Abstract

The press container of a wash press sits on a porous press plate. Because of the high press pressure of the press piston head the fabrics of the wash are partially forced into the holes of the press plate. In order to remove the pressed wash safely from the press plate, the pressed wash is raised somewhat from the press plate when the press container and press piston are simultaneously raised, first into a middle position in which the press piston head remains, while the press container is raised further. The wash loosened in this way can be safely slid laterally from the press plate.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Entfernen eines entwässerten Wäschepostens aus dem Preßbehälter einer Kolbenpresse.The invention relates to a method for removing a dewatered laundry item from the press container of a piston press.

Zum Entwässern von Wäscheposten ist es bekannt, über den Wäscheposten einen glockenförmigen Membranträger zu stülpen und die Membran mittels eines Druckmittels zu beaufschlagen. In der DE-PS 2 852 923 wird eine solche Presse mit einem in den Preßboden absenkbaren Einfüllrahmen beschrieben. Nach dem Anheben des Membranträgers und des Einfüllrahmens liegt der ausgepreßte Wäscheposten frei auf dem gelochten Preßboden und kann von diesem abgeschoben werden. Bei dem hohen Preßdruck ist nicht zu vermeiden, daß sich Gewebeteile fest in den Lochungen des Preßbodens halten und deshalb beim Wegschieben des Wäschepostens Wäscheschäden auftreten können. Ähnliche Probleme treten auf, wenn eine Kolbenpresse verwendet wird, wie sie beispielsweise in der DE-OS 2 602 845 beschrieben ist. Auch hier bleibt der ausgepreßte Wäscheposten aus der Preßlage auf dem Preßboden liegen, indem zunächst der Preßbehälter und anschließend das Preßhaupt angehoben wird.For dewatering laundry items, it is known to place a bell-shaped membrane support over the laundry items and to apply pressure to the membrane. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, den ausgepreßten Wäscheposten möglichst schonend aus der Kolbenpresse zu entleeren und in die nachfolgende Station, z. B. einen Trommeltrockner zu befördern. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe werden die im Patentanspruch 1 angegebenen Merkmale vorgeschlagen. Der ausgepreßte Wäscheposten wird auf diese Weise zunächst aus den Bohrungen der unteren Preßplatte angehoben, so daß ein schonendes lockern und anschließend ein gefahrloses seitliches Wegschieben des aufgelockerten Wäschekuchens möglich ist. In der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung an einem Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellt. Es zeigen:

Auf die untere Preßplatte 1 mit den Lochungen 2 zum Ablaufen des Preßwassers ist der Preßbehälter 3 aufgesetzt. Nachdem die Wäsche 4 aus der vorgeschalteten Waschmaschine in den Preßbehälter 3 gefüllt worden ist, wird von oben das hydraulisch angetriebene Preßhaupt 5 mit der elastischen Auflage 6 z. B. einem wassergefüllten Kissen eingefahren und die Wäsche bei einem Druck von etwa 30 bar ausgepreßt. Die Fig. 1 zeigt die Stellung am Ende eines solchen Preßvorganges. Nun kommt es darauf an, den Wäschekuchen von der Preßplatte 1 ohne Beschädigung des Gewebes der Wäsche zu entfernen. Hierzu werden der Preßbehälter 3 und das Preßhaupt 5 gleichsinnig hochgefahren, wie die beiden Pfeile in Fig. 1 andeuten sollen. Der Wäschekuchen wird somit entgegen der Preßrichtung schonend von der Preßplatte 1 abgehoben. Sobald das Preßhaupt bei der Aufwärtsbewegung eine Mittelstellung erreicht, bleibt es durch eine entsprechende Auslegung der Steuerung stehen, während der Preßbehälter weiter bis in Endstellung hochfährt. Der den Preßbehälter betätigende Antrieb 7 ist lediglich symbolisch angedeutet. Die Folge ist, daß der Wäschekuchen aus dem Preßbehälter 3 ausgestoßen wird, locker auf die Preßplatte 1 herunterfällt und von dort gefahrlos durch einen Schieber seitlich ausgestoßen werden kann. Anschließend werden das Preßhaupt 5 und der Preßbehälter 3 wieder in Ausgangsstellung (Fig. 3) gefahren und eine neue Füllung kann erfolgen.The press container 3 is placed on the lower press plate 1 with the perforations 2 for draining the press water. Claims (2)

1. A method for removing a lot of laundry dewatered in a piston press from the pressure container, characterized by that after termination of the pressing time,
a) by simultaneous lifting of pressure container (3) and pressing head (5), the pressed-out lot of laundry (4) is lifted-up together with the pressure container (3) from the pressing plate (1), and is brought into an intermediate position,
b) in the intermediate position, the pressing head (5) is stopped for pushing the lot of laundry out, whereas the pressure container (3) is lifted into the final position, and
c) after removing the lot of laundry from the pressing plate (1), the pressing head (5) as well as the pressure container (3) are brought into the original position.
2. A method according to claim 1, characterized by that the pressing head (5) is stopped in the intermediate position by the controller of the hydraulic system.
