Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Waschanlage für Natratzen, insbesondere Schaumstoffmatratzen, bei welcher die Natratzen kontinuierlich durch flache, mit Transoorteinrichtungen für die Matratzen versehene Wannen geführt werden, welche mit Waschflüssigkeit. Desinfektionsmittel oder Frischwasser gefüllt sind, wobei die Matratzen während des Durchlaufs durch rotierende Bürsten, durch Stauchwalzen und durch Wasserstrahlrohre der notwendigen Waschmechanik ausgesetzt sind, und bei welcher die Matratzen nach dem Durchlaufen von Waschzone, Desinfektionszone und Spülzone durch eine walzenpresse entwässert und einen Warmluftstrom getrocknet werden.The invention relates to a washing system for sodium mattresses, in particular foam mattresses, in which the sodium mattresses are continuously guided through flat tubs provided with transor devices for the mattresses, which contain washing liquid. In Krankenhäusern ist es üblich, dass beim Patientenwechsel die Betten komulett desinfiziert werden. Dabei werden die Bettwäsche und meist auch die Bettgestelle gewaschen und desinfiziert. Erfindungsgsgemäss besteht eine solche Anlame aus mehreren übereinander oder hintereinander angeordneten flachen Wannen, die zur Aufnahme der aschflüssigkeit, der Desinfektionsflüssigkeit und der Spülflässigkeit dienen. Die Matratzen werden kontinuierlich durch mehrere wannen hindurchgeführt, wobei sich die Vorschubgeschwindigkeit nach der notwendigen aschzeit sowie nach der erforderlichen Einwirkungszit des Pesinfektionsbades richtet. Die Leistung der Aniage bestimmt sich daher bei gegebener Einwirkungszeit nach der Anzahl der hintereinander oder übereinander angeordneten Wannen, wobei mehr Wannnen eine grösserer Vorschubgeschwindigkeit erlauben und daher eine prössere Stundenleistung ermöglichen.According to the invention, such an anlame consists of a plurality of flat troughs arranged one above the other or one behind the other, which serve to hold the ash liquid, the disinfectant liquid and the rinsing liquid. Um einen einwandfreien Durchlauf der Matratzen zu gewährleisten müssen die Wannen mit einer Transoorteinrichtung versehen sein. Diese besteht entweder aus Rollenbahnen welche in der Wanne und daher in der Waschflüssigkeit liegen, wobei die seitlichen Wangen der Wanne so hoch sind, dass die Rollenbahn und die daraufliegende Matratze von der Waschflüssigkeit bedeckt sind. Den Vorschub besorgen angetriebene Vorschubwalzen, welche von oben auf der Matratze aufliegen und leicht angedrückt werden. Alternativ kann der Transport und der Vorschub auch durch angetriebene Gurte erfolgen. Beim Austritt der Matratze aus einer Wnne wird diese durch Umlenkrollen oder durch Umlenkgurte der nächsten Wanne zugeführt welche hinter oder über oder unter der ersten Wpnne angeordnet sein kann. Zweckmässig erscheint eine Ausführung, bei welcher die wannen übereinander liegen und bei welcher die Matratzen von unten nach oben gefördert werden, da bei dieser Anordnung die wasch- und Spülbäder ohne den Einsatz von Pumpen im Gegenstrom genutzt werden können. Dabei wird ein Teil des Spülwassers aus der obersten Wanne für das darunterliegende Klarwaschbad oder Desinfektionsbad genutzt, ein anderer Teil des Spülwassers und des Klarwaschwassers für die in der untersten von drei wannen stattfindende Vorwäsche.
