Der Kurvenverlauf des Langloches 40 ist dabei so gewählt, dass sich der Zapfen 39 in der in Fig. 1 dargestellten Lage des Rahmenteils 13 über das Handrad 42 in jede beliebige Stellung innerhalb des Langloches verstellen lässt, ohne dass sich dabei die in Fig. 1 dargestellte relative Lage des Rahmenteils 13 zum Rahmenteil 31 verändert. Dieser Rahmenteil 31 trägt ebenso wie der Rahmenteil 13 zwei Tragstücke 45 und 46, in denen ein Bolzen 47 gelagert ist. Um diesen Bolzen 47 kann über eine Kolbenzylindereinheit 48 ein Spannhebel 49 verschwenkt werden, und zwar derart, dass bei ausgefahrener Kolbenstange der Kolbenzylindereinheit 48 die Pressfläche 50 des Spannhebels 49 gegen den unteren Bereich einer weiteren Schliessklappe 51 presst. Die Schliessklappe 51 weist dabei ebenso wie die Schliessklappe 27 zwei Seitenwangen 52 und 53 auf und ist in dem Bereich, in dem die Pressfläche gegen die Schliessklappe 51 presst, ebenfalls über einen Winkel 54 verstärkt, der einerseits mit dem unteren Bereich der Schliessklappe 51 und andererseits mit den Tragstücken 45 und 46 verbunden ist. The curve of the elongated hole 40 is selected such that the pin 39 in the position of the frame part 13 shown in FIG. 1 can be adjusted to any position within the elongated hole by means of the handwheel 42 without the one shown in FIG relative position of the frame part 13 to the frame part 31 changed. Like the frame part 13, this frame part 31 carries two support pieces 45 and 46, in which a bolt 47 is mounted. The closing flap 51, like the closing flap 27, has two side cheeks 52 and 53 and is also reinforced in the area in which the pressing surface presses against the closing flap 51 by an angle 54, on the one hand with the lower area of the closing flap 51 and on the other hand is connected to the support pieces 45 and 46. The piston-cylinder unit 48 is pivotally mounted in two brackets 55 and 56, which in turn are connected to the two profiles 57 and 58 of the frame part 31.

In der Darstellung nach Fig. 1 ist das an seinem Auslaufbereich schräg zugeschnittene Füllrohr 7 durch die Schliessklappe 27 geschlossen gehalten. In dieser Stellung legt sich der untere durch einen Winkel 28 verstärkte Bereich der Schliessklappe 27 gegen den unteren durch einen Winkel 54 verstärkten Bereich der Klappe 51. Wie die Fig. 1 weiter zeigt, ist ein Sack 60 auf die unteren Klappenbereiche aufgesteckt und von aussen gegen diese durch die Pressflächen 24 und 50 angedrückt. In dieser Stellung, d.h. in der geschlossenen Stellung des Innentrichters 7, wird dieser mit Füllgut befüllt. Danach werden die Schliessklappe 27 und die Gegenklappe 51 durch Einfahren des Kolbens der Kolbenzylindereinheit 9 in die in Fig. 2 dargestellte Lage verschwenkt. Der beim Füllen des Sackes entstehende Staub kann dabei durch den Ringraum, der zwischen dem Füllrohr 7 und dem äusseren Trichter 6 gebildet ist, durch eine sich an die Öffnung 61 anschliessende Leitung abgesaugt werden. In dieser Stellung überlappen die Seitenwangen 25 und 26 der Schliessklappe 27 die Seitenwangen 52 und 53 der Klappe 51, so dass ein möglichst dichter Abschluss zum Sack 60 erreicht wird und der beim Befüllen entstehende Staub einwandfrei abgesaugt werden kann. Nach der Befüllung eines Sackes werden die Spannhebel 20 und 49 über die Kolbenzylindereinheiten 18 und 48 derart abgeschwenkt, dass sich die Pressflächen 24 und 50 von der Sackwandung lösen und den Sack 60 freigeben. Der befüllte Sack 60 rutscht dann von den Verstärkungswinkeln 28 und 54 nach unten, beispielsweise auf ein nicht dargestelltes vorhandenes Förderband, mittels dem er dann abgefördert werden kann.In the illustration according to FIG. 1, the filling tube 7, which is cut obliquely at its outlet area, is kept closed by the closing flap 27. In this position, the side cheeks 25 and 26 of the closing flap 27 overlap the side cheeks 52 and 53 of the flap 51, so that the tightest possible seal with the sack 60 is achieved and the dust produced during filling can be sucked off properly. After a sack has been filled, the clamping levers 20 and 49 are pivoted away via the piston-cylinder units 18 and 48 in such a way that the pressing surfaces 24 and 50 detach from the sack wall and release the sack 60. The filled sack 60 then slides down from the reinforcement angles 28 and 54, for example onto an existing conveyor belt (not shown), by means of which it can then be removed.

Soll nun ein Sack befüllt werden, dessen Maulöffnung wesentlich grösser ist als die Maulöffnung des in Fig. 2 dargestellten Sackes, wird dieser zunächst auch aufgesteckt und von den Spannhebeln 20 und 49 gegen die Verstärkungswinkel 28 und 54 gedrückt. Um nun zu erreichen, dass die sich nach aussen oder innen ausbaulenden Seitenwände straff gehalten werden, um eine gute Staubabsaugung zu gewährleisten, wird das Handrad 42 so lange verstellt und dadurch die Klappe 51 um die Zapfen 29 und 30 so weit verschwenkt, bis die nicht von den Spannhebeln 20 und 49 erfassten, quer zu diesen verlaufenden Seitenflächen straff gehalten sind und erst dann eine einwandfreie Staubabsaugung erfolgen kann. Bei allzugrosser Sacköffnungsänderung würde aber die Schliessklappe 27 in der in Fig. 2 dargestellten senkrechten Lage verbleiben, während die Klappe 51 mehr oder weniger von der senkrechten abweichen würde, d.h. die beiden Klappen 27 und 51 stünden nicht mehr zentrisch zum Trichter 7. Um aber trotzdem eine zentrische Lage der beiden Klappen zum Trichter 6 bzw. 7 zu erreichen, kann während der Verstellung über das Handrad 42 auch die Hublänge der Kolbenzylindereinheit 9 geändert werden, so dass sich die Klappe 51 um dasselbe Mass um die Zapfen 29 und 30 verschwenken lässt, wie die Schliessklappe 27 dann um die Zapfen 11 und 12. Claims (8)

1. Apparatus for filling sacks (60) comprising flaps (27, 51), which are mounted on a frame (6), which is fixed to the main frame, and which are pivoted on parallel horizontal axes (29, 30, 34) and adjacent to their lower edges are provided with clamping means (24, 28; 50, 54) for clamping the opening-defining edges of sacks (60) to be filled, wherein the lower portion of a vertical line (7) for supplying the filling material is disposed between said flaps and said line is closed at its lower end as the flaps (27, 51) are pivotally moved to an approximately V-shaped receiving position for receiving a new sack (60), characterized in that the line consists of a filling pipe (7) made of rigid material, one of the flaps (27) is longer and in its receiving position fully extends over the free cross- sectional area of the filling pipe (7), the lower rim of the filling pipe (7) is chamfered and lies approximately in the plane which contains the longer flap (27) when it has been pivotally moved to its receiving position so that said longer flap in its sealing position is in sealing contact with the chamfered rim, and when the flaps (27, 51) which have been pivotally moved to their receiving positions and then define a V-shaped position the center line between said flaps is inclined and those edges of said flaps which are provided with the clamping means (24, 50) are disposed beside the filling pipe (7) and, if desired, also beside the frame (6) surrounding said filling pipe when seen in a top plan view.
2. Apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that one of the flaps (27) is secured to one arm (32) of a two-armed lever (10), which is pivoted to the frame (6) that is fixed to the main frame, one end of a fluid-operable piston-cylinder unit (9) is pivoted to the other arm of said lever, the other end of said unit is movably mounted in the main frame, and the other flap (51) is secured to one arm of a second two-armed lever, the other arm of which is pivoted by a link (35) to one of the arms (32) of the first two-armed lever (10).
3. Apparatus according to claim 2, characterized in that a pivot (37, 39) of the link (35) is slidably guided and adapted to be fixed in a slot (40) in one arm (41) of the second two-armed lever and said slot (40) is concentrically curved about another pivot (34) of the link (35).
4. Apparatus according to claim 3, characterized in that an adjusting screw (42, 43, 44) for displacing the pivot (37, 39) is provided.
5. Apparatus according to any of claims 2 to 4, characterized in that the stroke of the piston of the fluid-operable piston-cylinder unit (9) for pivoting the first two-armed lever (10) is adjustable.
6. Apparatus according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the frame (6) which surrounds the filling pipe (7) is tubular or funnel- shaped and the flaps (27, 51) which are hinged to said frame are provided with angled lateral sheet metal elements (25, 26, 52) which at least partly overlap each other.
7. Apparatus according to claim 6, characterized in that the frame (6) is sealed at its upper end against the filling pipe (7) by a cover plate and is provided there with a suction opening (61).
8. Apparatus according to claim 6 or 7, characterized in that the frame (6) is rectangular in cross-section and the flaps (27,51) when swung to their spread apart position define a cross-sectional area which is approximately as large as the cross-section of the frame.
