Claims (6)

  1. Pompe doseuse (1) à piston plongeur pourvue d'un piston doseur (2) réalisé sous la forme d'un piston plongeur, et d'un cylindre de refoulement, pour doser de préférence l'introduction d'un liquide d'appoint au point d'injection d'une conduite principale pour des liquides, en particulier une conduite d'eau, ainsi que d'une cartouche d'usure (11) remplaçable constituée par une unité montée au préalable et comprenant le piston doseur (2) et les éléments de guidage du piston, caractérisée par le fait que la cartouche d'usure remplaçable (11) renferme, d'une part, un corps de pompe (17) dans lequel est placée une unité (13) de centrage du piston et qui entoure le corps (5) du cylindre de refoulement dans lequel est engagée l'extrémité inférieure du piston doseur (2) et, d'autre part, un élément supérieur (16) de guidage du piston relié à celui-ci ainsi qu'à la tige de commande (21) du piston, et du fait que des emplacements de positionnement (20 et 18 respectivement), situés au niveau de la tige de commande (21) du piston et du logement (19) de la pompe respectivement, sont prévus associés à l'élément supérieur (16) de guidage du piston et au corps de la pompe (17) et sont disposés de manière à correspondre à la position relative de ces derniers.
  2. Pompe selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que la cartouche d'usure remplaçable (11) renferme un clapet de dosage anti-retour (7) se présentant, de préférence, sous la forme d'un clapet annulaire à faible espace mort.
  3. Pompe selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée par le fait que la cartouche d'usure remplaçable (11) comprend un élément d'étanchéité du piston (12) se présentant, de préférence, sous la forme d'un joint torique.
  4. Pompe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée par le fait que le corps de pompe (17) et ses éléments d'étanchéité (14, 15) faisant partie de la cartouche d'usure remplaçable (11), de même que le clapet de dosage anti-retour (7) sont entourés d'un anneau intermédiaire de protection (9).
  5. Pompe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée par le fait que les emplacements de positionnement sont constitués, au niveau du logement (19) de la pompe, ainsi qu'au niveau de la tige de commande (21) du piston, par des bords d'appui (18 et 20 respectivement) définissant exactement la position relative du piston doseur (2) et de son élément d'étanchéité (12).
  6. Pompe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée par le fait que l'élément supérieur (16) de guidage du piston faisant partie de la cartouche d'usure remplaçable (11) s'enclenche dans la tige de commande (21) du piston.
