Abstract
In the continuous pre-treatment or post-treatment operations of web strands with liquid agents in Clâpots, which are carried out in the usual way, the wrinkle laying and the achievable dilution factor are insufficient, and consequently the water consumption required for satisfactory results is too high. Up to now, the existing problems could only be solved with crushers, which however have a negative impact on the goods. According to the invention, the product strand T is now introduced into a treatment store S by a liquid-operated nozzle device F, is taken over by a steam- or gas-operated nozzle device D after the treatment liquor has acted on, and is conveyed from there to an intermediate store where dewatering takes place. The goods are then fed from the intermediate store with a good dilution factor to the next isothermal or non-isothermal treatment stage with the same or very similar construction.
Description
The present invention relates to a method for the continuous treatment of textile woven or knitted fabrics in strand form with liquid treatment agents, and to a device suitable for this and working according to the jet principle for feeding the fiber material through the plant.
The continuous treatment of dyeings on webs running in the open width with, for example, washing or cleaning liquors to improve the dyeing effects is well known on all sides and is well known. However, pre-treatment or post-treatment operations are no longer new in continuous operation for fabrics and knits used in strand form. The clapot or a clapot-like device is usually used for this.
As is known in this regard, in the case of such a type of process control, the so-called dilution factor in the individual sections of the continuous system is extremely important for the effectiveness of the treatment process. In the given situation, however, the prevailing opinion in practice is that continuous washing machines inevitably lead to high water consumption because the fleet carried into the next bath only achieves a limited dilution effect for the impurities on the goods.
If possible, the liquor is therefore passed in countercurrent through the treatment zones, it being possible to work isothermally, and also with a falling temperature in the successive treatment sections. In order to achieve a favorable dilution factor, the textile material is squeezed off between the different treatment stages.
Such a drainage measure, however, causes heavy mechanical stress on the goods and is also not uniform. In addition, the pleating in Clapöts leaves much to be desired.
Similar problems as above also occur when using jet continuous washing machines, in which too much liquor is also carried away from bath to bath, so that the result is an unfavorable dilution factor.
It is therefore the object of the present invention to provide a continuous treatment process for fabrics and / or knitted fabrics in the form of a strand of goods on nozzle apparatuses which does not have the disadvantages described at the outset of the methods which are known in the art from this field and nevertheless an intensive, uniform Treatment allowed. At the same time, a device practicing the movement of the fiber material on the basis of jet propulsion is to be presented, which enables such treatment.
It has now been found that the object outlined above can be satisfactorily achieved and an improvement in the drainage of the textile goods between the individual wet treatment stages can be achieved without the involvement of squeezers, which have a negative effect on the product appearance, having to be taken into account if this is done in the published European patent application EP-A-0 014 919 for the goods management in endless form explains the novel drive principle by means of gas or steam-operated nozzles to the measures for the continuous movement of the material to be treated and not in the course of the pretreatment and aftertreatment of long-running makes use of self-contained product strands during the run through several machine units arranged one behind the other with different objectives.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist somit ein Verfahren zum Behandeln von in Jet-Vorrichtungen langgeführten Warensträngen aus textilen Geweben oder Gewirken bei der kontinuierlichen Passage nacheinander, aber jeweils für sich als separater Vorgang in mehreren verschiedenen Naßbehandlungszonen der apparativen Anordnung, durch ebensoviele, vorzugsweise unterschiedliche Behandlungsflüssigkeiten, wobei man den Vorschub für den Transport des Fasermaterials innerhalb der in sich geschlossenen'Anlage über die Betätigung des Düsensystems - aufeinanderfolgend von einer unterschiedlichen Behandlungsstufe zur nächsten - abwechselnd durch hydraulischen oder pneumatischen Antrieb bewirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß manThe present invention thus relates to a method for treating product strands of textile fabrics or knitted fabrics which are carried in jet devices in the continuous passage one after the other, but in each case as a separate process in several different wet treatment zones of the apparatus arrangement, by means of as many, preferably different, treatment liquids. whereby the feed for the transport of the fiber material within the self-contained system via the actuation of the nozzle system - in succession from one different treatment stage to the next - is effected alternately by hydraulic or pneumatic drive, characterized in that
a) den in eine Naßbehandlungszone eintretenden Warenstrang beim Durchlaufen einer flüssigkeitsbetriebenen Düsenanordnung mit einer ' Behandlungsflotte beaufschlagt, damit zugleich in einen sich unmittelbar daran anschließenden, mit demselben flüssigen Medium gefüllten Warenspeicherraum einbringt und dort unter stetiger Vorwärtsbewegung im abgetafelten Zustand der Einwirkung der Behandlungsflüssigkeit aussetzt, daß mana) applied to the entering into a Naßbehandlungszone fabric rope as it passes through a liquid-operated jet arrangement having a 'treatment liquor, at the same time subsequent to an immediately thereafter, introducing the same liquid medium filled article storage space, and exposing there under steady forward movement in the plaited state, the action of the treatment liquid that one
b) den in dieser Weise naßbehandelten Warenstrang nach erfolgtem Durchqueren des Warenspeichers gemäß a) diesem unter Zuhilfenahme einer nachfolgenden dampf- bzw. gasbetriebenen Düsenanordnung wieder kontinuierlich entnimmt und sodann einem sich daran anschließenden Zwischenspeicher zuführt, in welchem während der Verweilzeit unter stetiger Vorwärtsbewegung im abgetafelten Zustand eine weitgehende Befreiung des Warenstranges von der Behandlungsflüssigkeit aus der vorgängigen Naßbehandlungsstufe a) herbeigeführt wird, und daß man schließlichb) after having passed through the goods store according to a), the wet-treated strand of goods is continuously removed again with the aid of a subsequent steam or gas-operated nozzle arrangement and then fed to an adjoining intermediate store, in which, during the dwell time, with steady forward movement in the tabular state a substantial liberation of the product line from the treatment liquid from the previous wet treatment stage a) is brought about, and that one finally
Behandlungsbedingungen vorzugsweise für den Naßbehandlungsvorgang a) wiederholt, worauf der Warenstrang - wiederum kontinuierlich - die Anlage verläßt.c) treatment stages a) and b) optionally several times repeated in the same order and using different treatment agents or treatment conditions, preferably for the wet treatment process a), whereupon - again continuously - the strand of goods leaves the system.
The new method just explained offers - in general terms - a number of advantages over the conventional techniques of the above-mentioned direction of work, above all in that it usually adapts to virtually any desired project or course with regard to the repeated action of liquid agents on the product line can be. In other words, it is characterized by wide variation envisaged Behandlungsopera- ti ons from.
On such a basis, according to the invention, the entirety of all or several successive wet treatment steps, which contain uniform measures among themselves, can be grouped together, if necessary, also under the influence of a fleet flowing in opposite directions and - if necessary - even under isothermal conditions to let. On this occasion, low water consumption and considerable energy but also time savings are advantageously achieved. In addition, the goods do not need to be spread out specifically for post-treatment.
If the countercurrent principle is used according to the present invention, the outgoing liquid-operated nozzle is operated with the liquor of the storage unit from the next wet treatment step. According to the method, fresh liquor can also be fed separately to each treatment stage of this type. Through mixing with water of any temperature to the run in the opposite direction to the product flow fleet is one in coordination with the relevant at the point to be taken to the N aßoperation able to treatment process in each individual stage at the intended temperature.
The intermediate storage of the moist textile material arriving from a previous wet treatment, which is characteristic of the new process, and the dewatering that results from this result in optimal dilution factors from treatment stage to treatment stage.
The continuous forward movement of the strand of goods by means of a jet drive through the various treatment zones, which is accomplished and kept in motion due to the kinetic energy transmitted by the nozzle jet when it hits the fiber material in the direction of travel, additionally results in a perfect laying of the folds. If, in addition, the adhesive water is sucked off the strand of goods by means of an annular suction nozzle, then even better results in dilution are achieved. Such ring suction nozzles can in principle be arranged directly behind the steam or gas-operated nozzles in the direction of movement of the goods, but they are particularly expediently located at the exit of the intermediate storage space for the textile goods which have already been largely drained in the course of the dwell phase.
The goods advance by a liquid-operated nozzle arrangement and / or by a steam or gas-operated nozzle arrangement can be supported in the new method by means of a driven reel in order to protect the goods. In successive isothermal treatment stages, it is appropriate in some cases, only H aspelantriebe interpose.
It has also proven to be expedient in terms of the process if the product strand, in particular following a wet treatment operation for textile finishing, is additionally sprayed off before entering the next steam or gas-operated nozzle arrangement, and in this case on falling spray water, which possibly contains residues of the previously applied treatment agent not absorbed by the fiber material, feeds the liquid nozzle in front of it.
- The Roman numerals I, II and III each refer to the relevant successive treatment stages.
