Abstract

Bei einer Verbundplatte mit einer Kernplatte (1), einer auf der Oberseite der Kernplatte (1) aufgeleimten Deckplat­ te (2), einer auf der Unterseite der Kernplatte (1) aufgeleim­ ten Deckplatte (3) und einem an dem Rand der Kernplatte (1) befestigten Randstreifen (4) werden die in Verbindung mit dem Randstreifen (4) auftretenden Toleranzprobleme eliminiert und höchste anwendungstechnische und desi­ gnerische Anforderungen erfüllt, der Randstreifen (4) zwei sich von den Randstreifenkanten aus zur Mitte hin erstrek­ kende Seitenabschnitte (10, 11) mit genau, d.h. mit vernach­ lässigbarer Toleranz, vorgegebener Breite sowie einen Mit­ telabschnitt (12) aufweist, die Kernplatte (1) zwei sich von der Oberseite bzw. der Unterseite zur Mitte hin erstrecken­ de Randabschnitte (5, 6) mit genau vorgegebener Dicke sowie einen Zwischenabschnitt (7) aufweist und die Dicke der Randabschnitte (5, 6) der Kernplatte (1) der Breite der Seitenabschnitte (10, 11) des Randstreifens (4) genau ange­ paßt ist. Verfahrenstechnisch läßt sich dies besonders zweckmäßig dadurch realisieren, daß am Rand der Kern­ platte einerseits von der Deckplatte auf der Oberseite aus, andererseits von der Deckplatte auf der Unterseite aus jeweils ein Randabschnitt mit einer durch den Randstreifen genau vorgegebenen Dicke ausgebildet wird und daß die Dicke des zwischen den Randabschnitten der Kernplatte verbleibenden Zwischenabschnittes entsprechend der tat­ sächlichen, in den Toleranzgrenzen liegenden Dicke der Kernplatte schwankt oder daß der Zwischenabschnitt mit­ tels des Randstreifens auf eine der Toleranzobergrenze der Kernplatte entsprechende Dicke aufgeweitet wird oder daß der Zwischenabschnitt mittels des Randstreifens auf eine der Toleranzuntergrenze der Kernplatte entsprechende Dicke zusammengepreßt wird.
