Claims (5)
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halogenide der abgeschiedenen Metalle erhalten werden durch Verwendung eines Zements, der sich in einem Abstand von der zu überziehenden Fläche befindet und als einzige Bestandteile enthält:
wobei die Atmosphäre von einem neutralen Gas gebildet wird.
gekennzeichnet durch die Verwendung eines die Metallhalogenide erzeugenden Zements, der als Metallkomponente mehrere der abzuscheidenden Metalle enthält, entweder in Form eines Gemisches verschiedener Eisenlegierungen oder verschiedener Metalle in technischer reiner Form.
gekennzeichnet durch die genaue Einstellung der Menge an pulverförmigem Kohlenstoff im Zement in Bezug sowohl auf die chemische Zusammensetzung der zu überziehenden Metallfläche als auch auf die in einer bestimmten Zeit zu erzielenden Dicke der herzustellenden Carbidschicht.
gekennzeichnet durch die Verwendung eines die Metallchloride erzeugenden Zements mit folgenden Bestandteilen:
wobei der Abstand zwischen dem Zement und der zu überziehenden Teile von 5 bis 15 mm und die Behandlungstemperatur von 900 bis 950° C beträgt.
