Die mit der Erfindung erzielbaren Vorteile bestehen insbesondere darin, dass durch die Anwendung des erfindungsgemässen Trichters die Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine sowohl zur Herstellung von Zeitungen (mit der Punktur am Zeitungsfuss) als auch von Akzidenzdrucken verwendet werden kann. Es entfallen komplizierte Wendeeinrichtungen. Bei Vierfarbendrucken ist es nicht mehr notwendig, dass die in vier Farben bedruckte Papierbahnseite über Papierleitwalzen läuft. Eine Verdrehung von Karusselloberteil 21 auf dem Karussellsockel 22 wird durch einen Lenkkranz 23 ermöglicht. Hierbei ist an einem Oberring 24 des Lenkkranzes 23 das Karusselloberteil 21 und ein Unterring 26 des Lenkkranzes 23 am Karussellsockel 22 befestigt. Somit lässt sich der an den Seitengestellen 14,16 befestigte Falztrichter 12 horizontal um mindestens 180° verdrehen. Über vier horizontale obere Streben 27, 28, 29, 31 sind die Seitengestelle 14, 16 am Oberrring 24 befestigt. Vier untere horizontale, am Karussellsokkel 22 angeschweisste Streben 32, 33, 34, 36 dienen zur Befestigung des Unterringes 26 am Karussellsockel 22. An einer Unterseite der oberen Streben 27, 28, 29, 31 und an einer Oberseite der unteren Streben 32, 33, 34, 36 sind obere 37 und untere Auflaufkeile 38 angeschraubt. Sie ermöglichen einen sicheren Stand des Karusselloberteils 21 mit den Seitengestellen 14, 16 auf dem Karussellsockel 22 in der 0°-Stellung des Falztrichters 12 - d.h., er ist zu den Druckwerken 4, 5, 6, 7 hin geneigt (siehe Fig. 1) - oder in der 180°-Stellung - d.h., der Falztrichter 12 ist von den Druckwerken 4, 5, 6, 7 weg geneigt. Arretiervorrichtungen 39, 41 sorgen dafür, dass der Falztrichter 12 wahlweise in der «0°-Stellung» oder in der «180°-Stellung» festgehalten werden kann. Hierbei ist ein Arretieranschlag 42, 43 in Form einer Lasche am Karussellsockel 22 und ein Arretieroberteil 44,46 in Form einer Lasche am Karusselloberteil 21 befestigt. Die Arretieroberteile 44 bzw. 46 schlagen in den Arretierstellungen 0° bzw. 180° an die Arretieranschläge 42 bzw. 43 an. Im Arretieranschlag 42 ist eine Gewindebohrung. Im Arretieroberteil 44, 46 ist jeweils eine Bohrung, durch die hindurch eine Schraube in die Gewindebohrung hineingeschraubt wird, und so das Karusselloberteil 21 am Karussellsockel 22 sicher arretiert ist. Am Karusselloberteil 21 sind zwei vertikale Befestigungsplatten 40, 45 angebracht, zwischen denen in ihren unteren Enden zwei herkömmliche Trichtereinlaufwalzen 47, 48 drehbar gelagert sind.

On an underside of the upper struts 27, 28, 29, 31 and on an upper side of the lower struts 32, 33, 34, 36 upper 37 and lower wedge 38 are screwed. They enable the upper part of the carousel 21 to stand securely with the side frames 14, 16 on the carousel base 22 in the 0 ° position of the former 12 - that is, it is inclined toward the printing units 4, 5, 6, 7 (see FIG. 1). - Or in the 180 ° position - that is, the former 12 is inclined away from the printing units 4, 5, 6, 7. Locking devices 39, 41 ensure that the former 12 can be held either in the “0 ° position” or in the “180 ° position”. Here, a locking stop 42, 43 in the form of a tab is attached to the carousel base 22 and an upper locking part 44, 46 in the form of a tab is attached to the top of the carousel 21. The upper locking parts 44 and 46 strike in the locking positions 0 ° and 180 ° on the locking stops 42 and 43. There is a threaded bore in the locking stop 42. Claims (3)

1. Former for a folder of a web-fed rotary printing press whereby the former (12) is arranged in side frames (14; 16) above a group of folder cylinders, characterized in that the former (12) is rotatably arranged around a vertical axis above a group of folder cylinders and that locking devices (39, 41) are provided to fix the former (12) in the two working positions in the range of rotation.
2. Former in accordance with claim 1, characterized in that the former (12) is secured between side frames (14, 16), that the side frames (14, 16) are screwed to a carrousel upper part (21), that a carrousel base part (22) set on top of the folder side frames is provided, that a steering ring (23) is mounted between the carrousel upper part (21) and the carrousel base part (22).
