Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schmierfettzusammensetzung auf Basis eines grösseren Anteils an Mineral-oder Syntheseöl als Grundöl und eines kleineren Anteils Polyharnstoff als Verdickungsmittel.
  • Es ist bekannt, schmierwirksame Mineral- oder Syntheseöle durch Zusatz von Polyharnstoffen so zu verdicken, dass sie die Eigenschaften eines Schmierfettes erhalten. Die in diesen Schmierfetten verwendeten Polyharnstoffe werden durch Umsetzung einer oder mehrerer Monoamino- oder/und Diaminokomponenten, die aliphatisch oder aromatisch sein können, mit Diisocyanaten hergestellt, die ebenfalls aliphatisch oder aromatisch sein können. Typische Beispiele hierfür finden sich in DE-A- 2 540 470, 2 604 342 und 2 604 343 sowie der EP-A 31 179. Die so erhaltenen Schmierfette werden durch Zusatz von Additiven auf die speziellen Einsatzzwecke des Fettes eingestellt, wobei Hochdruckzusätze, Antiverschleisszusätze und Antioxidantien üblicherweise verwendet werden. In der US-A 3 01 625 werden Schmiermitteladditive beschrieben, die durch Umsetzung von Abietylaminen mit Diisocyanaten erhalten werden. Die US-A 3 015 625 erwähnt ferner, dass auch Triisocyanate zur Herstellung der Additive geeignet sind.
  • Diese Fette haben sich für viele Zwecke als gut geeignet erwiesen. Insbesondere eignen sie sich für höhere Dauereinsatztemperaturen als die Lithiumfette, mit welchen zwar die meisten Schmierprobleme befriedigend gelöst werden können, jedoch nur bis zu maximalen Einsatztemperaturen in der Gegend von 135°C. Mit den polyharnstoffhaltigen Schmierfetten konnte diese Temperaturgrenze bis in den Bereich von 150 bis 160°C gesteigert werden.
  • Für Anwendungszwecke unter besonders schwierigen Bedindungen reichen jedoch auch die bisher erreichten Dauereinsatztemperaturen noch nicht aus. Eine weitere Steigerung wäre daher erwünscht. Ausserdem erwies sich in vielen Fällen die Haltbarkeit der Polyharnstoff-Verdickungsmittel in Gegenwart der erforderlichen Additive, insbesondere wenn es sich um öllösliche Additive handelte, als unbefriedigend.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, diese Nachteile der bisher bekannten Schmierfette auf Ölbasis mit Polyharnstoffen als Verdickungsmittel zu verringern oder zu beseitigen.
  • Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe erfindungsgemäss durch eine Schmierfettzusammensetzung auf Basis eines grösseren Anteils an Mineral- oder Syntheseöl als Grundöl und eines kleineren Anteils einer Polyharnstoffverbindung als Verdickungsmittel sowie üblichen Additiven, welche dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie als Polyharnstoff das Reaktionsprodukt eines Isocyanats mit mindestens 3 Isocyanatgruppen im Molekül mit einem langkettigen, geradkettigen oder verzweigten aliphatischen Monoamin enthält. Die erfindungsgemäss eingesetzten Polyharnstoffe sind vernetzte hochmolekulare Produkte, die mechanisch zerkleinert wurden. Die Aminkomponente besteht vorzugsweise überwiegend aus den Monoaminen mit 16 bis 24 C-Atomen, es können jedoch auch kleinere Anteile von Monoaminen mit kürzeren Ketten bis herab zu 10 C-Atomen enthalten sein, wobei jedoch eine Menge von 10% des Gesamtamins nicht überschritten werden sollte. Ebenso können kleine Mengen an Diaminen zugegeben sein, wobei eine Menge von etwa 5% nicht überschritten werden sollte.
  • Unter der Bezeichnung «langkettiges aliphatisches Monoamin» werden Verbindungen mit mehr als 14 C-Atomen, vorzugsweise solche mit 16 bis 24 C-Atomen und Gemische davon verstanden. Längerkettige Monoamine sind zwar technisch ebenfalls brauchbar für die Erfindung, derzeit aber wirtschaftlich nur schwer erhältlich.
  • Das Monoamin kann ein gesättigtes Fettamin sein oder eine oder mehrere olefinische Doppelbindungen enthalten. Es kommen geradkettige oder verzweigte, aliphatische Amine in Betracht. Besonders bevorzugt werden bei einfach ungesättigten Fettaminen solche mit 16 bis 20 C-Atomen, noch mehr bevorzugt ein Alkenylamin mit 18 C-Atomen (Oleylamin), einerseits sowie bei gesättigten aliphatischen Alkylaminen solche mit 18 bis 24 C-Atomen, noch mehr bevorzugt mit 20 bis 22 C-Atomen, andererseits. Jede dieser bevorzugten Ausführungsformen des Polyharnstoffs weist besondere Eigenschaften hinsichtlich der Verträglichkeit mit Additiven auf.
  • Hierauf wird weiter unten noch näher eingegangen.
  • Als Isocyanatkomponente mit mindestens 3 Isocyanatgruppen im Molekül kommen die handelsüblichen Verbindungen, wie sie beispielsweise als Desmodur-Marken der Firma Bayer AG, Hylene-Marken der Firma DuPont, Mondur-Marken der Firma Mobay Chem. Corp. oder Nacconate der Firma Allied Chem. & Dye Corp. bekannt sind. Bevorzugt werden Triisocyanate, jedoch können auch Tetraisocyanate und noch höhere Polyisocyanate verwendet werden, zweckmässig im Gemisch mit Triisocyanaten. Sie werden im Rahmen der Erfindung nachstehend alle als «Polyisocyanate» bezeichnet. Es können sowohl aliphatische Polyisocyanate, wie beispielsweise Desmodur N, welches Tri-, Tetra- und höhere Polyisocyanate enthält, als auch aromatische Polyisocyanate, wie beispielsweise Desmodur R, verwendet werden. Letzteres, bei dem es sich chemisch um p,p',p"-Triphenylmethantriisocyanat in Form einer 20%igen Lösung in Methylenchlorid handelt, erwies sich als besonders gut geeignet im Rahmen der Erfindung. Die Eignung eines speziellen Polyisocyanats im Rahmen der Erfindung kann im übrigen durch einfache Vorversuche leicht festgestellt werden.
  • Die erfindungsgemässe Schmierfettzusammensetzung enthält den Polyharnstoff in einer zur Erzielung der gewünschten Verdickungswirkung ausreichenden Menge. Gute Ergebnisse werden im allgemeinen bei Zusätzen zwischen 3 und 45 Gew.-% Polyharnstoff, bezogen auf das Grundöl, erhalten. Die besten Ergebnisse werden im allgemeinen bei Mengen zwischen 8 und 1 5% erhalten.
  • Als Grundöl kommen, wie erwähnt, Mineralöl und Syntheseöl in Betracht. Bevorzugt werden naphtenbasische Grundöle. Es können aber auch paraffinbasische Grundöle verwendet werden. Im letzteren Fall werden vorzugsweise Polyharnstoffe als Verdickungsmittel eingesetzt, bei denen die Monoaminkomponente möglichst langkettig ist im Rahmen des von der Erfindung gelehrten Bereiches.
  • Bei den synthetischen Grundölen erwiesen sich alle üblichen Klassen als prinzipiell geeignet, auch wenn hinsichtlich der Kombination mit dem Polyharnstoffharz einzelne Glieder der jeweiligen Gruppen bessere Ergebnisse als andere liefern. Typische Beispiele für geeignete Syntheseöle sind Polyalphaolefine, Glykole, Ester, Alkylbenzole und in organischen Lösungsmitteln lösliche Silikonöle.
  • Die erfindungsgemässen Schmierfettzusammensetzungen können sowohl öllösliche als auch nicht öllösliche Additive enthalten, um beispielsweise die Hochdruckeigenschaften, das Verschleissverhalten und die Oxidationsbeständigkeit zu verbessern. Diese Schmierstoffadditive sind dem Fachmann bekannt und bedürfen hier keiner näheren Erläuterung, soweit nicht besondere Gesichtspunkte im Zusammenhang mit den verschiedenen möglichen Abwandlungsformen des erfindungsgemäss eingesetzten Polyharnstoffs zu beachten sind.
  • Als Feststoffadditive mit hochdruck- oder/und antiverschleissverbessernden Eigenschaften kommen vor allem Graphit und die schmierwirksamen Metallsulfide allein oder in Kombination mit Wirkungsverstärkern in Betracht. Unter diesen wiederum werden Graphit und Molybdändisulfid und deren Gemische im Rahmen der Erfindung bevorzugt. Geeignete Wirkungsverstärker sind z.B. Metalloxide, -hydroxyde, -phosphate oder -fluoride. Diese nicht öllöslichen Additive eignen sich besonders in Kombination mit Polyharnstoffen, deren Monoaminkomponente im längerkettigen Bereich, also zwischen etwa 18 bis 24 C-Atomen, vorzugsweise 20 bis 22 C-Atomen, liegt. Sie können jedoch bei sämtlichen im Rahmen der Erfindung einzusetzenden Polyharnstoffen Verwendung finden. Die Menge dieser nicht öllöslichen Additive liegt im allgemeinen zwischen 0,5 und 10 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die gesamte Fettzusammensetzung, besonders bevorzugt wird ein Zusatz von 2 bis 6%. Werden die angegebenen Mengen überschritten, so erhält man keine Verbesserung der Eigenschaften, die den erhöhten Kosten adäquat wäre, bei einer Unterschreitung der Grenzwerte werden die angestrebten Eigenschaften nicht mehr erhalten. Unter den Gesichtspunkten möglichst guter Dauerstandfestigkeit, Reibungseigenschaften und akzeptablem Preis werden mit 2 bis 4% Zusatz an nicht öllöslichem Additiv und überlicherweise öllöslichem Antioxidans besonders befriedigende Ergebnisse erhalten.
  • Ein besonderer Vorzug der erfindungsgemässen Schmierfettzusammensetzung besteht jedoch in der ausgezeichneten Verträglichkeit mit öllöslichen Additiven, insbesondere auch öllöslichen Hochdruck-und Antiverschleissadditiven. Bei den bisher bekannten Schmierfetten mit Polyharnstoffzusätzen als Verdickungsmittel erwiesen sich die hochwirksamen öllöslichen Hochdruck- und Antiverschleisszusätze als ungeeignet, da sie zu einem raschen Abbau der Polyharnstoffe führten, welche mit Diisocyanaten hergestellt wurden. In dieser Hinsicht unbedenkliche öllösliche Additive ergaben nur unbefriedigende Eigenschaften der Schmierfettzusammensetzung. Bei der erfindungsgemässen Schmierfettzusammensetzung dagegen können auch die besonders wirksamen öllöslichen Additive eingesetzt werden, ohne dass sich im Dauerbetrieb negative Einwirkungen auf die Polyharnstoffkomponente zeigen. Bei den öllöslichen Additiven werden die Phosphor und Schwefel enthaltenden Verbindungen, sowie die in jüngener Zeit bekannt gewordenen Austauschprodukte für geschwefeltes Spermöl bevorzugt. Besonders gute Eigenschaften werden mit den aus der DE-B 1 954 452 bekannten Additivkombinationen erzielt.
  • Für diese öllöslichen Additive haben sich besonders diejenigen Ausführungsformen der erfindungsgemässen Schmierfettzusammensetzung als geeignet erwiesen, bei denen die Aminkomponente des Polyharnstoffs ungesättigt ist und im unteren Bereich der in Betracht kommenden Kettenlänge liegt. Besonders bevorzugt wird in diesem Zusammenhang ein Alkenylamin mit 18 C-Atomen, wie Oleylamin.
  • Die öllöslichen Additive werden im allgemeinen in Mengen zwischen 3 und 20 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die gesamte Schmierfettzusammensetzung, verwendet. Bevorzugt wird ein Zusatz zwischen etwa 5 und 12 Gew.-%.
  • Ein weiterer Gegenstand der Erfindung ist das Verfahren zur Herstellung der oben näher beschriebenen Schmierfettzusammensetzung. Dieses Verfahren ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man ein langkettiges aliphatisches Monoamin oder ein Gemisch solcher Amine im Grundöl auflöst, Polyisocyanat zugibt, das Gemisch auf eine Temperatur von mindestens 160°C erhitzt, bis eine Gelierung eintritt, das gelierte Produkt mechanisch fein zerkleinert und die Additive und gegebenenfalls weiteres Grundöl zusetzt.
  • Das Verfahren geht aus von dem Mineral- oder Syntheseöl oder Gemisch derartiger Öle, welches als Grundöl für die Schmierfettzusammensetzung verwendet werden soll. Handelt es sich um eine Mischung von Ölen, so kann das Verfahren auch nur mit einer Ölkomponente durchgeführt und die weitere Ölkomponente erst später zugestzt werden. Ebenso ist es möglich, beim Verfahren von einem kleineren Anteil an Grundöl auszugehen, als für die angestrebte Zusammensetzung hinsichtlich der Polyharnstoffmenge benötigt wird. Die Ölmenge muss lediglich ausreichen, um das Amin vollständig aufzulösen.
  • Das aliphatische Monoamin bzw. Gemisch davon wird zweckmässig in geschmolzenem Zustand in das Grundöl eingebracht, um die Auflösung zu erleichtern, wobei durch Rühren und Erwärmen die Auflösung erleichtert werden kann. Danach oder gleichzeitig wird eine geeignete Menge des ausgewählten Triisocyanats zugesetzt. Geeignet sind im allgemeinen Mengen, bei welchen 1/2 bis 4 Isocyanatgruppen pro Amingruppe zur Verfügung stehen. In speziellen Fällen können diese Verhältnisse aber auch über- oder unterschritten werden.
  • Das erhaltene Gemisch wird aufgeheizt bis mehrere erkennbare Reaktionsstufen durchlaufen werden und schliesslich eine Gelierung auftritt. Die erforderliche Temperatur hängt von den verwendeten Reaktionskomponenten und gegebenenfalls vorhandenen Zusätzen ab und liegt in der Regel über 160°C, bevorzugt über 200°C. Eine Erhitzung über 240°C ist im allgemeinen nicht erforderlich, kann jedoch angewendet werden.
  • Die gelierte Masse wird anschliessend mechanisch zerkleinert, wobei die bekannten Zerkleinerungsmethoden und -vorrichtungen angewendet werden können. Zweckmässig wird das Gel in einer Kolloidmühle fein zermahlen. Anschliessend werden die Additive zugesetzt, sowie gegebenenfalls die restliche Menge an Grundöl.
  • Als Amin wird für das Verfahren Oleylamin oder ein gesättigtes Alkylamin bzw. Alkylamingemisch mit 20 bis 22 C-Atomen bevorzugt. Hinsichtlich des bevorzugten Polyisocyanats gilt das oben Ausgeführte.
  • Die erfindungsgemässe Schmierfettzusammensetzung zeichnet sich durch eine verbesserte mechanische Stabilität, insbesondere in Kombination mit öllöslichen Additiven, d.h. öllöslichen Hochdruck-und Antiverschleisszusätzen aus. Bisher konnten jedoch zufriedenstellende Schmierfette auf Schmierölbasis mit Polyharnstoff als Verdickungsmittel mit guten Hochdruckeigenschaften nur bei Verwendung nicht öllöslicher Hochdruckadditive erhalten werden.
  • Die erfindungsgemässe Schmierfettzusammensetzung ist hinsichtlich der erzielbaren Hochdruckeigenschaften und der Verschleissfestigkeit sogar den besten bekannten Lithiumfetten überlegen und lässt gleichzeitig eine Erhöhung der Dauereinsatztemperatur, die bei Lithiumfetten im Bereich von 80 bis 110°C und kurzzeitig bis 135°C liegt, auf eine Dauereinsatztemperatur von 150 bis 160°C, kurzzeitig noch darüber hinaus, zu. Dies entspricht einer ganz wesentlichen Verbesserung von Lebensdauer und Temperaturfestigkeit. Die erfindungsgemässe Schmierfettzusammensetzung ist aber auch im niedrigen Temperaturbereich bis erheblich unter minus 30°C herab den besten handelsüblichen Schmierfetten nicht unterlegen. Sie weist damit eine Kombination von Eigenschaften auf, die bisher bei handelsüblichen Produkten nicht bekannt geworden ist.
  • Beispielsweise werden mit den besten bekannten Lithiumfetten bei besonders schwierigen Bedingungen, wie sie beispielsweise in homokinetischen Gelenken vorliegen und in Gelenkwellenprüfständen simuliert werden, 20 bis 25 Millionen Überrollungen bei 50°C erreicht. Mit den erfindungsgemässen Schmierfettzusammensetzungen können auf derartigen Gelenkwellenprüfständen noch bei Temperaturen von 150 bis 160°C mindestens 30 Millionen Überrollungen erzielt werden.
  • Die erfindungsgemäss erreichten verbesserten Eigenschaften lassen sich durch Fig. 1 der beigefügten Zeichnung veranschaulichen.
  • Fig. 1 zeigt ein Prüfblatt, welches mit der erfindungsgemässen Schmierfettzusammensetzung von Beispiel 1 auf dem handelsüblichen, von der Anmelderin vertriebenen Schmiermittelprüfgerät SRV, welches in ant «antriebstechnik 19 (1980) Nr. 1-2 beschrieben ist, erhalten wurde. Die Schmiermittelzusammensetzung wurde bei den angegebenen Betriebsbedingungen einer von 50 auf 1000 Newton steigenden Belastung unterworfen, ohne dass dabei die Schmierwirksamkeit zusammenbrach. Dies bedeutet, dass die Fliessgrenze des Metalls in den Oberflächenrauhigkeiten erreicht wird, ohne dass die Schmierwirkung der erfindungsgemässen Schmierfettzusammensetzung verlorengeht.
  • Die folgenden Beispiele erläutern die Erfindung weiter.
  • Beispiel 1
  • 4000 g naphthenbasisches Grundöl von 100 Centistoke (10-4 m2/sec) bei 40°C, Viskositätsindex ca. 45, werden mit 400 g gesättigtem Monofettamin mit 20 bis 22 C-Atomen in geschmolzenem Zustand gemischt und mit 1200 g einer 20%igen Lösung von p,p',p"-Triphenvimethantriisocyanat in Methylenchlorid versetzt, unter Rühren erhitzt, bis das Methylenchlorid abgedampft ist und dann weiter erhitzt, bis 240°C erreicht sind. Sobald die Mischung geliert ist, wird sie abgekühlt, zerkleinert und in einer Kolloidmühle fein gemahlen. Man erhält so ein Grundfett, welches der Penetrationsklasse 3 nach DIN 51818 zuzurechnen ist.
  • Dem so hergestellten Grundfett werden dann 2,5 Gew.-% einer Mischung von Graphit und Molybdändisulfid und 0,5% eines handelsüblichen öllöslichen Antioxidans zugesetzt.
  • Das so erhaltene Schmierfett wird im SRV-Gerät getestet. Die Ergebnisse sind in dem als Fig. 2 beigefügten Testblatt 7922 wiedergegeben. Man erkennt, dass bei einer Belastung von 400 Newton und 80°C nach eineinhalb Stunden Laufdauer ein Reibwert zwischen 0,093 und 0,110 erreicht wird. Der Durchmesser der Verschleisskugel beträgt 0,95 mm. Das Profilogramm der Oberfläche an der Reibstelle zeigt einen sehr guten geradlinigen Verlauf.
  • Der Versuch wird mit dem gleichen Grundfett, jedoch ohne Additive wiederholt. Die Ergebnisse zeigt das in Fig. 3 gezeigte SRV-Testblatt 7650. Danach war bei einer Belastung von 300 Newton und 50°C nach 2 Stunden Testdauer die Schmierwirkung zusammengebrochen und ein Fresser entstanden. Der Durchmesser der Verschleisskugel betrug 1,35 mm, die Profiltiefe an der Reibstelle 12,0 11m in Vergleich zu 1,0 11m beim additivierten Produkt. Das Profilogramm zeigt übermässigen Verschleiss bis zum Fressen.
  • Beispiel 2
  • Es wurde wie im Beispiel 1 beschrieben verfahren, anstelle eines gesättigten Monofettamins mit 20 bis 22 C-Atomen wurde jedoch eine äquivalente Menge an einfach ungesättigtem C18-Alkenylamin (Oleylamin) verwendet.
  • Als Additiv wurde ein öllösliches Additiv gemäss DE-AS 1 954 452 zugesetzt, welches Pb- und Mo-Dialkyldithiophosphat, eine metallfreie Schwefel-Phosphor-Verbindung und ein Epoxyd eines Esters einer ungesättigten Fettsäure mit einem Alkanol enthielt.
  • Die Ergebinisse des SRV-Tests zeigt Fig. 4 der Zeichnung in Form des Testblattes 8286. Man erkennt daraus, dass bei einer Belastung von 300 Newton ein Reibwert von 0,030 µ erreicht wird und der Durchmesser der Verschleisskugel nur noch 0,65 mm beträgt. Die Einlaufzeit bis zum Erreichen des niedrigen Reibwertes ist kurz, das Profilogramm zeigt sehr guten Verlauf.
  • Beispiel 3
  • Das Verfahren von Beispiel 2 wird wiederholt, jedoch werden anstelle der öllöslichen Additive die Additive des Beispiels 1 in der dort angegebenen Menge zugesetzt. Die Ergebnisse des Tests auf dem SRV-gerät zeigt Fig. 5 der Zeichnung in Form des Testblattes 8254. Der minimale Reibwert beträgt 0,085 µ, der Durchmesser der Verschleisskugel 0,50 mm bei 300 Newton Belastung.
  • Beispiel 4
  • Wie im Beispiel 1 beschrieben, wurde ein Schmierfett hergestellt, jedoch wurden statt 1200 g Isocyanatlösung 800 g und statt 0,5% Antioxidanz 3 % eingesetzt.
  • Das so erhaltene Schmierfett wurde auf einem Gelenkwellenprüfstand untersucht. Hierzu wurde das Gelenk auf 75°C Umgebungstemperatur aufgeheizt und dann bei 1200 Umdrehungen, 8° Beugewinkel und 320 Nm belastet. Bei einer Bewertungsskala von 1 bis 6, in der 1 den besten und 6 den schlechtesten Wert darstellt, ergab sich mit dem besten auf dem Markt erhältlichen Serienfett auf Lithiumseifenbasis eine Bewertung von 4,3 ± 1 und eine Aussentemperatur von 103 ± 0°C, was einer Gelenkinnentemperatur von 15 bis 130°C entspricht.
  • Mit dem erfindungsgemässen Fett wurde unter gleichen Bedingungen eine Bewertung von 3,0 ± 1 und eine Aussentemperatur von 95 ± 10°C erzielt. Alleine durch die Temperaturherabsetzung lässt sich somit beim erfindungsgemässen Schmierfett eine Verdoppelung der Gelenklebensdauer erwarten ganz abgesehen davon, dass das Serienfett an der Grenze seiner Dauertemperatur-Standfestigkeit arbeitet, während das erfindungsgemässe Fett weit unterhalb eines solchen Grenzwertes liegt und damit eine grosse Sicherheitsreserve bietet.

Claims (16)

1. Schmierfettzusammensetzung auf Basis eines grösseren Anteils an Mineral- oder Syntheseöl als Grundöl und eines kleineren Anteils einer Polyharnstoffverbindung als Verdickungsmittel sowie üblichen Additiven, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie als Polyharnstoff das Reaktionsprodukt eines Isocyanats mit mindestens 3 Isocyanatgruppen im Molekül mit einem langkettigen, geradkettigen oder verzweigten aliphatischen Monoamin enthält.
2. Schmierfettzusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie 3 bis 45 Gew.-% Polyharnstoff, bezogen auf das Grundöl, enthält.
3. Schmierfettzusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Polyharnstoff auf Triphenylmethantriisocyanat basiert.
4. Schmierfettzusammensetzung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Polyharnstoff mit einem Alkylenamin mit 18 C-Atomen als Aminkomponente enthält.
5. Schmierfettzusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Polyharnstoff mit einem gesättigten C20- bis C22-Alkylamin als Aminkomponente enthält.
6. Schmierfettzusammensetzung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie öllösliche Hochdruck- oder/und Antiverschleisszusätze enthält.
7. Schmierfettzusammensetzung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie 3 bis 20 Gew.-% Additive enthält.
8. Schmierfettzusammensetzung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie nicht öllösliche Hochdruck- bzw. Antiverschleisszusätze enthält.
9. Schmierfettzusammensetzung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Graphit oder/und ein schmierwirksames Metallsulfid als Hochdruck- bzw. Antiverschleisszusatz enthält.
10. Schmierfettzusammensetzung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie 0,5 bis 10 Gew.-% Additive enthält.
11. Schmierfettzusammensetzung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie 2 bis 6 Gew.-% nicht öllösliche Additive oder 3 bis 12 Gew.-% öllösliche Additive enthält.
12. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Schmierfettzusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man ein langkettiges aliphatisches Amin oder ein Gemisch solcher Amine im Grundöl auflöst, Isocyanat mit mindestens 3 Isocyanatgruppen im Molekül zugibt, das Gemisch auf eine solche Temperatur von mindestens 160°C erhitzt, dass eine Gelierung eintritt, das gelierte Produkt mechanisch fein zerkleinert und die Additive und gegebenenfalls weiteres Grundöl zusetzt.
13. Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1 /2 bis 4 Äquivalente Isocyanatgruppen pro Amingruppe zusetzt.
14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man als Amin Oleylamin oder gesättigtes Alkylamin bzw. Alkylamingemisch mit 20 bis 22 C-Atomen verwendet.
15. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man als Triisocyanat Triphenylmethantriisocyanat verwendet.
16. Verwendung einer Schmierfettzusammensetzung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 11 in homokinetischen Gelenken.
