  • the movable anchorage member 11 has a circular opening or socket 33 and a forward projecting shoulder 34 with two downwardly projecting lugs 35.
  • the lugs are designed to engage the edge, see Figure 7, of the bottom flange of the track rail and the shoulder 34 is deliberately positioned clear and above this bottom flange so that no contact will occur. This has the important result that the abutment member and other parts of the anchorage will not be rocked out of the proper position.

  • the clamping nut 14 When assembled, as shown in Figure 7, the clamping nut 14 is positioned on the top of the bolt above the cam and after the cam has been turned to move the abutment, as required to locate the track rail, the nut 14 is tightened down to hold the cam fixed. In this position it will be seen that heavy lateral loads applied by the track rail to the abutment 11 will be transferred via the circular surface of the socket 46- directly to the spigot 20 and hence to the footplate and the sole plate, without applying any appreciable load to the bolt 13. Full non-stepping continuous adjustment is possible and the heavy duty load carrying feature applies throughout the range.
  • the abutment member may have abutment lugs at different radial positions on 2, 3 or 4 sides so that by turning the abutment member into the appropriate attitude a different range of adjustment is obtained.
  • the footplate 50 is provided with a socket 51 in place of the upstanding spigot 20, and the rotary cam has a downwardly projecting boss 52 to fit in the recess 51.

Claims (7)

1. Dispositif réglable d'ancrage de rail, comprenant une plaque de base (25) ou analogue destinée à supporter le rail, un organe mobile (11) de butée, destiné à être au contact d'un flanc latéral ou d'un bord du rail (26) et à le positionner, une came (12) de réglage ayant une surface circulaire d'appui (45) destinée à être au contact d'une surface circulaire complémentaire (33) d'appui sur l'organe de butée (11 et une pince destinée à maintenir la came en position voulue de réglage, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'ancrage comporte un pied (10) destiné à être fixé rigidement à la plaque de base ou analogue et ayant un bout mâle rigide (20) dépassant vers le haut ou une douille (51) débouchant vers le haut, la came de réglage (12) étant montée sur un boulon (13) ayant une surface circulaire concentrique d'appui (46, 52) destinée à être au contact de la périphérie du bout mâle (20) ou de la douille (51) du pied, si bien que la rotation de la came (12) provoque un déplacement latéral de l'organe de butée (11) par rapport au pied (10), le boulon (13) étant destiné à constituer un boulon de serrage (13, 14) monté avec du jeu afin qu'il maintienne la came en toute position voulue de réglage et la pince ou le boulon étant monté avec du jeu par rapport à la plaque de base afin que les forces latérales ne soient pas transmises.
2. Dispositif réglable d'ancrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la pince comporte un boulon (13) fixé au pied (10) ou positionné par celui-ci et passant par une ouverture formée dans le bout mâle (20) ou dans la douille (51) et passant aussi dans une ouverture de la came (12), et ayant un filetage ou un autre organe de serrage (14) à son extrémité libre.
3. Dispositif d'ancrage selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le pied (10) a un bout mâle circulaire (20) qui en dépasse vers le haut et la came (12) a une douille circulaire de forme correspondante (46) à sa face inférieure.
4. Dispositif d'ancrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le pied (10) est soudé à la plaque de base ou à un autre support.
5. Dispositif d'ancrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le boulon de serrage (13) est monté avec du jeu sur le pied (10).
6. Dispositif d'ancrage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le pied (10) a un flasque de base (22) qui est placé à une certaine distance au-dessus de la surface de la plaque de base ou d'un autre support, et une fente (21) formée dans le flasque de base, de son bord vers le bout mâle (20), permet l'introduction d'un boulon (13) dont la tête (30) se trouve au-dessous du flasque (22), après que le pied a été soudé à la plaque de base.
