Abstract
Description
An unserer Erfindung Zündkerze mit spitzenförmiger Elektrode sind die Elektroden spitzenförmig (Fig. 1 Pos. 4+5, Fig. 2 Pos. 5+6, Fig. 3 Pos. 5+6). An der Spitze der Elektroden drängen sich die elektrischen Feldlinien sehr stark zusammen. Dadurch entsteht an dieser Position zwischen den Elektroden (Fig. 1 Pos. 4+5 , Fig. 2 Pos. 5+6 und Fig. 3 Pos. 5+6) ein intensives Magnetkraftfeld. Bei der herkömmlichen Zündkerze besteht die Oberfläche der Elektroden aus geraden und runden Flächen. Dadurch befindet sich der Funk zwischen den Elektroden immer auf einer anderen Position der Fläche. Es besteht großer Widerstand bei Motoren mit höherer Verdichtung. Mit dem Ergebnis, daß bei den herkömmlichen Zündkerzen kleinerer Elektrodenabstand dadurch entsteht und kleinerer Funk zwischen den Elektroden.In the conventional spark plug, the surface of the electrodes consists of straight and round surfaces. Unsere Erfindung Zündkerze mit spitzenförmiger Elektrode erbringt folgende Vorteile:
- - durchdringender Funk auch bei höherer Verdichtung
- - bessere Zündung des Kraftstoffes (dadurch auch weniger Abgase
- - verbesserte Motorenleistung.
- - penetrating radio even with higher compression
- - better ignition of the fuel (therefore less exhaust gases
- - improved engine performance.
Zündkerzen mit spitzenförmiger Elektrode (Fig. 2 Pos. 6+5) wurden in ein KFZ-Motor eingebaut und über 8000 km getestet. Der Versuch erbrachte untenstehende Ergebnisse:
- - der Motor läuft gleichmäßiger
- - es entstehen kaum Fehlzündungen und AUsstoß von unverbrannten Kraftstoff
- - als Folge läuft das KFZ schadstoffärmer

Bei der Untersuchung dieser Zündkerze (Fig. 2,Pos. 6+5, Fig. 3 Pos. 6+5) ist festzustellen, daß
- 1. ein Verschleiß der Spitze der Elektrode (Fig. 2 Pos. 6+5, Fig. 3 Pos. 6+5) nich erkennbar ist.
- 2. nur über ein Vergrößerungsglas (mit blosem Auge kaum erkenntlich) sieht man unter der Spitze der mittleren Elektrode eine Mulde (Fig. 3, Pos. 7). Das bedeutet eine exakte Funktion der Führung des Funkes von einer Elektrode zur anderen. Außerdem weist diese Mulde (Fig. 3, Pos. 7) auf a lange Lebensdauer der Zündkerze hin b der Wirkungsgrad der Spitze bleibt konstant
- 3. Der Isolator der mittleren Elektrode (Porzellan) (Fig. 2, Pos. 1+3, Fig. 3 Pos. 1+3) ist frei von. Rückständen
