Definitions
- Binder for continuous or unwound machine sheets Binder for continuous or unwound machine sheets.
- the present invention relates to a binder for continuous or delaminated mechanical sheets.
- binders of the hanging or storing type are used standing on a shelf and comprising, along the fold line separating their underside and their back, two fastening members for sheets integral with said underside and able to pass through two corresponding perforations along the two opposite sides of the stacked sheets; these members are generally flexible rods folded over a removable rail applied against the upper sheet between the two aforementioned perforations and having two slides for wedging the free ends of the two flexible rods.
- the binders do not allow the sheets to be folded back on themselves without the risk of tearing them apart, which requires storage means adapted to the very specific dimensions of the sheets, dimensions which always exceed those standardized in current documents.
- the attachment members do not allow easy consultation of the part located at the top of the sheets.
- the present invention aims to remedy these drawbacks by providing a filing cabinet capable of being stored in any piece of furniture intended for the storage of documents of current standard dimensions corresponding to A4 format, that is to say of 21 cm / 29 , 7cm.
- one of the two hanging devices for the sheets is fixed near the upper edge of the bottom and the other near the upper edge of the top and this fixing is carried out with at least two degrees of freedom, that is to say, a possibility of transverse displacement parallel to the aforementioned edge of the element considered below or above and a possibility of pivoting around an axis parallel to the fold lines connecting the bottom and the top to the back which separates them, contained in the plane of the element considered and passing through the point of intersection of the organ considered with this element.
- the aforementioned edge of the element considered from below or above has a light which is parallel to it and which is located in the extension of the other and each fastening member is consisting of an opening ring.
- the diameter of the opening rings is substantially equal to three times the distance separating two perforations from the same row of perforations of a sheet.
- the presence of the rings does not interfere with the opening of the sheets of the bundle, even when not unfastened, because the rings are engaged in the second perforations of each sheet and the distance separating the first perforation from the adjacent edge of the sheet is equal to one half interval between perforations.
- the body of the filing cabinet according to the invention is of the type produced by cutting from a sheet of relatively rigid material, such as a fairly nervous plastic material.
- fold lines are drawn which delimit a bottom (2), a top (3), a first back (4) separating the bottom (2) and the top (3), a shutter ( 5) and a second back (6) separating the underside (2) and the flap (5).
- Two suspension bars (7) of known type, usually established on the hanging files are fixed on the top end edge (3) and on the corresponding bottom edge (2).
- the fastening members for the mechanical sheets are provided along one of the edges situated in the extension of one another from below (2) and from above (3), this arrangement which has the advantage of being able to accommodate these mechanical sheets in a binder of a common format, that is to say of an A4 format (21 cm / 29.7 cm), the sheets being naturally folded back on themselves when closing the filing cabinet as illustrated in FIG. 3.
- A4 format 21 cm / 29.7 cm
- two hooking members are provided, one of which is linked below (2) and the other above (3).
- Each of these fastening members is constituted by an opening ring respectively (8 and 9), one of which (8) is engaged in a slot (11) formed along the edge considered (2a) from below (2) and the other (9) of which is engaged in a slot (12) formed along the edge considered (3a) from above (3).
- the two openings (11 and 12) are not only parallel to the edges (2a) and (3a) of the bottom (2) and of the top (3), but in addition, they are located in the extension of one another.
- each attachment member (8 and 9) has two degrees of freedom, since it is movable transversely in the lumen (11 or 12) associated therewith and that it is also capable of pivoting about an axis (8a, 9a) parallel to the fold lines designated by the common reference (13) and separating some of the others the underside (2), the top (3), the flap (5) and the two backs (4 and 6).
- the pivot axes (8a and 9a) of the rings (8 and 9) are also contained in the plane of the element considered respectively below (2) and above (3) and each of these axes passes through the point of intersection. of the considered ring (8, 9) with this element (2, 3).
- Each ring (8 and 9) which constitutes one of the hooking members to this folder of mechanographic sheets (14) is intended to be engaged in the second perforation (15a) of the corresponding row of perforations (15 or 16) of which the sheets (14) are provided, each row (15 and 16) being aligned with one of the axes (8a, 9a) of pivoting of the corresponding ring (8,9).
- slots (11 and 12) clearly allows to adapt the spacing of the rings (8 and 9) to the width of the sheets (14) and more specifically to inter - valley between the rows of perforations (15 and 16 ).
- each ring (8, 9) was engaged in the second perforation (15a, 16a) of the row (15,16) corresponding to it.
- the diameter of each ring (8,9) is substantially equal to three times the interval separating two perforations of the same row ( 15, 16).
- this arrangement allows an upward pivoting of 180 ° of each sheet (14) around an axis passing substantially through the center of the two rings (8 and 9), even if the sheets ( 14) are not delased.
- This filing cabinet therefore allows a storage of loose or not mechanized sheets in current dimensions, that is to say with storage furniture of current dimensions without affecting the possibilities of consultation of these sheets and without the risk of tearing them totally or partially. .
- the inner face of the flap (5) carries at least one pellet (17), for example of the type comprising hooks, loops , pins or the like made of plastic, while the top (3) carries on its outer face a pad (18) complementary to the pad (17) and allowing their mutual attachment and consequently the maintenance in the closed position of this binder by holding the flap (5) folded over the top (3).

Abstract
Description
- Figure 1 en est une vue en perspective sans feuillets en position ouverte;
- Figure 2 en est une vue en coupe suivant 2-2 de . figure 1, en position ouverte;
- Figure 3 en est une vue en coupe suivant 2-2 ' de figure 1, en position fermée;
