Claims (10)

1. Procédé pour le découpage sans enlèvement de copeaux de plaques (2) en mousse, avec des parois de cellules élastiques et difficilement fusibles et, en particulier, en mousse de polyuréthane, au moyen d'un outil de coupe (1) présentant une arête de coupe droite (1a) se déplaçant à travers la mousse, caractérisé en ce que l'arête de coupe (1a) de l'outil de coupe (1) forme, avec la direction de déplacement (B) de l'outil de coupe, un angle obtus (a) de 120° à 145° et que la vitesse avec laquelle l'outil de coupe se déplace à travers la mousse est d'au moins 0,3 m/seconde.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse avec laquelle l'outil de coupe (1) se déplace à travers la mousse est supérieure à 0,4 m/seconde.
3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'arête de coupe (1a) de l'outil de coupe (1) forme, avec la direction de déplacement (B) de l'outil de coupe, un angle obtus (a) de 135°.
4. Dispositif pour mettre en oeuvre le procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par un châssis de base (4), sur lequel un porte-couteaux (3) peut se déplacer avec guidage dans un plan horizontal, sa face supérieure étant équipée d'au moins un couteau (1), de manière à ce que son arête de coupe (1a) tournée vers le haut forme, avec la direction de déplacement (B) du porte-couteaux, un angle obtus (a) de 120° à 145°, tandis que des dispositifs de support (9), pour une plaque en mousse (2) sont disposés sur le châssis de base (4), de manière à ce que la plaque de mousse (2) reposant sur ceux-ci se trouve avec au moins une partie de son épaisseur dans le trajet du couteau (1).
5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le couteau (1) peut être réglé sur le porte-couteaux (3) de manière à ce que l'angle entre l'arête de coupe (1a) et la direction de déplacement (B) puisse être réglé et modifie.
6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que de nombreux couteaux (1) sont disposés parallèlement les uns aux autres et transversalement par rapport à la direction longitudinale du porte-couteaux (3) sur un porte-couteaux (3) en forme de poutre et pouvant se déplacer transversalement par rapport à sa direction longitudinale.
7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de support (9) peuvent être réglés en hauteur.
8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de support sont constitués par des cylindres porteurs entraînés (9), dont les axes de rotation sont parallèles à la direction de déplacement (B) du porte-couteaux (3).
9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le couteau (1) présente une épaisseur de 1 mm au maximum.
10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de butée (10), réglables en hauteur, sont disposés au-dessus des dispositifs de support (9).
