Definitions
- the invention relates to a mixing device of preferably dry.
- Mixtures in particular based on mineral, organic and / or plastic, such as dry mortar, concrete, feed, fertilizer, food or the like, with metering devices, control devices and transfer devices for loading transport vehicles.
- Such mixing devices are known.
- Mixing systems for ready-mixed mortar in particular, work with stocks in the area of finished goods, because for each type of mortar that has to be loaded loosely, a finished goods silo must be provided within the device. This allows different products to be mixed one after the other and temporarily stored in these finished goods silos.
- the associated metering / mixing and transfer devices generally have to be cleaned between each product changeover.
- the intermediate storage in silos also requires additional mechanical effort in the area of these silos, e.g. B. in addition, an elevator for transporting up and from each silo a conveyor, for example a screw conveyor or the like.
- the intermediate storage in storage silos has above all Dry building material mixtures, and in particular in the case of plasters and mortars, has the sensitive disadvantage that the risk of segregation is increased because with each transfer of such a mixture, the material parts occurring in the mixture with very different grain sizes can be separated from one another. Furthermore, these intermediate storage containers each require measuring or display devices which determine the respective loading quantity precisely regardless of the previous preparation of the mixture.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of creating a mixing device of the type mentioned at the outset, with which the mechanical outlay can be considerably reduced, while vehicles should be able to load different building material mixtures at any time in any or almost any order.
- the solution to this problem consists essentially in the fact that the mixing device is provided without an intermediate store for the finished mixtures and with a mixer which can be emptied without residues and with self-cleaning transport devices from the mixer to the transfer device or devices.
- the batch mixer no longer contains any residues after each emptying, so that immediately after its emptying it can produce a modified mixture which is not adulterated by a previous mixture.
- the discharge opening of the mixer can be arranged above or in a funnel with a closure for decelerated, also residue-free emptying.
- a mechanical or pneumatic conveyor preferably a conveyor belt in dustproof form or an air conveyor trough or the like, can be provided under the funnel.
- An expedient embodiment of the invention can consist in that a conveyor screw is provided as the conveyor, parallel to which a lower-lying cleaning screw is arranged, which during cleaning in reverse is drivable in the opposite direction and then opens over a waste container or the like.
- the normal screw conveyor can thus bring the mixed good to its destination.
- certain residues cannot be completely avoided when changing the mixing ratios in the area of screw conveyors, such a residue can also be eliminated by reversing the conveying direction with the aid of the cleaning screw, so that after a short time, no components from a previous mixture are present in the area of this conveyor there are more.
- the conveying means can be drivable in both directions of extension and act on at least two transfer devices. As a result, the entire mixing device can be used even more effectively because a second vehicle can already be brought into the loading position while a vehicle is being loaded.
- an approximately horizontally arranged, drum-shaped mixer can be used as the mixer Batch mixer may be provided, the lower wall area of which can be opened completely for emptying, the opening angle being greater than the slope angle of the material to be mixed. If the bottom wall of such a batch mixer is opened or removed for opening, the entire mix slips out, because it cannot and cannot partially hold due to the angular relationships mentioned. If the opening angle of the batch mixer is greater than the slope angle of the residual mix that remains between the wall and mixing blades of the mixer during the mixing process, the safety of the residue-free emptying is particularly high.
- An expedient embodiment of the invention can consist in that the lower wall area of the mixer can be closed by at least one flap or the like, preferably by two flaps which can be swung away from one another.
- This allows a very simple opening downwards, through which the majority of the mixer contents are released downwards. Even the left-hand remnants of the material to be mixed cannot remain in the drum-shaped mixer, since they cannot form a sufficiently stable slope.
- the lower opening area can comprise about a third of the entire mixer circumference and is in particular arranged in the middle. The lower wall area of the mixer, which does not belong to the opening and is close to the opening, is then already so steep that a dry mixture cannot remain there even in small residues.
- the hinge or hinges of the lower opening flaps are expediently on the outside of the jacket of the mixer and the corresponding fittings on the outside of those forming the lower part of the mixer wall Opening flaps attached so that there are no projections or the like on the inside of the mixer, to which small residues of mixed material could possibly stick.
- the inside of the opening flaps can be flush with the inside of the mixer wall.
- the flap or the flaps can have the same radius of curvature and, in the closed position, the same center of curvature as the rest of the container wall, so that no irregularities occur in the interior of the batch mixer during the mixing process, which could adversely affect the mixing result.
- the lower opening can extend up to the end walls of the mixer and these end walls can form the front or rear boundary of the lower opening. As a result, the formation of an edge on which the mixed material could remain may also be avoided in the end regions of the mixer.
- a mixing device designated as a whole by 1, contains in its interior metering devices 2, which feed various mixture components in the required quantities from corresponding containers with the interposition of control devices 3 and funnels 4 to a mixer 5 to be described in more detail.
- this mixing device 1 It is characteristic of this mixing device 1 that no intermediate containers are provided, into which a finished mixture can be introduced until the switch to a different mixture with the associated cleaning of the various units is worthwhile. Rather, the mixer 5 is designed as a horizontally arranged drum-shaped batch mixer that can be emptied without residue, the lower wall area of which, according to FIGS. 2 and 3, can be completely opened for emptying, the opening angle being greater than the slope angle of the mixed material. Each time the material is emptied, the mixture is left behind in this mixer, so that a different composition of a mixture can now also be introduced and mixed. This makes it practically possible to produce a different mixture for each mixture after each batch, simply by changing the metering and control devices accordingly. In this way, intermediate containers for the intermediate storage of various mixtures are unnecessary.
- the opening angle of the batch mixer i is greater than the slope angle of the residual mixture 6, which may otherwise remain between the wall 7 and the mixing blades 8 of the mixer 5 during the mixing process.
- Fig. 1 it is also indicated that the emptying opening 9 of the mixer 5 is arranged above or in a funnel 10 with a closure 11 for decelerated emptying and that a conveyor belt 12, preferably a conveyor belt in dustproof form, is provided under the funnel 10.
- the casing 13 of the conveyor belt 12 can be seen in a schematic arrangement in FIG. 1.
- the funnel 10 can hold the contents of the batch mixer 5 in its interior, so that this mixed material can be slowly transferred to the conveyor belt 12.
- the conveyor belt 12 can be driven in its two extension directions, so that two transfer devices 14, 18 can be acted upon.
- Fig. 1 you can see in the left part of a direct transition from the conveyor belt 12 in a transfer device 14 with filling nozzle 15 to a vehicle 16, while the right part of the conveyor belt 12 opens over another conveyor belt 17, which in turn can feed two places, namely a second transfer device 18 with a filling nozzle 15 for a vehicle 19 or, for special cases, a transfer station 20 with which the mixed material can be transported further.
- the lower wall area of the mixer 5 can be closed with at least one flap, closure or the like, in the exemplary embodiment with two flaps 21 which can be pivoted away from one another.
- the lower opening area takes up about a third of the entire mixer circumference and is arranged in the center. It can clearly be seen that in the direct connection to the flaps 21 the cylindrical wall 7 of the mixer 5 is already so steep that dry mix can no longer attach and hold here when the flaps 21 are opened.
- the mixers, which previously had openings in the lower area generally have openings so small that residual mixture can still remain everywhere, which would then have to be discharged with special tools or with compressed air.
- the hinges 22 running along the opening edges can advantageously be designed as a stiffener of the mixer 5 or vice versa, stiffeners can be arranged in this area, which are at the same time for receiving or formation of the hinges 22 can be used.
- the one or more hinges 22 are attached to the outside of the jacket 7 of the mixer 5 and the corresponding fittings 23 to the outside of the opening flaps 21 forming the lower part of the mixer wall. If it is expedient for the stiffening of the mixer 5, in particular in the area of its large opening 9, the hinges 22 may also have corresponding counterparts on the mixer 5 itself for the fittings 23.
- the opening flaps 21 are designed such that they are flush with the inside of the mixer wall 7 in the closed position with their inside. As a continuation of the mixing head 7, they have the same radius of curvature and, in the closed position, the same center of curvature as the rest of the mixer wall.
- a batch mixer 5 has been formed by relatively simple measures, which can be emptied without residues due to its large opening alone, without special additional tools, which in itself is a great advantage for different applications.
- the entire mixing device 1 thus becomes simpler and cheaper.
- FIGS. 4 and 5 show an embodiment of the mixing device 1, in which, below the hopper 10, into which the mixer 5 is emptied, a conveyor screw 25 is also arranged as a conveying means within a dustproof housing 26, which in the exemplary embodiment has two transfer devices 14 can operate 16 and 19 for two vehicles.
- a screw conveyor can be used in this area of the device 1.
- a cleaning screw 27 is located directly below it in a corresponding conical area parallel to this screw conveyor 25 28 of the housing 26 arranged.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a mixing device of preferably dry. Mixtures, in particular based on mineral, organic and / or plastic, such as dry mortar, concrete, feed, fertilizer, food or the like, with metering devices, control devices and transfer devices for loading transport vehicles.
Such mixing devices are known. Mixing systems for ready-mixed mortar, in particular, work with stocks in the area of finished goods, because for each type of mortar that has to be loaded loosely, a finished goods silo must be provided within the device. This allows different products to be mixed one after the other and temporarily stored in these finished goods silos. The associated metering / mixing and transfer devices generally have to be cleaned between each product changeover. The intermediate storage in silos also requires additional mechanical effort in the area of these silos, e.g. B. in addition, an elevator for transporting up and from each silo a conveyor, for example a screw conveyor or the like. To a transfer device for loading vehicles-The intermediate storage in storage silos has above all Dry building material mixtures, and in particular in the case of plasters and mortars, has the sensitive disadvantage that the risk of segregation is increased because with each transfer of such a mixture, the material parts occurring in the mixture with very different grain sizes can be separated from one another. Furthermore, these intermediate storage containers each require measuring or display devices which determine the respective loading quantity precisely regardless of the previous preparation of the mixture.
The invention is therefore based on the object of creating a mixing device of the type mentioned at the outset, with which the mechanical outlay can be considerably reduced, while vehicles should be able to load different building material mixtures at any time in any or almost any order.
The solution to this problem consists essentially in the fact that the mixing device is provided without an intermediate store for the finished mixtures and with a mixer which can be emptied without residues and with self-cleaning transport devices from the mixer to the transfer device or devices.
It is thereby achieved that the batch mixer no longer contains any residues after each emptying, so that immediately after its emptying it can produce a modified mixture which is not adulterated by a previous mixture. The same applies to the transport devices from the mixer to the transfer devices, so that the entire mixing device can load an incoming vehicle with a desired product mixture as required, without the need for intermediate containers. This eliminates not only these intermediate containers, but also the loading and emptying devices and the quantity measuring devices of these intermediate containers, so that the entire mixing device or mixing system requires a significantly lower investment, requires less maintenance and has shorter transport routes with lower drive energy and correspondingly less wear and tear. Compared to a mixing device with intermediate containers, there is even the advantage that any product mixture can be made available immediately, while in the case of a system with intermediate containers such an intermediate container may just be emptied and the system produces another mixture, so that some products may not always be available immediately.
Surprisingly, intermediate storage of the finished mixture, which was previously considered to be absolutely necessary for mixing systems for different products, is therefore dispensed with. The risk of segregation of the building material mixture produced in each case is correspondingly reduced.
The discharge opening of the mixer can be arranged above or in a funnel with a closure for decelerated, also residue-free emptying. A mechanical or pneumatic conveyor, preferably a conveyor belt in dustproof form or an air conveyor trough or the like, can be provided under the funnel.
An expedient embodiment of the invention can consist in that a conveyor screw is provided as the conveyor, parallel to which a lower-lying cleaning screw is arranged, which during cleaning in reverse is drivable in the opposite direction and then opens over a waste container or the like. With normal transportation, the normal screw conveyor can thus bring the mixed good to its destination. However, since certain residues cannot be completely avoided when changing the mixing ratios in the area of screw conveyors, such a residue can also be eliminated by reversing the conveying direction with the aid of the cleaning screw, so that after a short time, no components from a previous mixture are present in the area of this conveyor there are more.
The conveying means can be drivable in both directions of extension and act on at least two transfer devices. As a result, the entire mixing device can be used even more effectively because a second vehicle can already be brought into the loading position while a vehicle is being loaded.
An essential part of the invention can be seen in the mixer, which can be emptied without residues, that this allows a particularly rapid changeover from one product mixture to the other, without the need for intermediate containers. In practice, another batch can be made after just one batch, since it is removed from the mixer without residues. However, this advantage of the mixer is also conceivable in other applications, so that the design of the mixer, which enables residue-free emptying in a particularly advantageous and simple manner, is simultaneously regarded as an invention of its own worthy protection. In order to ensure that the mixer can be emptied without residues, without the need for special blowing, scraping or similar devices in the mixer, an approximately horizontally arranged, drum-shaped mixer can be used as the mixer Batch mixer may be provided, the lower wall area of which can be opened completely for emptying, the opening angle being greater than the slope angle of the material to be mixed.
An expedient embodiment of the invention can consist in that the lower wall area of the mixer can be closed by at least one flap or the like, preferably by two flaps which can be swung away from one another. This allows a very simple opening downwards, through which the majority of the mixer contents are released downwards. Even the left-hand remnants of the material to be mixed cannot remain in the drum-shaped mixer, since they cannot form a sufficiently stable slope. For example, the lower opening area can comprise about a third of the entire mixer circumference and is in particular arranged in the middle. The lower wall area of the mixer, which does not belong to the opening and is close to the opening, is then already so steep that a dry mixture cannot remain there even in small residues.
The hinge or hinges of the lower opening flaps are expediently on the outside of the jacket of the mixer and the corresponding fittings on the outside of those forming the lower part of the mixer wall Opening flaps attached so that there are no projections or the like on the inside of the mixer, to which small residues of mixed material could possibly stick. In the closed position, the inside of the opening flaps can be flush with the inside of the mixer wall. Furthermore, as a continuation of the mixer wall, the flap or the flaps can have the same radius of curvature and, in the closed position, the same center of curvature as the rest of the container wall, so that no irregularities occur in the interior of the batch mixer during the mixing process, which could adversely affect the mixing result.
The lower opening can extend up to the end walls of the mixer and these end walls can form the front or rear boundary of the lower opening. As a result, the formation of an edge on which the mixed material could remain may also be avoided in the end regions of the mixer.
Overall, there is an inexpensive mixing device, which is reduced in terms of mechanical outlay and thus also of the space requirement, and which includes a batch mixer which, owing to its special design, can also be emptied without residues without special facilities. Thus, the entire device and the batch mixer are immediately ready to take up a modified mixture after each emptying. Since the quantity filled in the batch mixer is very precisely tuned, it is possible to load vehicles with corresponding precision.

It is characteristic of this
Above all in Fig. 2 it can be seen that the opening angle of the batch mixer i is greater than the slope angle of the
In Fig. 1 it is also indicated that the emptying opening 9 of the
In the exemplary embodiment, the
The lower wall area of the
In order to obtain a sufficiently stable mixer housing in spite of this
The opening flaps 21 are designed such that they are flush with the inside of the mixer wall 7 in the closed position with their inside. As a continuation of the mixing head 7, they have the same radius of curvature and, in the closed position, the same center of curvature as the rest of the mixer wall.
In Fig. 3 it can be seen that the
Overall, a
However, since material of a conveying and mixing process would remain when such a screw conveyor was stopped, in particular underneath such a screw conveyor, where there is still a certain scope, a cleaning
If a conveying process to one of the
