Definitions
- the invention relates to a valve for controlling the fluid connection between a pump, a collection container and a double-acting consumer, wherein in the valve housing a valve bore, at least one inlet connecting the pump to the valve bore, an outlet connecting the valve bore to the collection container , two working channels connecting the valve bore to the work spaces of the consumer and a first and a second pressure-dependent displaceable valve part are provided in the valve bore.
- Which of the two lines is connected to the pump and to the collecting tank depends on the position of a control slide, which can take four different positions, which serve to keep the consumer in a floating position, in which both sides of the consumer with the collecting tank are connected and in which the pump pressurizes the area between the valve parts, in each case to connect one side of the consumer to the pump and the other side of the consumer to the collecting container and to do this, both sides of the consumer and also the area between the two valve parts to the Connect the collecting container. In the last position, the consumer piston is blocked.
- control slide which is an additional component and is susceptible to failure due to possible contamination in the liquid. Adjusting it in four different positions means additional effort.
- EP-AI-0 103 250 which is only to be taken into account with regard to the novelty, has already disclosed a valve in which the control slide has been dispensed with and in which two solenoid valves are used for actuation.
- This valve also works with two valve parts, which act on ball valves in the opening sense in order to connect the non-pressurized side of the consumer to the collection container. This valve cannot be operated so that the piston in the consumer goes into the floating position.
- the object to be achieved with the invention is seen in improving the valve mentioned at the outset in such a way that it can be controlled via pilot pressure generators in such a way that it fulfills at least three functions.
- first and second pilot pressure generators are provided, which are individually operable such that a pilot pressure can be generated on one of the valve parts, the first and second valve parts and one of the plug valves moves, connecting one work space of the consumer with the pump and the other work space with the collection container.
- an additional control slide can be dispensed with, since three functions can be achieved via the pilot pressure generator integrated in the valve, namely blocking the liquid in the workrooms of the consumer when both pilot pressure generators are in the idle position, and a second function, if one of the two pilot pressure generators is actuated, whereby one work space of the consumer is connected to the pump and the other work space is connected to the collecting container.
- the third function in which the other working space is connected to the pump and the first working space is connected to the collecting container, is achieved when the other pilot pressure generator is actuated and the previously actuated one is returned to its rest or starting position.
- a fourth function, in which the piston of the consumer is in a floating position, is given according to the invention in a simple manner when both pilot pressure generators can be actuated together in such a way that a pilot pressure can be generated on the first and second valve parts, the first and second valve part are moved such that both workrooms of the consumer are connected to the collecting container.
- each valve part is provided with a through-hole extending in its longitudinal axis
- the fluid connection between the outlet and each working channel or both working channels takes place through the through-holes, provided that the valve part or parts are separated from the associated one Valve seat of the first or second plug valve or both is free. This allows the backflow from the non-pressurized work space of the consumer to be directed in a simple manner to the only outlet leading to the collecting container.
- a spring that pushes them apart is provided between the first and second valve parts, means that the movement of one valve part is resiliently transmitted to the other valve part and the connection to the outlet is always maintained.
- the single spring presses the valve parts against the plug valves when the pilot pressure generators are not actuated, so that in the rest position the first and third valve seats are closed and the liquid is prevented from escaping from the work spaces of the consumer.
- each valve part with a high flange and a hollow shaft and the housing in the region of its valve bore are provided with an annular space for receiving the flanges and a cylinder space into which the working channels and the inlet open and which each have a bore are connected to the annular space, which is in communication with the outlet
- the outlet can open into the central part of the annular spaces and the conical valves and the hollow shafts can be displaceably sealed in the bores in the cylinder spaces
- each flange and each hollow shaft with the housing interacts to form a pilot room, each of which is connected to one of the pilot pressure generators.
- each valve part can be provided with a drainage orifice which connects its pilot space to the annular space.
- the pressure in the pilot space can easily degrade, which in non-actuated pilot pressure generators a return of the valve parts in the initial position and an actuated Pilotbucherzeu he g a dependent from the aperture sensitive to open the corresponding valve seat means.
- Each pilot pressure generator can expediently have a pilot channel connected to the respective pilot space and a solenoid-controlled valve, via which the inflow into the pilot spaces can be controlled.
- the first and third valve seats of the plug valves can advantageously be brought into abutment against the end of the associated hollow shaft of the valve parts.
- each inlet and each working channel are connected to the associated channel Connected cylinder space, wherein each cylinder space is remote and forms the housing shoulder in this area, further that each cone valve is offset and designed such that it allows a fluid connection between the channels when the second or fourth valve seat is free from the housing shoulder, wherein each cylinder chamber has a pilot opening which is permanently connected to the inlet or inlets and can be closed by means of one of the solenoid-controlled valves.
- At least the second and fourth valve seats of the cone valve should also be conical.
- valve parts and plug valves can be movable relative to one another at a back pressure coming from the consumer, so that the first or third valve seat is free. This creates a connection to the collection container, so that additional pressure relief valves can be dispensed with.
- the ends of the hollow shafts can have a larger diameter than the pins of the stepped cone valves which have the first and third valve seats.
- Each cylinder chamber can expediently have a section with a diameter that corresponds to that of the bore and a section with a larger diameter that is separated by the housing shoulder.
- the valve 10 can be actuated electro-hydraulically and controls the fluid connection between two work spaces 12 and 14 of a consumer 16 in the form of a double-acting cylinder and a pump 18 and a collecting container 20.
- the valve 10 is essentially formed from two mirror-image halves, so that only one page, the right one, needs to be described in detail. Identical parts on the left-hand side are provided with the same reference symbols and comma in the claims and are only provided with reference symbols in the drawing if this is necessary for better understanding.
- the valve 10 has a housing 22 with two inlets 24, 24 ′ which conduct liquid from the pump 18 to a valve bore 26 which is provided in the housing 22. Likewise, an outlet 28 is incorporated in the housing 22, which connects the central part of the valve bore 26 to the collecting container 20. Two working channels 30, 30 ′ serve to connect the valve bore 26 and the working spaces 12 and 14 of the consumer 16.
- valve bore 26 The two ends of the valve bore 26 are closed by pilot pressure generator 34, which will be explained in more detail below.
- a simple fastening can be done by screwing and in the valve bore 26 housing cartridges 36 are inserted, which are screwed to housing parts 37 of the pilot pressure generator.
- Housing cartridge 37 is drilled out in stages so that a bore 40 and an annular space 42 are formed in the cylinder space 38.
- the annular space 42 has the largest diameter. It is followed by the bore 40 with a relatively small diameter and the cylinder space 38, which initially has a diameter corresponding to the bore 40 and then merges into a part of larger diameter.
- 36 channels 44 and 46 and a pilot channel 48 are incorporated into each housing cartridge.
- the channel 46 connects the working channel 30 with the cylinder space 38 in the area in which it has a diameter corresponding to the bore 40, while the channel 44 connects the inlet 24 with the cylinder space 38 in its area with the larger diameter.
- the pilot channel 48 establishes a connection between the annular space 42 and a chamber 50, which is formed by one end of the housing cartridge 36 and the opposite part of the housing part 37 of the pilot pressure generator 34.
- a valve piece 52 is inserted into the chamber 50 and is sealingly connected to one end of the housing cartridge 36 via an O-ring 54.
- the valve piece 52 closes the cylinder chamber 38 at its one end and has a pilot orifice 56 which g of the Ke can be elsitz a valve 58 sealingly closed.
- the valve 58 is part of the pilot pressure generator 34 and is permanently connected to an armature 60 which can be moved via a coil 62 and is under the action of a spring 63 which presses the valve 58 in the direction of the pilot opening 56.
- the coil 62 can be electrically excited, the pilot opening 56 being free of the valve 58. So that the valve 58 and the pilot pressure generator 34 is controlled solenoid.
- a hollow valve part 64 is inserted, which has a hollow cylindrical flange 66, which is sealingly and displaceably in the annular space 42 and merges into an axially extending hollow shaft 67, which in turn extends from the bore 40 can be sealed and moved.
- the valve part 64 in its neutral position with the bottom of its flange 66 not against the bottom of the annular space 42, so that part of the hollow shaft 67 protrudes from the bore 40 and a pilot chamber 68 is formed between the valve part 64 and the housing cartridge, which via the pilot channel 48 is connected to the chamber 50.
- a drainage aperture 70 with a small diameter is incorporated, which creates a connection between the pilot space 68 and the outlet 28. Since the hollow shaft 67 is hollow, an axially extending through bore 72 is formed, which is also open to the outlet 28.
- the valve parts 64, 64 'located in the area of the outlet 28 in the neutral position with their open sides at a distance from one another are pressed apart by a single, centrally arranged spring 74.
- a plug valve 80 is also slidably inserted in the housing cartridge in the area of the cylinder space 38. It consists in particular of a body 82 with a valve seat designed as a cone, which is referred to as a second valve seat 84 for the right valve half and as a fourth valve seat 84 'for the left valve half.
- the valve seat merges into a pin 86, which also has a conical valve seat at the end, which can be referred to as the first valve seat 87 for the right valve half and as the third valve seat 87 'for the left valve half.
- valve seats 87 and 87 ' can be sealed against the ends of the hollow shafts 67, whereas the valve seats 84 can be sealed against a respective housing shoulder which is formed in the part of the cylinder space 38 in which the part corresponding to the diameter of the bore 40 passes into the part with the larger diameter.
- the housing shoulder is 89 for the right half of the valve and for the left half of the valve 89 '.
- Body 82 and pin 86 have a smaller diameter than the receiving parts of the cylinder space 38, so that the pin 86 has a smaller diameter than the bore 40 or as the outer diameter of the hollow shaft 67, whereby an annular surface remains on the hollow shaft Back pressure from the consumer 16 can be exposed.
- the pins 86 and body 82 can also be designed differently.
- An annular flange 90 connected to the cone valve 80 is arranged to be displaceable in the part of the cylinder space 38 with the larger diameter next to the cone valve and is under the action of a spring.
- the right spring is designated 92 and the spring on the left valve half is designated 92 '.
- Both springs 92 and 92 ' act such that the valve seats 84, 87 and 84' and 87 'are pressed towards the ends of the hollow shafts 67 and the housing shoulders 89 and 89'.
- the annular flange 90 is also to be designed such that a connection from the channel 40 to the pilot opening 56 is always possible, which can be done, for example, by milled longitudinal grooves, which are not shown in the drawing.
- valve seats 84, 84 'and 87, 87' are closed, so that no liquid can be conveyed to the working channels 30, 30 'by the pump 18, since the connection between the channels 44, 44 'and 46, 46' and thus between the inlets 24, 24 'and the working channels 30, 30' is interrupted by the second and fourth valve seats 84, 84 'bearing against the housing shoulders 89, 89'.
- valve seat 87, 87 ' is free, which is caused, for example, by this takes place that the back pressure acts on the ring surfaces of the corresponding hollow shafts 67, 67 'projecting beyond the diameter of the respective pins 86, 86' and optionally on the transition points (valve seat 84, 48 ') of the body and stem of the plug valves 80, 80'.
- one of the working spaces 12 or 14 of the consumer 16 designed in the form of a cylinder which can be acted on from both sides is now to be pressurized, one of the coils 62, 62 'of the pilot pressure generator 34, 34' is excited, as a result of which the piston or the piston rod of the cylinder moves in or out is extended, whereas the coil of the other pilot pressure generator is not energized.
- the valve 58 ' is moved to the left with reference to the drawing and opens the pilot opening 56'.
- the pilot space 68 ' is thereby acted upon by the pump pressure, since then a liquid connection from the inlet 24' via the channel 44; the cylinder chamber 38 'in its part with the larger diameter, the pilot opening 56', the chamber 50 'and via the pilot channel 48' to the pilot chamber 68 '.
- a pressure builds up in the left pilot space 68 ', which shifts the left valve part 64' to the right.
- the left cone valve 80 ' cannot follow this movement since the spring 92' presses the fourth valve seat 84 'against the further housing shoulder 89' and thereby keeps the valve seat 84 'closed.
- valve part 64 ' When the valve part 64 'is shifted to the right, however, the third valve seat 87' opens, so that a fluid connection is created between the working space 12 and the collecting container 20, specifically via the working channel 30 ', the channel 46' connected to it Bore 40 ', the through hole 72', the annular space 42 'and the outlet 28.
- the right valve part 64 is also shifted to the right via the then tensioned spring 74 and the right cone valve 80 counter to that Effect of the right spring 92, since the hollow shaft 67 abuts the pin 86 of the right cone valve.
- the coil 62 is excited to open the right pilot opening 56, after which the processes described above are reversed.
- the consumer 16 can also be brought into a so-called floating position if both coils 62 and 62 'are excited at the same time. As a result, both pilot spaces 68 and '68' are pressurized and both valve parts 64, 64 'are moved to the center of valve 10. The valve seats 87, 87 'become free, while the valve seats 84, 84' remain closed. This results in a fluid connection between the two working spaces 12 and 14 to the outlet 28 and thus to the collecting container via the working channels 30, 30 ', the channels 46, 46', the bores 40, 40 'and the through bores 72, 72' in the valve divide 64, 64 'created. In this state, the piston in the consumer 16 can move freely.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a valve for controlling the fluid connection between a pump, a collection container and a double-acting consumer, wherein in the valve housing a valve bore, at least one inlet connecting the pump to the valve bore, an outlet connecting the valve bore to the collection container , two working channels connecting the valve bore to the work spaces of the consumer and a first and a second pressure-dependent displaceable valve part are provided in the valve bore.
In this valve (US-A-3 587 630), the area between the two valve parts is pressurized by the pump, whereby left and right spring-loaded ball valves are lifted from their seats and a line with one side of the consumer and the pump and another Line to be connected to the other side of the consumer and to the collection container. Which of the two lines is connected to the pump and to the collecting tank depends on the position of a control slide, which can take four different positions, which serve to keep the consumer in a floating position, in which both sides of the consumer with the collecting tank are connected and in which the pump pressurizes the area between the valve parts, in each case to connect one side of the consumer to the pump and the other side of the consumer to the collecting container and to do this, both sides of the consumer and also the area between the two valve parts to the Connect the collecting container. In the last position, the consumer piston is blocked.
With this combination, the desired function can be achieved, but this requires the control slide, which is an additional component and is susceptible to failure due to possible contamination in the liquid. Adjusting it in four different positions means additional effort.
Dieses Ventil kann nicht so betätigt werden, daß der Kolben im Verbraucher in Schwimmstellung geht.EP-AI-0 103 250, which is only to be taken into account with regard to the novelty, has already disclosed a valve in which the control slide has been dispensed with and in which two solenoid valves are used for actuation. This valve also works with two valve parts, which act on ball valves in the opening sense in order to connect the non-pressurized side of the consumer to the collection container. This valve cannot be operated so that the piston in the consumer goes into the floating position.
The object to be achieved with the invention is seen in improving the valve mentioned at the outset in such a way that it can be controlled via pilot pressure generators in such a way that it fulfills at least three functions.
This object has been achieved according to the invention in that in the valve bore a first cone valve, the first valve seat which can be brought into abutment against the first valve part for controlling the fluid connection between the outlet and the first working channel and a second against a housing shoulder of the valve bore for the abutment bringable valve seat for controlling the fluid connection between the inlet and the first working channel, and a second plug valve are slidable, the third valve seat which can be brought into contact with the second valve part for controlling the fluid connection between the outlet and the second working channel and a fourth against another Ven tilbohrung brought to the valve seat for controlling the fluid connection between the inlet and the second working channel, wherein first and second pilot pressure generators are provided, which are individually operable such that a pilot pressure can be generated on one of the valve parts, the first and second valve parts and one of the plug valves moves, connecting one work space of the consumer with the pump and the other work space with the collection container.
In this way, an additional control slide can be dispensed with, since three functions can be achieved via the pilot pressure generator integrated in the valve, namely blocking the liquid in the workrooms of the consumer when both pilot pressure generators are in the idle position, and a second function, if one of the two pilot pressure generators is actuated, whereby one work space of the consumer is connected to the pump and the other work space is connected to the collecting container. The third function, in which the other working space is connected to the pump and the first working space is connected to the collecting container, is achieved when the other pilot pressure generator is actuated and the previously actuated one is returned to its rest or starting position.
A fourth function, in which the piston of the consumer is in a floating position, is given according to the invention in a simple manner when both pilot pressure generators can be actuated together in such a way that a pilot pressure can be generated on the first and second valve parts, the first and second valve part are moved such that both workrooms of the consumer are connected to the collecting container.
In the case of a valve in which each valve part is provided with a through-hole extending in its longitudinal axis, it is proposed according to the invention that the fluid connection between the outlet and each working channel or both working channels takes place through the through-holes, provided that the valve part or parts are separated from the associated one Valve seat of the first or second plug valve or both is free. This allows the backflow from the non-pressurized work space of the consumer to be directed in a simple manner to the only outlet leading to the collecting container.
The fact that, according to the invention, a spring that pushes them apart is provided between the first and second valve parts, means that the movement of one valve part is resiliently transmitted to the other valve part and the connection to the outlet is always maintained. In addition, the single spring presses the valve parts against the plug valves when the pilot pressure generators are not actuated, so that in the rest position the first and third valve seats are closed and the liquid is prevented from escaping from the work spaces of the consumer.
It is also advantageous according to the invention if in each case one spring is supported at one end on the housing and at the other end rests against a cone valve in such a way that the cone valves are spring-loaded towards one another. As a result, the second and fourth valve seats of the plug valves in the rest position of the pilot pressure generators, ie when they are not actuated, will always be closed, so that no working space can be acted upon by the pump pressure.
In the case of a valve in which each valve part with a high flange and a hollow shaft and the housing in the region of its valve bore are provided with an annular space for receiving the flanges and a cylinder space into which the working channels and the inlet open and which each have a bore are connected to the annular space, which is in communication with the outlet, the outlet can open into the central part of the annular spaces and the conical valves and the hollow shafts can be displaceably sealed in the bores in the cylinder spaces, each flange and each hollow shaft with the housing interacts to form a pilot room, each of which is connected to one of the pilot pressure generators.
According to the invention, each valve part can be provided with a drainage orifice which connects its pilot space to the annular space. Thus, the pressure in the pilot space can easily degrade, which in non-actuated pilot pressure generators a return of the valve parts in the initial position and an actuated Pilotdruckerzeu he g a dependent from the aperture sensitive to open the corresponding valve seat means.
Each pilot pressure generator can expediently have a pilot channel connected to the respective pilot space and a solenoid-controlled valve, via which the inflow into the pilot spaces can be controlled.
The first and third valve seats of the plug valves can advantageously be brought into abutment against the end of the associated hollow shaft of the valve parts.
In detail, according to the invention, each inlet and each working channel are connected to the associated channel Connected cylinder space, wherein each cylinder space is remote and forms the housing shoulder in this area, further that each cone valve is offset and designed such that it allows a fluid connection between the channels when the second or fourth valve seat is free from the housing shoulder, wherein each cylinder chamber has a pilot opening which is permanently connected to the inlet or inlets and can be closed by means of one of the solenoid-controlled valves.
According to the invention, at least the second and fourth valve seats of the cone valve should also be conical.
According to a further proposal of the invention, valve parts and plug valves can be movable relative to one another at a back pressure coming from the consumer, so that the first or third valve seat is free. This creates a connection to the collection container, so that additional pressure relief valves can be dispensed with. For this purpose, the ends of the hollow shafts can have a larger diameter than the pins of the stepped cone valves which have the first and third valve seats.
Each cylinder chamber can expediently have a section with a diameter that corresponds to that of the bore and a section with a larger diameter that is separated by the housing shoulder.
In the drawing, an exemplary embodiment according to the invention, which is explained in more detail below, is shown in cross section.
The
The two ends of the
Here, the annular space 42 has the largest diameter. It is followed by the bore 40 with a relatively small diameter and the
In the other end of the housing cartridge 36, a hollow valve part 64 is inserted, which has a hollow
The mode of operation is discussed below. If the solenoids or coils 62 of the two
Gleiches gilt für den Auslaß 28.If one of the working
If the piston rod of the
The
