Claims (15)

1. Maschine zum Verschliessen von Behältern von der Art rechteckiger Lebensmittelgefässe mit durchgezogenem äusserem Kragen durch eine Plastikfolie oder ähnlichem, wobei besagte Maschine Auflagen für den Kragen besitzt, sowie eine Heizplatte, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwei parallel verlaufende Führungen (7) besitzt, deren Abstand voneinander verstellbar ist und auf deren Rändern der Behälter aufliegt, sowie dadurch, dass diese Führungen an einem Punkt ihrer Längsrichtung unter der Heizplatte (21 ) unterbrochen sind, wobei besagte Unterbrechung einen Freiraum (19) bildet, in dem ein der Höhe nach verstellbarer Amboss (20) untergebracht ist.
2. Maschine entsprechend Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel vorgesehen sind, um die Vorderseite des Behälters unter der Heizplatte zu plazieren und besagten Behälter so zu versetzen, dass seine Hinterseite unter der Heizplatte liegt.
3. Maschine entsprechend einem der Patentansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden des Behälters auf einer Stützfläche aufliegt, die der Höhe nach verstellbar ist und aus zwei parallel verlaufenden Stäben (36) besteht.

Maschine entsprechend einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungen (7) von einem Rahmen (4) getra- gen werden, der über einen Druckzylinder (5) in Längsrichtung zwischen zwei Positionen verstellt werden kann, deren eine der Endstellung der Stange des besagten Druckzylinders entspricht und die andere von einem verstellbaren Anschlag (6) bestimmt wird, dessen Position von der Länge des zu versiegelnden Behälters und der Breite des Amboss (20) abhängt.

Maschine entsprechend einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterbrechung (19) auf jeder Führung (7) zwei Führungssegmente (7a, 7b) abgrenzt, wobei das vordere Segment von der Oberseite eines rechtwinkligen Rahmens gebildet wird, dessen Unterseite (7a') über den Rahmen hinaussteht, um zwei parallele rechtwinklige Platten (10) zu tragen, deren Oberkanten das hintere Segment (7b) in Verbindung mit den Stäben (11) bildet, die dazwischen parallel zum Rahmen (1) der Maschine eingefügt und befestigt sind.

Maschine entsprechend einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizplatte (21) von zwei Säulen (22) getragen wird, die den Rahmen (4) durchstossen und an ihrem unteren Ende auf einem Querträger (23) befestigt sind, der einen Druckzylinder (24) trägt, dessen Kolbenstangenende mit einem anderen Querträger (25) verbunden ist, die durch die besagten Säulen (22) geführt wird und den Amboss (20) trägt, wobei besagte Säulen (22) weiterhin je eine Schulter besitzen, auf der je eine Feder (28) aufliegt, die auf dem Rahmen (4) liegt.
7. Maschine entsprechend einem der Patentansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abspulvorrichtung (D), auf der die Verschlussfolie aufgerollt ist, von dem Rahmen (4) getragen wird.
8. Maschine entsprechend einem der Patentansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass Mittel vorgesehen sind, um die Folie F zeitweilig gegenüber dem Maschinenrahmen (1) festzustellen, wenn der Rahmen (4) zurücksetzt und nach dem Verschliessen des hinteren Teils eines Behälters.

Maschine entsprechend einem der Patentansprüche 3 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der Stützstäbe (36) mit seinem Vorderende (38) frei auf einer Querstange (39) aufliegt, die die Enden der beiden Schwingarme (40) verbindet und mit ihrem hinteren Ende (42) in einer Gleitschiene (43) hin und her gleitet, die wiederum fest mit der waagrechten Oberseite eines Parallelogramms verbunden sind, das verstellbar ist und über eine Kuppelstange (49) mit den Schwingarmen (49) verbunden ist.
10. Maschine entsprechend Patentanspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleitschienen (43) die Verlängerung der Armatur eines Endlosbandes (37) ist, das die Stützstangen (36) verlängert.
11. Maschine entsprechend einem der Patentansprüche 4 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützstangen (36) in Translation mit dem Rahmen (4) verbunden sind.
12. Maschine entsprechend einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Positionierung des jeweiligen Behälters unter der Heizplatte (21 ) durch einen verstellbaren Anschlag (29) gewährleistet wird.
13. Maschine entsprechend Patentanspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einstellung des Anschlags (29) für die Behälter und die des Anschlags (6) für den Rahmen (4) über eine zweigängige Schnecke erfolgt, die gegenläufige Gewinde (31,32) aufweist.
14. Maschine entsprechend einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwischen den Führungen (7) eine gleiche Führung (56) besitzt, die jedoch fest gegenüber dem Rahmen (4) ist.
