Definitions
- the invention relates to a high-pressure liquid system according to the preamble of claim 1.
- German utility model 74 01 818 which describes a cleaning device that works with liquid or steam and has a pistol-like dispensing device for the liquid or steam.
- a valve In order to avoid the recoil occurring when the on and off valve provided in the dispensing device is closed, a valve must be actuated which blocks the liquid supply to the dispensing device and returns the liquid to the pump. This additional valve can be actuated from the dispenser via an electrical switch.
- High-pressure water jet cleaning systems that are equipped with a spray gun or a rotating nozzle bar, however, require maximum pressure often considerable physical strength of the operator, so that work should only be carried out at maximum pressure for a short time.
- maximum pressure is often only necessary in the case of very strong dirt or the like. The operator should therefore be able to work with a medium pressure, but switch briefly to maximum pressure and finally be able to rinse and flush away the dirt particles with a lowest pressure level, especially since this also entails considerable energy savings and reduced water consumption would be.
- the object of the invention is therefore to provide a high-pressure liquid system according to the preamble of claim 1, which offers a convenient setting for the operator for the working pressure.
- the remotely operable valve is designed as an adjustable pressure relief valve and can be remotely adjusted in pressure by electrical actuators arranged on the spraying device or in its area, with a delay device for jerk-free pressure adjustment possibly being assigned to the pressure relief valve.
- the delay device serves as a safety measure to switch off pressure surges that could be dangerous, especially when switching to maximum pressure, and to ensure a long service life.
- the pressure limiting valve which can be designed in particular as an overflow valve, can be pneumatically, electromotively or hydraulically adjustable, the adjusting force acting in particular on a spring device (mechanical or pneumatic) of this valve.
- presettable pressure levels of a relatively small number can be used, between which can be selected by actuating the actuators.
- an essentially continuous pressure adjustment for example by means of a. Stepper motor, which is actuated by a corresponding electrical actuator.
- a throttle is suitable as a delay device, for example in the case of pneumatic or hydraulic adjustment of the pressure limiting valve.
- an electromotive adjustment may be necessary to use a regulator to achieve a smooth pressure adjustment.
- a spray gun, a nozzle bar or the like, as used for example for ablative cleaning on ship walls or the like, can be used as the spraying device.
- a high-pressure pump 10 conveys water from a tank 12 to a pressure relief valve 14 designed as an overflow valve, which also serves as a safety valve here.
- the water supplied by the high-pressure pump 10, which is under maximum pressure, is divided by the pressure relief valve 14 into two branch flows, the first of which is fed as working medium into a high-pressure hose 16, while the second flows back into the tank 12 via a return line 18.
- an air compressor 20 delivers air into a line 22 which leads to (in the exemplary embodiment shown) three reducing valves 24, 26 and 28.
- a pressure gauge 30 is assigned to each reducing valve 24, 26, 28.
- the reducing valves 24, 26 28 are connected to the input of one electromagnetic switching valve 34, 36 and 38, respectively.
- the arrangement is such that only one of the switching valves 34, 36 or 38 can be brought into the open position.
- the outputs of all switching valves 34, 36, 38 are combined on a line 32 and lead via a throttle element 40 to the pneumatic control input of the pressure relief valve 14.
- a line 44, 46 and 48 is assigned to each switching valve, which allow the switching valves 44, 46, 48 to be actuated by means of control pulses.
- the lines 44, 46, 48 are connected to actuators with a blasting gun 42. (If necessary, the signal can also be transmitted wirelessly.)
- FIG. 2 shows a gun 42 serving as a spraying device with a handle 42a and a connecting piece 42b for a nozzle pipe 42c, a high-pressure liquid connection 49 for the high-pressure hose 16 and a trigger lever 51 for the trigger switch 50.
- the trigger lever 51 is from a protective and support bracket 43 surround.
- a connection piece 60 for the electrical voltage and for a connecting cable to the light-emitting diodes 52, 54, 55 and the actuators 56, 58 designed as switches and the trigger switch 50 in the interior of the gun housing.
- the trigger switch 50 which is actuated by the trigger lever 51, serves to release the printing medium. He only releases the pressure medium when the actuator 56 is pressed in once and the operational readiness is indicated by the diode 52 lighting up.
- the control element 58 which is a pushbutton with a switching mechanism consisting of three steps, is pressed, one of the three provided pressure stages comes into operation due to the fact that the control element 58 acts on the switching valves 34, 36, 38. This is indicated at the same time by lighting up one or two light-emitting diodes 45, 55 assigned to each pressure stage.
- a requirement for the operation of the gun 42 is a signal from the pump control system that the high-pressure pump 10 is running. If the pistol 42 is ready for operation, an actuation of the actuator 56 designed as a pushbutton on the pistol 42 can give a pulse to a toggle relay (not shown) connected downstream, so that all functions of the pistol 42 are activated. The shutdown is also carried out by a pulse to be triggered on the actuator 56.
- the operating state of the activated pistol 42 is displayed on the light-emitting diode 52 (for example red).
- the smallest pressure level is selected in parallel with the first command on the actuator 56. This is indicated by the lighting of the light-emitting diode 54 (for example yellow). If a higher pressure level is required, the three-step switching mechanism of the actuator 58 can be switched on in accordance with the desired pressure level by briefly giving a command on the actuator 58 with the trigger lever 51 relieved and thus with the trigger switch 50 switched off.
- the selected pressure level is indicated by the lighting of the light-emitting diodes 54, 55, the lowest pressure level light-emitting diode 54, the medium pressure level light-emitting diode 55 and the highest pressure level light-emitting diode 54, 55 together.
- the high-pressure water can now be switched on or off by actuating the trigger lever 51 and thus the trigger switch 50 in accordance with the preselected pressure stage and thus sprayed and / or returned to the suction side of the high-pressure pump 10. A change in the pressure levels when the trigger lever 51 is actuated is not possible. To shut down the trigger 51 is relieved and then the actuator 56 is actuated, so that the LED 52 goes out and the gun 42 is now secured against unintentional switching on of the high pressure water.

Description
The invention relates to a high-pressure liquid system according to the preamble of claim 1.
Such a system is known from German utility model 74 01 818, which describes a cleaning device that works with liquid or steam and has a pistol-like dispensing device for the liquid or steam. In order to avoid the recoil occurring when the on and off valve provided in the dispensing device is closed, a valve must be actuated which blocks the liquid supply to the dispensing device and returns the liquid to the pump. This additional valve can be actuated from the dispenser via an electrical switch.
High-pressure water jet cleaning systems that are equipped with a spray gun or a rotating nozzle bar, however, require maximum pressure often considerable physical strength of the operator, so that work should only be carried out at maximum pressure for a short time. On the other hand, maximum pressure is often only necessary in the case of very strong dirt or the like. The operator should therefore be able to work with a medium pressure, but switch briefly to maximum pressure and finally be able to rinse and flush away the dirt particles with a lowest pressure level, especially since this also entails considerable energy savings and reduced water consumption would be.
The object of the invention is therefore to provide a high-pressure liquid system according to the preamble of claim 1, which offers a convenient setting for the operator for the working pressure.
This object is achieved in that the remotely operable valve is designed as an adjustable pressure relief valve and can be remotely adjusted in pressure by electrical actuators arranged on the spraying device or in its area, with a delay device for jerk-free pressure adjustment possibly being assigned to the pressure relief valve. This creates a convenient pressure adjustment option which can be carried out on the spraying device and which enables advantageous working at different pressures with corresponding energy and water savings. The delay device serves as a safety measure to switch off pressure surges that could be dangerous, especially when switching to maximum pressure, and to ensure a long service life.
The pressure limiting valve, which can be designed in particular as an overflow valve, can be pneumatically, electromotively or hydraulically adjustable, the adjusting force acting in particular on a spring device (mechanical or pneumatic) of this valve.
For many applications, presettable pressure levels of a relatively small number (e.g. 3) can be used, between which can be selected by actuating the actuators. However, an essentially continuous pressure adjustment, for example by means of a. Stepper motor, which is actuated by a corresponding electrical actuator.
A throttle is suitable as a delay device, for example in the case of pneumatic or hydraulic adjustment of the pressure limiting valve. on the other hand, an electromotive adjustment may be necessary to use a regulator to achieve a smooth pressure adjustment.
A spray gun, a nozzle bar or the like, as used for example for ablative cleaning on ship walls or the like, can be used as the spraying device.
Further embodiments of the invention can be found in the following description and the subclaims.

A high-
This is controlled by a pneumatically
In order to generate the pneumatic control pressure, an
The
A requirement for the operation of the
The operating state of the activated
The transition from one working pressure to the next takes place smoothly, since the
It goes without saying that the usual safety valves, check valves etc. are provided, but are not shown here for the sake of clarity.
