. This is possible because the control lines 31, 34 and 37 via the shuttle valve 32 and the Return line 17 to the tank 13 are relieved.
- the seat port 43 of the shuttle valve 32 is blocked by the ball 45.
- Line 44 is relieved via lines 56 and 57 to return line 17 and to tank 13.
- the pressure medium thus flows back into the return line 17 and into the tank 13 via the pressure compensator 18, which is now in flow position II, with a low pressure loss, which is largely determined by the spring 19.
- the pressure medium conveyed into the pump line 14 by the pump 11 passes via the connection 59, the metering orifice 60, the lines 44, 53 and the line 46 to the working cylinder 48. Acts on the working cylinder 48 external load, a corresponding load pressure builds up in line 46. This keeps the check valve 54 closed, so that no pressure medium can flow out of the pressure chamber 47 of the working cylinder 48.
- the delivery pressure building up in the pump line 14 by the pressure medium delivered by the pump 11 also acts via the line 44 and the control lines 31 and 37 on the side of the pressure compensator 18 loaded by the spring 19.
- the ball 45 blocks the valve under the influence of the delivery pressure Seat port 42 of the shuttle valve 32, so that the delivery pressure can not be reduced via the return line 17.
- the pressure compensator 18 is moved into its blocking position I, the delivery pressure in the pump line 14 can thus increase further.
- the delivery pressure also acts in the control line 34 and switches the switching valve 24 into its flow position II against the force of the spring 23.
- a connection from the line 22 to the control line 31 is thereby opened. If the delivery pressure is greater than the load pressure, the check valve 54 opens and the pressure medium can flow via the pump line 14, the connection 59, the orifice plate 60, the line 44, the line 53 and the check valve 54 to the connection e of the directional control valve 15.
- this pressure drop is also effective via the control line 31 and the lines 44, 53 on the metering orifice 60, as a result of which a greater pressure medium flow to the working cylinder 48 is now possible than with a lower pressure drop.
- the pump 11 conveys pressure medium to the tank 13 in the switching position II of the directional control valve 15 with a low pressure loss, while the greatest possible pressure medium flow flows to the working cylinder 48 when the directional control valve 15 is actuated, and the delivery pressure builds up quickly. Pressure fluctuations occurring on the working cylinder 48 are compensated for by the pressure compensator 18, so that a constant pressure medium flow flows to the working cylinder 48.
- FIG. 2 shows a constructive embodiment of the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 1.
- Corresponding components are the same as before designated train numbers.
- An approximately central, continuous longitudinal bore 66 is formed in a housing 65 of a connecting plate of the control device 10. This is closed on one side by a closure part 67, on the other side by a closure part 68.
- the space in front of the closure part 67 serves as a pressure space 69.
- a closure 72 is on the sleeve 72 and on this a sleeve 73 abuts a shoulder 73 of the longitudinal bore 66
- Seat body 74 arranged.
- a piston 76 is guided in the interior 75 of the closure part 68, the spindle 77 of which protrudes outwards through a central bore 78 of the closure part 68 and is held there in its specific position by a nut 79.
- the end of a compression spring 80 of a pressure-limiting valve 81 bears against the piston 76, the other end of which rests on a conical valve body 82.
- the preload of the compression spring 81 can be adjusted with the aid of the piston 76.

- FIGS. 7 and 8 show a constructive embodiment of the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 6.
- a fine control notch 140 falling towards the end face 99 is formed on the control slide 95. This makes it possible that the .Ver bond from the pressure chamber 69 to the transverse bore 93 is slowly opened. The pressure increase A p on the pressure compensator 18 is thereby activated in a sensitive manner.
- FIG. 9 shows a third modification of the exemplary embodiment. It differs from the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 2 in that the pressure prevailing between the two throttles 25, 26 acts against the delivery pressure on the control slide 95 of the pressure compensator 18.

- control device 10 can be designed with or without pressure increase on the pressure compensator 18 simply by replacing the control slide 95 with the end part 118. This creates a simple modular system. The size of this pressure increase on the pressure compensator 18 is easily possible by changing one of the two throttles 25, 26.
Abstract
