Claims (5)

1. Gerät zur Ausgabe von Beuteln (3a, 3b), insbesondere von Einkaufsbeuteln, welches einerseits einen Speicher (19) oder einen Behälter (21) zur Aufnahme eines aufgerollten oder im Zick-Zack gefalteten röhrenförmigen Bandes (3) aus einem flexiblen Material, wie zum Beispiel Kunststoff, aufweist, welches mit Öffnungen (22) oder mit bedruckten Bereichen zu deren Auffindung und mit einer Abfolge von Schweißnähten und linienförmigen Perforationen (21) oder vorher vorgenommenen Schwächungen versehen ist, die den Boden und die Trennstellen der Beutel festlegen, wobei das röhrenförmige Band (3) zwischen wenigstens zwei Rollen (7, 8) hindurchgeführt ist, von denen eine mittels eines Elektromotors (6) angetrieben ist, welcher über einen Mikroschalter (5) gesteuert ist, der den Durchlauf der Beutel (3a, 3b) registriert, und welches andererseits eine Trennvorrichtung (11) für diese Beutel umfaßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine elektronische Schaltung (15), die ein Signal von einem Schaltknopf (16) oder von einem Schalter, der mit der Tastatur einer Registrierkasse verbunden ist, um die Anzahl der auszugebenden Beutel auszuwählen, empfängt und die Funktion des Elektromotors (6) für den Antrieb der Zugrolle (7) für das röhrenförmige Band (3) auslöst, wobei die Schaltung (15) eine den Durchlauf der Beutel registrierende Vorrichtung (5) aufweist und der Schaltknopf (16) oder der Schalter ein elektrisches Signal an einen Zählapparat oder eine Registrierungvorrichtung übermitteln mit dem Ziel, die Zahl der ausgegebenen Beutel zu erfassen und aufzuschreiben, sowie auf ein Signal von der Registriervorrichtung (5) den Strom von dem die Zugrolle (7) für das Band von Beuteln (3) antreibenden Elektromotor (6) abzuschalten, wodurch der Zyklus des Antriebs und der Versorgung mit Beuteln unterbrochen wird, und daß die Trennvorrichtung für die Beutel mit Mitteln versehen ist, die zum Zweck der Trennung des letzten Beutels (3c) von dem sich fortsetzenden Band (3) eine Folge von Zugkräften auf dieses einwirken lassen, die nacheinander an quer aneinandergereihten Punkten aufgebracht werden und die aufeinanderfolgenden Abschnitte der linienförmigen Perforation oder der Schwächungszonen, welche den Beutel am Rest des Bandes festhalten, abreißen, bis eine vollständige Trennung des betreffenden Beutels bewirkt ist.

Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Registriervorrichtung (5) zwischen dem Speicher (2) für das Band von Beuteln (3) und einem Rollenpaar mit einer Zugrolle (7) und einer Druckrolle (8) angeordnet ist, wobei das fortlaufende Band von dem Speicher herkommend gegenüber der Vorrichtung (5) durchläuft, damit jeder Beutel von der Registriervorrichtung (5) erfaßt wird, und wobei die Vorrichtung (5) ein entsprechendes elektrisches Signal übermittelt, welches von einem Schalter (24) empfangen wird, wobei der Schalter (24) die Abschaltung des das fortlaufende Band (3) antreibenden Motors (6) auslöst, wenn die vorher ausgewählte Anzahl von Beuteln erreicht ist.

Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel, welche die auf den letzten Beutel zu dessen Trennung von dem Band (3) aufeinander folgenden Zugkräfte aufbringen, eine von einem Motor in Drehung versetzbare und mit einer Vielzahl von radialen Stiften (28) versehene Welle (27) aufweisen, die nebeneinander so angeordnet sind, daß sie zwischen sich die ganze Breite des fortlaufenden Bandes an Beuteln (3) abdecken, wobei jeder Stift (28) um einen kleinen Winkel im Verhältnis zu seinen benachbarten Stiften räumlich versetzt ist, damit jeder Stift nacheinander in Kontakt mit einem zugehörigen Abschnitt des Beutels (3c) kommt, der sich von dem Rest des fortlaufenden Bandes (3) an der Perforationslinie oder an der Schwächungslinie trennen soll, wobei sich die der mit den äußeren Enden dieser Stifte (28) in Kontakt kommenden Fläche gegenüberliegende Fläche des abzutrennenden Beutels an einer gekrümmten Oberfläche (33) abstützt.
4. Gerät nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes der äußeren Enden der Stifte (28) mit einer Verlängerung (29) aus nachgiebigem und nicht-gleitfähigem Material versehen ist, deren einwirkende Oberfläche vorzugsweise eine Krümmung mit einem größeren Radius aufweist als der Radius, den der Stift bei seiner Rotationsbewegung überstreicht, wobei das rückwärtige Ende dieser Verlängerung (29) schlanker ausgeführt ist, um eine Ausstoßwirkung auf den bereits abgetrennten Abschnitt des Beutels zu bewirken.
