It is therefore possible to establish each of these auxiliary cylinders in the form of two tandem elements 5a-6a, 5b-6b of appropriate sections, connected in parallel one to the tightening cylinder (13-14) closest to the longitudinal direction, the other to the cylinder furthest in the same direction.
