Claims (3)

1. Verfahren zum Herstellen von dünnen geformten Platten mit einer Netzwerkbewehrung (3), die aus einem flachen Netzwerk mit zeilenförmigen Elementen hoher mechanischer Festigkeit und einer Dichte, die etwa der Dichte des die Platte bildenden Materials entspricht oder schwächer ist, gebildet ist, wobei die Netzwerkbewehrung (3) auf der geformten Platte bei noch in plastischem Zustand befindlichem Plattenmaterial verlegt und in das Material eingedrückt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Netzwerkbewehrung (3) vermittels einer Andrückvorrichtung (16) eingedrückt wird, die ein ebenes Netzwerk mit beabstandeten Rippen bildet.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Form nach dem Eindrücken der Netzwerkbewehrung (3) und nach dem, Zurückziehen der Andrückvorrichtung (16) in Vibrationen versetzt wird, um die Ebenheit der Fläche der geformten Platte (1) wiederherzustellen.

Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 mit einer an sich bekannten Anordnung aus Formen (7) in Form der herzustellenden dünnen Platte (1), einer Einheit (11) zur Plastifizierung und zur Dosierung des Grundmaterials (12) der dünnen Platte zum Giessen der Charge aus präfixiertem Material in jede Form und zum gleichmässigen Verteilen, beispielsweise durch eine Rüttelvorrichtung (13), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ferner eine Andrückvorrichtung (16) mit einem ebenen Netzwerk mit beabstandeten Rippen (17,18) vorgesehen ist, dessen Gesamtfläche im wesentlichen der Fläche des für die Armierung der geformten Platte verwendeten Netzwerkes (3) entspricht, ein Mittel (21) zum Absenken wenigstens der Rippen der Andrückvorrichtung in die Form bis auf ein etwa entsprechend der Mittelebene der Stärke der Platte eingestelltes Niveau und eine Vorrichtung (28), um die Form nach dem Zurückziehen der Andrückvorrichtung in Vibrationen zu versetzen.
