Appareillage automatique apte à conditionner en paquet des conteneurs de fruits et légumes au moyen d'un enveloppement de filet pourvu de bandes de support et d'étiquettes, comportant un châssis (T) sur lequel est mis un tube porte-filet, le filet ayant été préalablement fermé à son extrémité avant (2a) de manière à former un bout avant fermé (2b) et un long boyau de filet recueilli sur toute la surface extérieure dudit tube porte-filet, ce tube (1) étant pourvu d'un canal de passage des conteneurs à l'intérieur du même tube le long duquel peut se déplacer dans une glissière, alternativement dans les deux sens, une pièce longitudinale (4) pourvue d'une pluralité de saillies (5) équidistantes, aptes à définir une référence unidirectionnelle dans le sens de sortie de chaque conteneur, du tube porte-filet, de manière à causer le déplacement d'un pas à la fois de chaque conteneur de l'entrée à la sortie du tube, cet appareillage automatique comportant également un groupe de fermeture et de coupe (6) du filet (2) disposé en aval dudit tube et sur le même châssis, lequel se compose d'une tête (6a) de fermeture et de coupe agissant transversalement sur ledit bout (2a), cet appareillage automatique étant également pourvu d'un groupe d'alimentation d'étiquettes, à appliquer sur chaque conteneur, supporté par le châssis (T) et disposé en correspondance dudit groupe de fermeture et de coupe (6), ledit appareillage étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte: - un poste d'alimentation (12) des conteneurs, supporté par ledit châssis (T), comportant, outre ledit tube (1) porte-filet, depuis amont vers aval suivant le sens d'avance des conteneurs (C): un premier convoyeur (13) des conteneurs; un deuxième convoyeur (14) pourvu de vitesse plus élevée que le premier; une cellule photo- électrique (15), disposée immédiatement en aval du deuxiè me convoyeur (14), dont l'obscurcissement de la part de chaque conteneur (C) arrête le circuit d'alimentation du moteur de manoeuvre (16) desdits premier et deuxième convoyeurs (13 et 14); - un poste (17) d'enveloppement de filet en paquet autour de chaque conteneur (C) disposé en aval dudit tube (1) porte-filet, complètement supporté par un chariot (18) de base, soutenu de manière coulissante par le châssis (T) et mobile alternativement dans les deux sens suivant la direction d'avance des conteneurs (C),sur ce chariot (18) de base étant fixé un dispositif à guillotine (19) comportant: une première paire d'éléments de référence fixes (20) en forme de "V", disposés transversalement par rapport au sens d'avance des conteneurs (C) et espacés parallèlement l'un de l'autre de manière à recevoir entre eux ladite tête (6a) de fermeture et de coupe dudit groupe (6) correspondant; une deuxième paire d'éléments de référence mobiles (21) en forme de "V" renversé et agissant en opposition aux premiers, disposés au-dessus et dans des plans légèrement décalés par rapport à ces derniers, ces deuxièmes éléments étant susceptibles de se déplacer verticalement dans les deux sens, depuis une première position relevée coïncidant avec l'avancement maximal dudit chariot (18) vers le tube (1) porte-filet, dans laquelle les deux paires d'éléments définissent une ouverture rhomboïdale (22) apte à.permettre la libre entrée de chaque conteneur (C) avec son filet (2), de l'extrémité avant (4a) de la pièce longitudinale (4) et d'au moins deux prolongements (3a)destinés à soutenir le conteneur (C) avant son transfert, grâce à la poussée de la pièce longitudinale (4), au-delà du dispositif à guillotine (19) où il y a un logement transitoire (23) de réception du conteneur (C), Jusqu'à une deuxième position extrême abaissée, ledit chariot (18) étant suffisamment reculé pour permettre auxdits deuxièmes éléments mobiles (21) de ne pas contacter lesdits prolongements (3a), dans laquelle les sommets desdits "V" définissent une petite ouverture (22a) suffisante pour retenir solidement en place le bout de filet (2b) immédiatement en amont de chaque conteneur (C) déjà placé dans son logement transitoire (23); - un poste (29) d'étiquetage qui comporte, en aval dudit groupe (11) d'alimentation d'étiquettes, un couloir incliné (31) disposé à côté de ladite première paire d'éléments de référence fixes (21) pour le transfert de deux étiquettes (30) à la fois pendillant l'une d'un côté et l'autre de l'autre côté du couloir incliné (31) en correspondance du sommet du "V" desdits éléments de référence fixes (20) où ladite tête de fermeture et coupe (6a) agit, l'intervention de laquelle causant l'application stable d'une étiquette (30) sur chacun des conteneurs (C); Appareillage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit coulisseau (42c) relatif au système de poussée bielle-manivelle (42 )de la pièce longitudinale (4) est pourvu, à son extrémité de tête, d'une articulation (48) à laquelle est reliée de manière articulée une tige (49) solidaire de la pièce longitudinale (4), l'axe (48a) de cette articulation étant disposé dans le même plan horizontal que l'axe (50a) d'une autre articulation (50) ménagée sur l'extrémité arrière d'un bâti(T ) de support du tube (1) porte-filet; un microinterrupteur (M ) fixé au châssis (T) de l'appareillage, pouvant être contacté, de manière cyclique, par une saillie (51) disposée sur l'un desdits disques (45, 46 ou 47), chaque contact, si le microinterrupteur (M1) est électriquement activé, autorisant l'arrêt du moteur principal (32) à l'instant dans lequel l'axe (48a) de l'articulation (48)et l'axe (50a) de l'articulation (50) coïncident, dans cette configuration le bâti (T ) pouvant se soulever,tournant autour desdits axes coinci- dents, en vue de permettre l'enlèvement ou la mise en place du tube (1) porte-filet.5. Apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises, in correspondence with said guillotine device (19), a photoelectric cell (54) which, when it is obscured by the passage of a container (C) , activates a proximity microswitch (M 2 ), disposed along the path of the base carriage (18) and intended to cause the intervention of said closing and cutting head (6a) when the carriage (18) is in said retracted position corresponding to the second lowered extreme position of the second reference elements (21). 8. Appareillage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit logement transitoire (23) comporte une ligne de rouleaux fous (23a) supportés par deux rebords latéraux (55), mobiles, au niveau, depuis une première position relevée extrême qui se trouve au même niveau que le plan de coulissement des conteneurs (C) dans le tube (1) porte-filet, jusqu'à une deuxième position extrême abaissée, déterminée par l'intervention desdits deuxièmes éléments de référence mobiles 21, dans laquelle l'axe longitudinal du conteneur (C) supporté par ladite ligne de rouleaux fous (23a) coïncide avec l'axe de ladite petite ouverture (22a)définie par l'intersection desdits premiers éléments de référence fixes (20) avec lesdits deuxièmes éléments de référence mobiles (21) dans leur position extrême abaissée. 8 . Apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that said transient housing (23) comprises a line of idle rollers (23a) supported by two lateral flanges (55), movable, at the level, from a first extreme raised position which is at the same level that the sliding plane of the containers (C) in the net holder tube (1), to a second lowered extreme position, determined by the intervention of said second movable reference elements 21, in which the longitudinal axis of the container (C) supported by said line of idle rollers (23a) coincides with the axis of said small opening (22a) defined by the intersection of said first fixed reference elements (20) with said second movable reference elements (21) in their extreme lowered position. 9.
