Description

The invention relates to a holder for a rear-ventilated building cladding with a wall bracket and a profiled mounting rail for holding the building cladding elements, the mutually engageable contact surfaces can be fixed by means of screw or rivet connections.

Such a holder has become known from DE-GM 72 08 560, in which the legs of the wall bracket and mounting rail, which are initially longitudinally displaceable, are firmly connected by means of a screw connection. This can result in the disadvantage that the possible increase in the distance of the mounting rail from the building wall is too limited, since insufficient overlap is no longer ensured if the contact surfaces in engagement with one another are too small. Due to the elasticity of the end portions of the legs of the wall bracket and the mounting rail, there is a risk that the strips assigned to each other in this case will disengage. To prevent this, the slot-like opening for the screw connection can only have a limited width. The maximum distance of the building cladding from the wall and thus the possible thickness of the thermal insulation layer are thus limited. Another disadvantage of this known bracket is seen in the fact that elongated holes must be formed in the adjacent legs of the wall bracket and the mounting rail, which means additional work in the manufacture of the wall bracket and mounting rails. In addition, the screw connections required are relatively expensive. In addition, construction tolerances can only be accommodated by means of such a holder through time-consuming additional assembly measures.

The object of the invention is to provide a generic bracket, by means of which the building cladding can be arranged at a large distance from the wall and can be easily and easily compensated for in the on-site tolerances of the outer walls when mounting the bracket.

According to the invention, the object is achieved in that the wall holder consists of a base plate with two flanges which are arranged generally perpendicular to these, between which, on the holding plate, the mounting rail designed as a shock beam or central carrier, flanges which are arranged vertically and are pushed in against the flanges of the wall holder and by means of screw or riveted connections are fastened.

Further features of the invention are described in the subclaims.

The bracket 1 consists of wall brackets 20, 21 which, for. B. can be attached to a ceiling 2 by means of screw anchors 16. In the case of the wall brackets 20 designed as a fixed point, projections 17 are preferably formed in the edge webs 26, 27, through which the screw dowels 16 are inserted. This ensures a punctiform support of the wall bracket 20 on the ceiling 2. Between the ceiling 2 and the wall brackets 20, 21 insulation pads 18 from z. B. neoprene or the like. Arranged. The mounting rails 28, 29 are fastened to the wall brackets 20, 21 and can be designed as a shock beam 30 or a central beam 31. The connection of the mounting rails 28, 29 to the wall brackets 20, 21 takes place by means of rivet connections 15, with elongated holes 62 being provided in the wall brackets 21 designed as sliding points, so that vertical displacement of the given rivet shank. The cladding panels 5 are fastened on the mounting rails 28, 29 by means of rivet connections 14. Each cladding panel 5 has a constriction 6 at one end section and a folding web 7 at the other end section, so that an overlap of the individual panels is ensured when cladding panels 5 are placed against one another. At the same time, a ventilation slot 8 is formed between each two adjacent cladding panels 5, which enables ventilation of the building cladding (FIGS. 1 and 2). The insulation material 4 for thermal insulation is arranged in a known manner on the wall 3 or the ceilings 2. A connecting piece 56, which is connected to the respective mounting rails 28, 29 by means of rivet connections 15, is used in each case for connecting the mounting rails 28, 29, which are designed as a bumper beam 30 or center beam 31 (FIG. 2). The mounting rails 28, 29 and wall brackets 20, 21 are preferably formed from a metal alloy, in particular an aluminum alloy.

In the area of the parapet of window openings u. The like. Special parapet cladding panels 19 are used, which have an outward bend 19a at the end section facing the opening. This fold is covered by a profile piece 10, which is mounted on the wall side in a holder 13. At the lower end section of the parapet cladding panel 19, the associated mounting rail 28, 29 is connected to a bracket 11, which is connected by means of a profile piece 9 to a holder 13 fastened to the wall 3 (FIGS. 3 and 4). For the vertical closure of the building cladding, profile pieces 12 are provided in the area of the respective opening, which are connected by means of rivet connections 14 to a respective shock beam 30 and are mounted in a holder 13 at the other end section (FIG. 5).

The wall brackets 20, 21 consist of a base plate 22, 23 with two flanges 24, 25 arranged generally perpendicular to them. Between these flanges 24, 25, flanges 34, 35 are pushed against the flanges 24, 25, which flanges on the respective holding plate 32 , 33 of the mounting rails 28, 29 designed as a shock beam 30 or a central beam 31. As shown in Fig. 6a to 7, the flanges 24, 25 of the wall brackets 20, 21 on the base plate 22, 23 are arranged at a slightly oblique angle so that the distance between the flanges 24, 25 from one another at the opening-side end section 36 is less than in the region of Base plate 22, 23. In the region of the opening-side end section 36, parallel to each other surface sections 39, 40 are formed on the inner surfaces 37, 38 of the flanges 24, 25. On the free end sections 41, 42 of the inner surfaces 37, 38 of the flanges 24, 25, a surface section 44, 45 adjoining the surface sections 39, 40 at an angle to the central axis 43 of the wall bracket 20, 21 is formed. These angularly outwardly oriented surface sections 39, 40 facilitate the insertion of the mounting rails 28, 29 into the wall brackets 20, 21. The wall bracket 20, designed as a fixed point, has edge webs 26, 27 on the side of the base plate 22, in which the aforementioned projections 17 for the Screw dowels 16 are formed.

As a mounting aid for connecting the mounting rails 28, 29 to the wall brackets 20, 21, a vertical bead 48 is provided on the outer surfaces 46, 47 of the flanges 24, 25 at the end section. When the mounting rails 28, 29 are pushed into the wall brackets 20, 21 up to the beads 48, it is ensured that the rivet holes are sufficiently surrounded by solid wall material, so that tearing out the rivet holes are prevented. In the area between the respective bead 48 and the outer edge of the free end section 41, 42, the bores are made during assembly, through which the rivets for the rivet connections 15 are inserted. During assembly, the mounting rails 28, 29 first clamp between the flanges 24, 25 of the wall brackets 20, 21 and can therefore be aligned horizontally and vertically on the building wall without additional fastening means. In particular, deviations from walls of the building that are not aligned parallel to the intended facade can also be compensated for. The final connection by means of the rivet connections 15 only needs to be carried out after the alignment has been carried out taking into account the tolerances provided by the customer.

Brüstungsverkleidungsplatten 19, insbesondere in deren Stoßbereich, begründen würde. Brüstungsverkleidungsplatten 19 auf der Halteplatte 32 zu verhindern.FIGS. 8a to 9b show the mounting rails 28, 29, which are designed as butt beams 30 and middle beams 31. Each mounting rail 28, 29 has a holding plate 32, 33 on which the flanges 34, 35 are arranged vertically. On the end section side, the flanges 34, 35 are connected by means of a cross piece 53. At the end sections 49, 50 of the flanges 34, 35, a recess 51 is formed with a projecting end web 52. This retraction serves to connect the mounting rails 28, 29 to one another by means of a connecting piece 56. A surface section 55, which is angled relative to the flanges 34, 35, is also formed on the edge sections 54 of the holding plate 32 of the mounting rail 28 designed as a shock beam 30. This ensures that when cladding panels 5 or parapet cladding panels 19 rest on the holding plate 32, rear ventilation takes place at the edge portions 54 of the holding plate 32. Therefore, no condensed water can form here, which increases the risk of contamination of the cladding panels 5 or parapet cladding panels 19, especially in their joint area, would justify. In addition, the angled surface sections 55 enable the use of commercially available protective clothing films, which can be snapped on the holding plate 32, in order to prevent the generation of noise when metal cladding plates 5 or parapet cladding plates 19 are shifted on the holding plate 32.

Die Verbindung des Verbindungsstücks 56 mit den jeweiligen Montageschienen 28, 29 erfolgt mittels Nietverbindungen 15.As shown in FIG. 10 a, the connecting piece 50 is designed as a profile rail 57 with a U-shaped cross section. A profile projection 58 is formed on each of the end sections of the side webs 60, 61 facing the transverse web 59. This profile projection 58 is geometrically designed so that it corresponds to the cross section of the respective indentation 51. This makes it possible for the connecting piece 57 to be pushed onto the mounting rails 28, 29 to be connected to one another, so that these mounting rails 28, 29 are aligned with one another. The connecting piece 56 is connected to the respective mounting rails 28, 29 by means of rivet connections 15.
